Brad and his team are great! Never have to worry about getting services I dont need. They do excellent work quickly. It may take a couple of weeks to get in but well worth the wait.

Brad arranged to have my car towed when my starter went out. As they are very busy with appointments booked for the next five weeks, he explained that he would try to fix it as soon as possible so I could get to work but it would probably be next week. He managed to get it fixed the very next day for which I am very grateful! Starts like it’s brand new and cost was less than expected! Thanks Brad,you guys are awesome! Will definitely make Auto clinic my go to mechanic. Do yourself a favor and call Brad when your car is broken! You won’t be disappointed!

Ive been a customer and friend of Auto Clinic Of Rockfords ownership for over 35 years, and never a problem or complaint... All jobs have been completed correctly the first time, or made-good mostly for parts money only - hardly ever any additional labor charges.

I would highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs. Brad & Tim are amazing people to deal with. They tell you straight up what you need, in my experience Brad or Tim have always been on point with the part you can tell there not just trying to upsell. Always a reasonable price and makes sure him or his crew get your car fixed and running in a timely manner, if any problems come up upon further inspection they give you a call with all the details. There appointment times may be booked a couple weeks out at times, but they will always make sure to accommodate you and the most important part, the job is done right. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, he will do everything in his power to make sure you are satisfied when you leave. The whole crew goes above and beyond! They also give you a heads up with details on certain parts of your car that may need attention in the near future as well. A1 quality.

First time getting a repair here and it went smoothly. It was for a clutch on my Chrysler 300 that got stuck on a gear. Good customer service, clutch was fixed, and was done quicker than expected. I got my car back within the same day, so I dont have to worry about my upcoming commute. I also appreciate their honest feedback and communication! I trust in bringing my car here in the future.

I have been coming here for 15 years. The Auto Clinics reputation is the best in town and for all the right reasons. In years past I have been steered or pressured to buy parts for my vehicle that are not the problem. Here I am never pressured to buy anything for my vehicle that isnt what I need. They will tell me they see this is getting worn out it may need to be replaced in x amount of time which I appreciate so I can plan ahead. The customer service is wonderful. I am always greeted by a smile and friendly welcome. Finding a good mechanic shop is like finding a good Dr. Once you find the one you like you stay with them. I encourage anyone who hasnt been here to come. They stand behind their work 100% and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. You wont be let down. I am a customer for life!

My automatic window got stuck down in the middle of winter :/ I knew it was an electrical problem so googled “electric work on cars Rockford il” & SO happy auto clinic was the first place to pop up & first place I called. Being a single woman I could of easily been ripped off. But everyone at Auto Clinic, especially Tim, was beyond helpful!! He was able to put my window back up the day of problem so I didn’t have to drive around in the cold with my window down. As well as gave me a price to fix the electrical issue. There are still good people out there!! Tim & everyone else at auto clinic prove it!! They want to help you & not just after your money. Highly recommend!!!!

Old school values,why fix whats not broken, find the problem and lets get it fixed values.They went above and beyond my expectations, truly in my opinion what a great experience. For starters, i had an emergency and had to get my vehicle in ASAP, made a call and spoke to tim and explained my issue and he made time for me within a days time. For a shop that is already busy, they made time for me. I dropped my vehicle off a day earlier then my appointment was for, and the day off my actual appointment, i recieved a call from the shop telling me my vehicle is done.wow i was amazed and very thankful. My car was running sluggish, no get up & go, everywhere I took the car to told me something different. After 5 auto shops & over $400.00 with no cure to the problem, I took the advice of a guy at Autozone to take it to the Auto Clinic of Rockford. I asked are they any good he said they were the best in town. So I took his word, & boy, am I glad I did! When I spoke to Tim, he said my problem was the Catalytic Converter, I asked How did you come to that conclusion? He said as soon as Brad drove the vehicle he knew right away, but then we tested it, & for sure, that is your problem. The nice receptionist Dawn, gave me an appointment & told me when the car would be ready, & guess what? The car was ready when they said it would be, & guess what? The car runs perfect!! Well I guess I found me a new Mechanic, & Im gonna tell all my friends. Thanks guys, You Rock! :)

Best, friendliest shop in the area.I had it happen that Brad was able to fix my car for less than what the dealership wanted to diagnose the problem.

Took my car in for an exhaust issue, and rather than just giving me one option (full replacement part), they gave me a couple with different price points. If I had taken it to a dealer, they would have just tried to sell me a whole replacement part, which would have been 4 times more expensive.Staff is knowledgeable and explains what is being done and what it will cost so there is no confusion on anything. Highly recommend them as its hard to find actual mechanics that diagnose issues rather than replace parts until we resolve the issue I have experienced at dealers.

When I bring my vehicle in I always get first rate service, but what sets Brad and his staff apart is they tell you what they believe your next issues will be. They also take the time to share other problem areas they observe as part of fixing your current difficulty. They are always busy, but if theres a serious concern they will squeeze you in. The only problem is that they set the standard so high that when I compare them to any other business in any other field I find that everybody else is a disappointment. I dont think of Brad or his people as simply automotive technicians, although they are the best within 250 miles; after 23 years of consistent excellence I consider them trusted counselors. Brad and his staff are not as good as their word, theyre better. Five stars are what I give to the best businesses I rate, Auto Clinic is the Ten Star Industry Standard.

This last visit was just for semi annual oil change and service. Due to a slow leak in one of the tires, the tires were reseated with new valve stems. My wife and I dont trust anyone but Brad and his crew to work on our vehicles. Honest, professional and friendly.

I was put on hold 2 times-the first time I was hung up on- the 2nd time..after 15-30 MINUTE WAIT ON HOLD-the guy ; on the phone,was trying to shove me over to another place; for what reason I dont know? he said twice WITH US; ITS GOING TO BE A LOT MORE MONEY-So why go to a place; with a 3 week waiting list; that doesnt want your business in the first place-they treat WOMEN like we are all dumb about cars! we ARE NOT!

First of all, the place was just a total chaos. Disorganized as their staff. Not surprised I had to wait for over 2 weeks to get my car fixed and not an apology from the company the least. I test my car and to my surprise I didnt have the key.. they forgot to leave me the key so I drive over to get it. Another 20 minutes of waiting while they search for it. Really????
