I ordered flowers for my parents 65th wedding anniversary. Jill was extremely helpful and accommodating. The flowers were delivered on time and were stunning. I received many compliments on them. The arrangement was elegant, fresh and fuller than expected for the price. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Flowers by Haley.

Jill did the flowers for both my weddings (covid microwedding and one year vow renewal ceremony). She offered a Friday viewing so I could okay the flowers. I didn’t love the way some of them looked, and she immediately made changes so I was happy—even changing the shape of my bridal bouquet to cascading! She also included bonus petals for throwing in photos and luggage tag goodie to boot! Would have preferred paying in person or online rather than through the mail, but otherwise, we had a good experience!

Jill truly has a passion for what she does. My vision for my bouquet came out more beautiful than I could have imagined. The greenery at the venue tables were luscious and perfect for my style. The company still uses mail instead of emails which made responses a little slow in a world of instant gratification, but if you dont mind waiting a few days for invoices, then it doesnt matter. A relative recently sent my daughter flowers to cheer her up after surgery. The arrangement was left out on our front porch for several hours in the hot sun and by the time we found it, the flowers were wilted and browning. There was no logo identifying the florist anywhere on the basket or card but since my relative lives in another town, I knew they had ordered through an online floral service. I had to call around to all the major floral services until I finally found that they were ordered through Just Flowers and fulfilled by Flowers and Balloons by Haley. I attempted to reach Flowers and Balloons by Haley on two different phone numbers that I received from Just Flowers as well as the number listed on their Google page and received a generic automated message each time. At no time did this outgoing message even identify itself as the business. Since I could not reach anyone to speak to about the issue I’m leaving this review. I wouldn’t want anyone to use a service like Just Flowers when it fulfills orders through a ”florist” that leaves arrangements out in the hot sun and has no working method of contact. Unfortunately, my next call will be to the relative who sent the flowers to let her know what happened so she can hopefully get a refund through Just Flowers. This is no way to run a business.

Love this florist. From flowers to balloons, I have never been disappointed. Thank you for such great service and beautiful arrangements. I have also purchased balloons many times. Love all your products and great service.

If I can choose 0 it will be it!!! Worst experience ever!!! I wish I can attach picture of flowers I received today! 5 year old will do better job!!! Shame for owner! Also they did not deliver to door, flowers were left in front of building door with 8 units and left!!👏👏👏

They were wonderful and took my vision for my wedding flowers and executed it perfectly! I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted and they helped me decide and also gave me some advice for other wedding stuff. They are great to work with and I was so happy with all of the arrangements.

The FTD® All Aglow™ Bouquet by Better Homes and Gardens® was very nice and it brightened my sisters day while she was in the hospital. Some of the flowers were substituted and there were no pieces of greenery like the picture shows, but still a beautiful bouquet!

Jill does an amazing job! All of our flower arrangements from her have been beyond our expectations! Our wedding flowers were nothing short of spectacular! People still tell us how beautiful our centerpieces and bouquets were!

The flowers were nowhere close to what I ordered for $65. ( Mothers Day) When i approached the owner she was so very rude ( she has a lot of comments about her rudeness) and told me she would not charge me, she knew they were awful. 3 days later I had a charge in my bank account for $65. I would never recommend her .

They left my moms flowers outside their garage didn’t ring the door bell didn’t deliver them on time. Flowers were ruined. Will never go their again.

We used this business for wedding flowers. The owner was very rude to us after we gave our deposit. By that time, we were only 1 week out from the wedding and had no choice but to use her services. The flower petals and leaves were falling off the arrangements before the wedding even started. The flowers literally turned brown on the tips before the night was over. Please do not use this business if you want your flowers to be fresh and hold up throughout the event.

I spent $8 on a flower delivery fee, they were left outside in the cold at the wrong address. Supposedly they tried contacting the recipient with no luck, then just left them outside on the sidewalk. I purches the flowers, they had my number and I never received a call. The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. When I called to voice my complaint i was met with a bad attitude and every excuse in the book. I realize now why they do not have customer reviews on their Facebook page, they would never get any business.

Very disappointed. The coordinator was rude and impolite. The roses, while delivered on time, started to fall apart completely as soon as we got them. Reasonable price but DONT waste your time.

I had them send some candy and balloons to my friend for her birthday, when the delivery guy got there he told my friend what was in the box (without her asking), then my friend told me that candy was kinda stale, I was gonna not say anything but then today my friend called me and told me she got the bill for her present!! When I called the owner (if thats what you call her) said that the only reason I was calling is because i did not want to pay my bill, she said my card was declined, she also said she left messages, which she did not, I would have gladly called her back and paid. She then proceeded to tell me that was the one that called her and was being a pest on making sure it was delivered. Well heres the thing I talked to you that day when it was gonna be delivered why didnt you tell me then that there was a problem!! I ordered it the day before!!I told her maybe the young girl had written down the number wrong, she continued to argue with me and make excuses!!According to her I just did not want to pay my bill!! That is the wrong thing to say to someone, if she not such a *(&^% I would have continued the conversation and not hung up on her!!Whatever, you can take that $28 dollars and eat it!!

My Aunt received a flower arrangement today. It was awful looking. It had a huge piece of cabbage stuck in the middle. Very disappointed.

Jill is an angel to work with and really has a heart for her customers, and does a beautiful job!
