We were welcomed by Maria. She took our information and directed us to have a seat while retrieving a technician. My husband and I explained what happened regarding our muffler the technician understood and was told, to give them the allotted time to diagnose. We got a call on the situation and cost. Oscar completed the repair and we left the shop very satisfied!

This place is horrible the reviews they got have to be fake I took my truck to get a rack pion and the didn’t lock my steering wheel before they put it in and when I got my truck back I had no lights signal washer etc needless to say the owner was very arrogant didn’t care he got that 380 and was like next well wen I took my car to be fix found out them non speaking English people messed my truck up and it cost me 1200 dollars for not locking my steering wheel idiots

Extremely overpriced for exhaust modification was charged $200 after I was first quoted only $60! I had to wait about 3 hours just for them to take my car into the back for the work! After calling for 3 days straight trying to get what I wanted done! update: my exhaust has started to rattling pretty bad now I assume they did not add all of my exhaust hangers back on! the welds are pretty horrible! too so because of that I have multiple exhaust leaks I honestly wouldn’t recommend going here

Be aware the job is made correctly because when i went my muffler was still bad and escaping air lucky i went to another place and check it out so i call them and the guy say to bring the car back and they finally fix it for sure...

This place was the place to go when it opened. I would spread the word and tell my friends about it and brought in clientele. Recently I have been bringing my car in for mechanical work and things have gone down hill big time. Just recently asked them to change a part on my rear caliper and to inspect and diagnose a screeching sound coming from the front breaks as well as inspect the suspension for any issues. First the car was sitting there for 2 weeks. I was told they inspected for the noice and didn’t find anything. And that they changed the part. After I picked up my car not even 1/2 a block down as my car was rolling in Neutral to a stop at a red light the horrible screeching sound started up(without pressing the breaks). So the whole 2 weeks it was there they basically did nothing but wait for a part to come in. When I called back I asked to speak with a mechanic and I was never put on the phone with one.For mufflers this place is good but for anything else I wouldn’t recommend them anymore.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Brought my truck here for some exhaust work to be done they charged me $200 for them to not do what I asked. Then I brought it back to them to fix it and they still charged me $100 for them to STILL do it wrong.

Great place fixed my car real quick fair price

The best service Ive ever had at an automotive center! My resonator was rusted out and I had a few other things I needed fixed on my car. I was in and out within an hour and a half with my car sounding like the day I pulled it off the lot.

I have to tell you these people are the best. Fast, very affordable and friendly. These guys really put all others to shame when it comes to customer service and vehicle repair.Had a rotted out muffler that needed replacing. They showed me my options and had me out in about an hour .... with a full parking lot. Im a mechanic I can tell you my standards are high and these guys knocked it out of the park for me. I totally Recommend and will be.

While visiting a friend in Rockford ( I reside in Maple Park, IL ) the exhaust system in my car failed. After doing a Google search for muffler repair l found KP mufflers site. Their location was within a couple of miles from where I was staying. I drove to KP mufflers the following morning without an appointment and within 20 minutes my car was on the lift. The staff were friendly and very professional. They showed and explained what needed to be done and the estimated cost for parts and labor (all extremely reasonable). I was back on the road within an hour very pleased.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

I recently bought a truck from a guy that cut off the two catalytic converters and the rear half of the exhaust I explained to him over the phone with the issue was and asked him if he did custom exhaust work he told me to bring it down they can have it repaired and back on the road the same day

I called the company about putting my vehicle on the machine because the check engine light was on, I knew my battery needed to be replaced. So upon arrival I told them to put it on the machine to see why my car is running rough. The lady called back and said the car was fixed they replaced the battery and it would be $250 to replace a battler and two screws for the ignition coils. My car was fine in less than an hour and I was charged $250 for labor for a battery and two screws. The original problem was never fixed. This is highway robbery charging $250.00 to change battery. I submitted a review of KP muffler and brakes the person in charge of the Facebook page blocked me. So now no one can see the review, this is bad business practices they take advantage of women. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive taken my vehicles here before they do good prices but the yesterday I made an appointment for just an oil change and a PCV valve replacement for a specific time the following day the guy said okay bring it on in I get there and they told me theres a four hour wait I said but I made an appointment there shouldnt be a 4-Hour wait the lady says we dont take appointments very disappointed in this business I will never come back

So I bought a flowmaster 50 series muffler and had luis put it on. He has put many mufflers and has deleted some as well. Every time is excellent service and quality work!! I will continue to bring all my vehicles here and so should you!! Dont think about taking it here just do it.

Needed a muffler replaced they did it in 20 minutes then and there

After I drove over a curb and damaged my exhaust pipe, they fixed me up for $100 in about 40 minutes. I liked them enough to have them put on my trailer hitch tomorrow.......They wanted nearly $400 ($110 labor) to install a light duty receiver hitch on my Toyota Camry. Whats the problem, you might ask?? That did not include the electrical kit for the trailer LIGHTS, and they refused to install the electrical kit, saying that they were too busy, and it takes too much time. That is correct...They REFUSED to put in the electrical kit for the trailer lights. Wow.Riverside Farm & Fleet did the entire job in about an hour, for $80 less than KP wanted to do the hitch alone, with no light kit. Hmmm. I dont think I will going to KP anymore.

So disrespectful....let me start off by saying the young girl at front desk hung up on me twice.....rude....second i want to let everyone know they work with victory lane auto and they dont care about kids...victory lane brought my car to them because there all family and they ghetto rigged my car a day later the car wont start keeps dying. They are racist....they work with victory lane motors dont buy a car from them and dont get ur car fixed by them....and the add things on my reciept that werent even done or replaced....they dont like African americans.............
