I hope to never speak with them again. Took two months to finish replacing my door. They also left wood, nails, and other scraps of metal across my driveway. Even had the nerve to use tools out of my garage and then leave them in the front yard/driveway. Left my tool draws wide open to let me know they went through my belongings. Please just call another company so you dont have to have this experience.

They were fast to come out. Not even an hour, and took like 30 min for spring repair! Friendly and fast ! Thank you

Called and spoke to Greg who was very nice on the phone and he was available so I booked an appt for the next morning. My Garage door spring was broken and he fixed it and also replaced a wheel that I had no idea was bad. Excellent service and very friendly. We will be referring you to all our neighbors. Seriously cannot say enough great things about this company. Called them on a Saturday to fix a garage door that wouldn’t open. Person in the phone was polite and realistic about time. Someone called me 15 minutes before they showed up. Told me I needed a new system and where to find the best deal and gave me the price to install. Next day he installed and charged me the price that he stated. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Called them for a commercial torsion spring replacement. Tech visited site then called me to let me know they would have it complete the following day. The following day I received a call from the tech who explained the following - the owner of our company, Ray, will NOT let me fix the door because a different company that had hired us before never paid us. Excuse me...? We talked through this the day before which is why we agreed to pay upon completion. Why are we having this conversation on the day we were told the door would be fixed???? Thats okay RAY - waste another $50-$100 to go to the site then not do the job, waste your techs time, and also waste my time, he sounds like a real genius.

We called the company early and explained our garage door wouldnt operate and Greg said he would stop by to see it on his way to the office. He solved our problem quickly. We had used his services previously and have always been treated very professionally and friendly. It is a great feeling to know you can depend on a professional who reliable and trustworthy. My husband and I recommend him highly.

Greg arrived when he said he would and quickly repaired the door at the price quoted. He explained the guarantee on parts and labor. I was the last stop of the day (due to my schedule) until he took a call from another customer who needed help. Even though it was late he told them he would stop and get their door working. Not everyone would have done that. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys where great to deal with. Called at 1:30 pm on a Friday for broken Spring on my garage door. They told me they would arrive between 5 pm and 6 pm. Service guy Dale arrived at 5:30 pm and was done by 6 pm. All done at a reasonable price.

I have used garage door services twice and both times have been impressed and more than satisfied with both experiences. They even have come out on a SUNDAY without charging outrageous fees. With my most recent experience the gentleman took his time in exploring my door problem without immediately telling me I needed a new door opener. He was able to determine the true problem and repair it. Much less costly than calling another garage door service. This I know because I have used others prior to finding by chance Garage Door Services. I recommend them to anyone who want someone whom will take their time, find the real issue, provide courteous service and all at a more than affordable price. I wont call anyone else!!!

I actually give this a 0! I dont know how this place has a 5 star review. The receptionist was rude!! I called to see if the guy was showing up & she said he would be there in 30 minutes. 55 minutes passed & I called again & she tells me that he will be there in a minute & thirty seconds & to have a great day... In such an ignorant tone! So the guy showed up an hour late from when they said they would be here & he did NOT apologize or anything! Hes excuse was seems like Im running late for everything today. Seriously?! A sorry for being late would of been so much better! Not happy with this service at all!!

A spring on our garage door broke on Sunday night around 9 pm. My husband called and within an hour he was here and the job was complete! Very reasonably priced, great service. We will definitely use them again!!

I had an emergency it was late they came out no extra charge. They had any part you could think of to get the job done. Me thinking it was going to cost a lot cause it was late but no they where very reasonable on the price. I will recommend this company to family and friends.

This was not a good experience, not at all. I am not sure of the womans name that I spoke with because she didnt even say her name. I wouldnt call her a receptionist because she couldnt perform her job efficiently. We called because it was 55 minutes past our time slot of 3-4 and she said he will be there in a minute and 30 seconds bye, have a great day. It was so disrespectful the way she spoke to my girlfriend and I. $134 for a less than 10 minute job. One bad cable? Plus the one that he put on looks used. Didnt even explain what he was doing. It could have been something much cheaper but he said it was going to be $134 right away. Instead of apologizing for being a whole hour late, he says I am here to fix your garage. We had plans today and they were ruined because of this. Never going with this company again. And the warranty is 90 days. He didnt care to explain any of the warranty. Just left after he said that. Not a good experience and definitely not one for a first time home buyer.

The work was not done right I was told 85$ to re do it so 85 to do it right ?????? Part of the reason I went with the bs company was Greg told me he would add in a 3inch rubber on the bottom to fill the gap. Well the day they came to do it they didnt have a 3inch they had the smaller one put it on and said if it dont fill out we will put the 3inch rubber on . Well it didnt fill out so I called they said we have to order it ok 5to7 days ok well 3 weeks of calling everyday with no answer leaving messages asking to return my call and nothing so I call 6 time in a row and some one finally picks up. a rude women takes the info then says they will be out tomorrow. They come out with out the rubber look at the bad work and say 85 to fix it do it right this timebut we have to go to tge shop to get the rubber be back in 40 minutes . Two hours later nothing no call nothing . So not only would I say dont hires theses guys once they get paid they dont care and the work was extra sloppy .

My spring broke early Sunday morning I thought I would have to wait until Monday I called to make an appointment they said we will be there today (Sunday) and no extra charge great service the two guys that came were complete professionals Im glad I called these guys.

I am heavily disagreeing with the person or people who are trying to say that this company hides their different companies...considering they show up with their lettered trucks showing their different phone numbers printed in bold letters right on the side.

These guys came out the day after I called, on a Sunday! They fixed everything right the first time – and charged me half of their competitors prices.
