RUDEI requested 2 Rx refill on a Friday approx 4pm. By Monday after 12 noon, my Rx was not ready. Jody rudly stated I called it in late and there was a weekend and the Dr just didnt respond yet. I would think she should have contacted the Dr again Monday morning. Instead, she implied the problem was with Me and my Dr. Walmart is So Much Better at Pharmacy than Walgreens.

Rude staff. I waited half an hour to take a photo, as the employee could not take a photo of the person in front of me.

Get in and out fast. Pharmacy may take a little longer

DONT USE. They told me my prescription was special and they needed to order it. Took over a week to get my prescription. Then they turned around and GAVE my prescription to some one else AFTER they told me they had it and now are having me WAIT AGAIN for it to come back in. POOR service and very irritated. DO NOT GO HERE . Highly recommend the cvs down the road!

Do not use this pharmacy. They will take it upon themselves to decide whether or not you need your prescription. If they decide you dont need your prescription they will raise the price of it. For me they told me after filling my prescription there a few times that they had decided they wouldnt let me use a prescription discount card for my prescriptions any more and I would have to pay full price. I need my medication to function normally in day to day life and I have had a highly respected doctor who teaches at UC family health center in Rockford prescribe it to me for more than 20 years. This pharmacy treated me as if I were trying to get drugs for illicit purpose and proved that by action. This pharmacy decided on their own that they would no longer accept a prescription discount card from me specifically for absolutely no reason at all other than their own personal incorrect assumptions about me. I hope Walgreens reads this, if they are just know that I found out that filling my prescription at Walmart ended up being cheaper so I dont mind taking the extra time to go there. I just hope people read my story and realize that this pharmacy is run by a very small man who will charge you for your prescriptions based on his own personal incorrect judgement.

Whenever I pick up prescriptions, the staff is very cordial and work well together. The tall young man who helped me the last 3 times provides great customer service with a smile.

I needed Dramamine and couldnt find it. The pharmacy ignored me like I didnt exist, so I left and asked the young man who was working both the register and photo counter (Pedro). He helped me find the product I was looking for. He knows how a customer should be treated. The pharmacy needs work on at least acknowledging a customer standing at the pharmacist counter. I would have been ok if they said it would be just a minute...but being treated as if I am invisible makes me mad.

The pharmacist techs were incredibly rude and annoyed with everyone who came to ask for their prescriptions. The actual pharmacist who is a man with a bald head and black beard was VERY nice and way more relaxed and understanding than the two women he was working with.

Your customer service is horrible today. I just got hung up on at 4:26p. I had to call Alpine & Guilford Walgreens because the young lady who answered the phone told me I had no rx there for my daughter at 4:08p.I asked her to call Phelps and tell them about the rx she sees and she agreed.This was after I had already been there and was given my other daughters rx (Zoey and Zaya ) maybe because of the similar names and same address idk.However, all across the board your customer service today is unacceptable and Im sure way beneath Walgreens expectations of their employees. GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE!!!

Time to stop using this Walgreens, maybe the whole chain, for a pharmacy. The Pharmacy department at this store is horrendous. They never staff enough people, there are always 3 to 4 cars in line, AND 3 to 4 people waiting inside, and they only have one tech at the register. I went in and asked the pharmacist if she could help out and I was told that this is what they give her, and there is nothing she can do about it. I think they want to lose some business so they arent so busy. This has happened to me multiple times. We should all accommodate them. I would give NO stars, but Google wont let me.

Went to the pharmacy on 4.04.18 at 530pm. The girl was extremely rude to me when i was picking up my medication at the drive thru. Very shocked at how she spoke to me just routinely getting medication. Uncalled for completely .

Cashier on duty was so nice! She is a perfect example of what customer service should be!

Horrible experience due to the manager Rob, he had a terrible attitude even though I stayed polite the whole time, he sold me a prepaid phone without scanning it out I wasn’t able to activate it & when I went to return it he didn’t refund my money back to my debit card

Clean and well organized store. Even sells liquor.

They have no Barbies for mi girls they said we want a doll from Walgreens and there bathroom stinks
