Came for the squish event and it was a bit crazy. Would suggest a separate line and maybe only so many people at a time as it was difficult to get to the bins but over all very nice store and friendly workers considering the crowds.

Great prices, for the most part. 👌🏽😊Be forwarned though, that although Most of the times here are $5, there are a few times that actually go above that to about $10.They also closed earlier than the other stores on that strip as we were expecting until 9pm but it was only open until 8pm and we ha dnt even finished our first whole round of checking out the place in its entirety.

Everything is way to jammed packed together. There is no rhyme or reason to the store. Electronics, toys, games, books, gadgets are randomly placed throughout the store. Like items together would make for a better shopping experience in my opinion.

Was super crowded and they had nothing in stock. Not sure when they stock things or who is in charge of ordering but it almost look like it was closing for good.

I paid for a pair of headphones and they took 3.97 from my debt card then their system ‘crashed’ so the money went off of my card but they said I didn’t pay for it. My mom paid for it but I still didn’t get the money back on my card!THIEVES!

Says they will open 10am on 11/8. 10am comes and line outside but door locked. Called and employee says they arent opening till 11... Says 10am opening starts on 11/9. It clearly states on 11/8 is 10am. Aboit 20 people walked away and left. Really sucks for myself and like 2 others that were there amd arent from around here.

It is a fun store with good prices. I like to come here and purchase headphones and other items. Even though the prices are low the merchandise does have quality and they do last for a while. I will be shopping here again.

Wasnt very pleasant I was in there with my fiance she was being followed by the manager constantly like we were up to something to even reach right over my fiances head to get a toy and asked us if it was ours cuz it was hot a place and we said of course not another excuse to be right next to us and in this Cove it was the worst things you could have

Whenever I am in the area I always stop by to see what new things they have. Although I did prefer there old layout. I feel that with the new one they lost quite a few products I was interested in. However the selection is always changing so it may just be the current season items Im not really excited for.

Prices are good although somethings you can find at a dollar tree. It was bright and clean in the store. But the employees really need to treat everyone one fairly. Their attitude towards certain customers are unwarranted. But prices were good again. They just need training in treating everyone equally and Im not saying this out of my head. Lets just say I was treated better than the guy who was in front of me.

Wow! What a great new look since their remodel of this store. Very bright and trendy. A lot of items from cell accessories to kids toys. However they need to change their name. They carry several items over 5.00. granted its 5.55 now but still, we all know 5 below to be 5.00 or below. When stores past have done this, this is when they phased themselves out of business. Items that I was picking up appeared to be 5.00 until I got to the register and it rang up more. The cashier was off towards the side near the front... Registers in plain view... And neglected to come help me ring out until her line grew with 3 additional customers behind me. I know she seen me. But I was not important enough to checkout until other people showed up in line. Then a second cashier shows up from the same location as the first and helps out. But why when their are two cashiers did the line have to wait until it grew? You upcharge us now yet your customer service has slipped. Wait...whaaaat??? Sad part is not a single cashier walked up with a smile or greeted a single person or said thank you at the conclusion of the transaction. I only observed all of this because after I checked out, I stepped to the side to wait for my friend to check out... Sad day when companies charge us more so they can profit yet spit in our hand as we hand them out money....

This store has a ton of great items for $5 and under...Name brands that you pay $20-$30 for here $5...All games $5...Art supplies, electronic, sporting goods, toys, t-shirts, shoes, perfumes, makeup oh I could go on and on...Check it out yourself...Grandparents save yourself some money, trust me...

The only thing I dont like about five and below is that I will go into the store and get one thing and come out with a cart full. Smh
