I seen a cockroach on the breakfast sandwich from the deli and I told the attendant and her response was yeah we can’t get rid of them or lol.
I work here, so my opinion is bias. We try to cater to our local everyday customers as best as we can and we offer hot, fried foods during the weekdays and on Saturdays for lunch. We keep the gas prices competitive and anyone who knows us knows that we do try to offer great service to our everyday customers. As most retail stores, we have many people stealing or lying to save a buck and we are very thorough when investigating any problems that come up. We have pump issues from time to time and we have companies that provide us with services to correct these problems. We try our best to keep cool and our regular customers see the kind of treatment we get from less sympathetic strangers. None of these reviews are from regular customers minus one. I dont know what happened to his lottery ticket, but I assure you it wasnt stolen. Thats silly.
Last night about 8:30-9 pm I came in to grab 2 Brisk Teas. Grabbed my teas and headed for checkout and the people in front of me knew your cashier (Angel) and were talking, no biggie. Until 10 minutes pass and within those 10 minutes the persons child proceeds to ask how old your guys donuts are (your cashier embarrassed you with admitting they’re old in front of 4 other customers including me) and your cashier going to the back, grabbing her cigarettes, and proceeds to give single cigarettes to this person, meanwhile me and at that point an entire line of customers are obviously frustrated at the fact that all of this is going on, and your cashier and this person are STILL TALKING. Literally ignored our presence. I am disgusted, I’ve lived down the street from this gas station for 10 years and have been a VERY consistent customer. I suggest you guys rethink this employee Angel, because she just cost your gas station PLENTY of customers.
I wish that there would be a zero option for this store. I paid for my dads gas this morning and the pump didnt issue a receipt. My dad went inside and showed them to go outside (my dad does not speak English). The supervisor went outside and instead of paying attention and helping my dad who kept saying printing, he told my dad to pay the amount one more time. We ended up with a lousy explanation including I dont speak Spanish (my dad doesnt either); we ran after your dad to give him the money back but we couldnt catch him; another guy came and paid for your dads gas because your dad said that he did not have money. They are returning the money but they have lost a client (this is the closest gas station to our house).
A decent place for a snack and some gas, but not always the cleanest.
Not as quick or clean as the 66 on Sandy hollow only 1 Mike away. Receipts almost never print from the pump and the car wk has been closed for more than 4 days now...wish they had better management add theyre my closest station.
They charge you a dollar on your debit before you get gas at the pump. You get it back in a day or two but this still could over draft you.
Cashier stole my lottery tickets and told me she aint seen nothing with an attitude. I want it of the store for 2 minutes when I walked back in.
