I’ve had the most unprofessional experience.so let’s start back on august 5th I took my vehicle to get a new fuel tank cover put on which I was told by my unprofessional and rude advisor Ryan that I was paying for everything so when I picked up my vehicle it wouldn’t be a balance due.literally a month later I had to go there and see if my other fuel tank had came in which Ryan my unprofessional advisor was suppose to let me know it was there which he didn’t who know how long my part was just sitting there was he ever going to call me to let me know that the parts was in since I paided you guys?to sum it up I’m pretty sure you guys got me out of a extra $222 for no reason at all and Ryan needs to be talked too about how he handles customers no matter the race!

I was in the shop for some routine maintenance, advisor (Ryan) noted that there was also an open recall for my vehicle. He assured me the maintenance work and recall would all be done by the end of the day. Picked up my vehicle and could be happier. They even done a hand wash for no extra charge.

Not as impressed although the Outback I own is still a nice car!Theyre far too busy for their own good and not organized at all~very disappointing!

Mr. Richard Dummer was outstanding . He went above and beyond from what was expected. He kindly picked my wife and I up from the airport twice, drove us an hour to the dealership both times. He also dropped us to our hotel, which again was an hour away. He offered to take us to get something to eat as well as stayed outside the hotel until he knew we were at the right hotel. After the purchase of our car, he kindly spent time helping us get familiar with our new vehicle. Then as if that was not enough he texted us with the nicest message and told us he was available if we needed further assistance with the functionality of our new automobile. Hats off to a real gentleman. He contributed to our Porsche experience. Thank you Richard!

ON November 9, 2017 I drove from Madison, Wisconsin to this Napleton Dealer to purchase a used 2008 Hummer H3. I had done my research and felt this was the best choice. WHAT A HUGE $10,000 mistake! I attached images to further solidify this rating. I previously called and set a schedule to come in. I brought my daughter so she could experience the purchasing process. I was not coming to place a down payment, nor finance. I was outright purchasing this vehicle.Upon arrival, the salesmen (about 4 of them), stood in a group at a distance away from the door. No one approached us. An employee coming from the outside [cold] greeted us. Please keep in mind, this whole time, I have a $10,000 plus cashiers check in my coat pocket, ready to give to this place.We were finally approached by a salesman and this was not who I spoke to over the phone. Initially, the conversation was blahish UNTIL I mentioned that I came to ACTUALLY purchase the before-mentioned vehicle.Ah, theres the smiles, pleasant attitude and care for something to drink.Advance up to July 27, 2018 from under a year and only 14,000 miles later, I have a hole, yes an actual hole in my engine block. The local dealership that would repair this type of vehicle quoted me $6900.00 for a replacement engine, labor and tax. I was very upset so I called NAPLETON AUTO GROUP AT 505 N. Perryville in Rockford back (twice, mind you) and emailed them. In short, there is nothing that they can or will be willing to do to make this right with me. Nothing. I am a single father, proudly served this country, worked very hard for the money I made, and this is the treatment. If this would happen to someone outright buying a vehicle from Napleton, what do you think would be your buying experience will be?You do the math: $10, 574. 14 at 14,000 miles. Would you be happy?I am regular 9-to-5 hardworking American like most of you. I dont have money to just give away. Now I have to borrow different friends vehicles to get to work EVERYDAY, get my daughter to work, grocery shopping anything that requires a vehicle, I have to borrow someone elses.Thank you Napleton Autowerks in Rockford, Illinois for showing me that a smile and a handshake after the knowledge of an easy sale is the most financially dangerous risk that you can take.

I had to get service done to my Subaru outback and the gentlemen in service named Ryan that helped me was a very nice. He greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and helpful.

I came in late in the day and the Quick Lube Advisor, Tina Ward and the lady Ahlysha that was assisting her, were just absolutely outstanding! I was a walk-in with no appt and they got me in and out for my oil change and tire rotation in the most timely manor. Tinas personality and customer service paired with Ahlyshas responsiveness and professionalism is exactly the reason I will be returning.

Consumers be ware. They will run a credit check on you without your authorization. Keeping with the car dealer dealership tradition, they proudly screw you over. I gave them NO permission yet they did a hard hit. I called, no return call as Finance Manager was too busy but will call back. (crickets chirping) .

Until I met Richard Dummer, I would rather have had a root canal than go car shopping. Richard is extremely considerate of the customer and keeps your interest with his extensive knowledge of his product He is the only car sales person I trust. He actually makes the experience fun and you leave knowing you got a great car and the best deal possible. Thank you Richard!

I take my vehicle into Napleton’s for oil changes and other routine maintenance. Each time they exceed my expectations. Thank you to Mike Palumbo for always welcoming me and going over the paperwork with me after my vehicle is finished.

I have not found Napleton to be price competitive for new cars. Service dept does a good job washing cars and are friendly. Little disappointed with the service dept but will keep the three stars until I have another experience with them.

This company is Horrible, low Ball Trade in offers and ridiculous interest finance rates. A huge mistake coming here, never again. They will also machine gun your credit through multiple banks even though you ask them not to. In addition prepared to have to dial 911 once your safety is being threatened like I had to with the finance manager in Westmont. This company is a Joke and Apparently ED and Brian Napelton does not do employee background checks.
