In response to Anderson on my review. My vehicle had 143,000 miles on it. They told me to drive it for a couple months since they could not diagnose. Then when they did diagnose too much damage done and they said I would need a new engine at $15,000 or they found a used one at $7,500. Sales department offered me $500 for my 2012 Nissan Armada Platinum that was very well maintained and the service manager stated that. I lost approximately $10,000 in trade-in value and I believe it was because I was told to drive it until the vehicle acts up worse.

Every visit goes faster. I no longer dread the waiting. Im constantly getting updated.

Nissan service center on East State St the 2 times I have gone it has been phenomenal. It was fast, easy, and they were friendly. If you have anything wrong with your Nissan I suggest you bring it to these guys!
