Ordered 2 separate things, one for delivery and one for pick up. Both were nice and looked like it was made special just for them. Thanks for delivering on the 4th of July. Made my grandpas and dads birthdays!! They enjoyed them!

The customer service was wonderful my edible arrangement looked gorgeous. The fruit was not as sweet as I would have liked that but I think that just depends on the time of the day I probably would recommend this place and I will return

My daughter sent me a birthday bouquet with balloons. While the fruit bouquet itself was ok the container and one of the balloons was Valentine’s Day themed. The balloon was heart shaped with conversation hearts on it...be mine, sweet heart, kiss me. Not appropriate at all for someone’s mother’s birthday. When I contacted the owner she told me this was not a Valentine’s Day balloon or container and told me she has excellent customer service. If that were true she would have admitted her mistake and apologized. So tacky to use leftover products from a previous holiday and then refuse to own the mistake. After reading reviews I see this has happened to other customers as well.

I spent almost $100 and didnt get the balloons I ordered I was celebrating a birthday and got the leftover valentines day balloons... I also was handed the wrong bag of popcorn than I ordered stating they were out of the other one.I also called a day before to change my pickup time which was originally 10am to 12pm due to scheduling issues that arise. No one took note and it sat for 2 hours for me when I arrived at 12. I will not be coming back to this store or using this company in the future. Buyer bewareUpdate: 3 weeks laterNothing. Even after owner responded I received no calls or follow ups to my experience here.

I ordered a Christmas fruit platter from there and it was ready for pickup the next day. The staff was super helpful, and they held the door open. The only complaint I have is it can be pricey, but they do make wonderful gifts for birthdays and holidays.

My sister and her family very graciously sent me an Edible Arrangement from this location as a get-well gift following surgery. The arrangement itself was beautiful; however, the quality of the fruit left much to be desired as it was mostly inedible. The pineapple was not ripe and way too sour. The honeydew melon and cantaloupe were hard and tasteless. Only a couple of strawberries and grapes could be eaten, and those were on the verge of being over-ripe and too soggy. I feel bad that my sister went to such lengths to do something so nice for me only to have wasted her money since I ended up throwing away two-thirds of the fruit. I would not recommend ordering an inEdible Arrangement from this location unless you just want to throw your money away.

Valentines Order wasn’t ready for scheduled pick up time. Had to wait for them to box my order in the back room. Checked my order for accuracy and while it was correct, the quality wasn’t there. Had strawberries In the box that I wouldn’t have picked at a strawberry patch. When I addressed it with the employee I was told they don’t guarantee the size. When you pay $50.00 for 12 strawberries, they need to be more aware of their presentation and quality. I wasn’t given an option to return the order for refund. Actually, I wasn’t given an option other than to deal with it. I’ve ordered numerous times from Edible Arrangements and I’ve never had this poor of an experience. The lack of concern from the store employee and attention to detail by the back room employees was enough to make this the last purchase I will make here.

I ordered the 12 strawberries with 3 different varieties which included the red velvet, white chocolate, and hearts. They appeared plump and delicious. Ballon was bigger than I expected and it was delivered at the perfect time to my fiancee. I got $10 off groupon to offset the $20 delivery fee on Valentines day and I will be getting some when I get home. Lol

This lousy Place cost me $100 on Fathers Day......... My Daughter ordered two special arrangements for me on Fathers Day one of pastries and the other one of assorted fruits, it all started with the lousy delivery driver, he showed up with the pastries upside down and all out of place so right away you could tell that they had been dropped somewhere along the line the fruit arrangement was shifted all over the place as well, by the time I looked outside to catch the driver he had hurried up and left,Very very very unprofessional!!!!!!!!! anyone can see immediately the type of place youre dealing with!!!!!!!! he should have never delivered those arrangements to me and thought he could get away with it without the customer saying anything..... I called the place immediately but they were already closed so the next day after three different tries to speak to a manager finally somebody comes calling me at the end of the day almost at closing time and had the nerve to First: Not Apologize!!!!!!!! That right there and then tells you the type of lousy and unprofessional place youre dealing with, after I had explained to her the situation and Second: she had the nerve to offer me a lousy box of strawberries!!!!!!! Really??????? since when a lousy box of strawberries equals over $100 that was spent at this place for these Arrangements and delivery on top of all the aggravation I had to go through on my own Fathers Day, I wish there was a zero rating which is what I would give this lousy place, These Lowlifes dont even deserve one star, do yourselves a favor before throwing away your money down the toilet read all the negative ratings these lowlifes have....... I am looking into reporting them to Better Business Bureau/BBB and talking to my lawyer about taking them to small claims court, maybe this way somebody in that very unprofessional organization will realize that they cannot treat people just any kind of way..........👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Please know the protein that’s served in your smoothies.As a leader in a workplace, I find that it’s crucial every employee knows the product. The fact that your staff thought protein powder was just “protein” and had no clue if it was dairy based or not is pretty sad. Not only did she not know your product, her attitude was more on the snooty side because I questioned her lack of knowledge. “It’s just regular protein.”I said “well do you know if there’s dairy in it?”“Protein is just protein.”...... absolutely not.“Ok. Do you know if it’s chocolate or vanilla?”She had no clue.You guys don’t even carry the container the protein comes in!For the fear of consuming dairy because I’m allergic, I settled for a fruit cup instead of the protein smoothie.

Ordered my husband an arrangement to be delivered to him. They said they would call or text him when they were there. I paid an extr 15$ to have it delivered today. They came and left no call no text and now he has to go pick it up himself. With no refund of my delivery charge. It better be amazing when he picks it up!

Received an arrangement as a gift for a celebration of life today. We were SO disappointed. The fruit was horrible. The cantaloupe and honey dew were not edible. The grapes were almost rotten and the strawberry were close too!I have sent so many of these as gift and could not wait to try one and will I think twice moving forward.

I called to state a time preference and they kindly stuck to their word. The lady on the phone was very nice, as she left a note reminder on my order.My boyfriend got it on time and he loved it! Thank you ❤️

My son got me an arrangement for mothers day and the strawberries were rotten under the chocolate, some of the grapes were bad too. This was his first time ordering from here we wont do that again.

Get your very own dipped or healthy snack here at edible arrangements. Ask about the Grab & Go should be the best relating to ordering inna hurry.

They had trouble getting the date correct and then despite detailed delivery instructions the arrangement was never delivered. You only have one 70th wedding anniversary and Edible Arrangements missed it.
