I ordered a garage door July 13. 2021 I had to call and complain when the measure appointment was booked 6 weeks later. They came out 3 weeks after sale and measured but never ordered the door. I called and complained to office they told me they didnt know when they would install. Now today September 18th I found out they didnt order the door till after I called and complained but they still have not got a production or install estimated time. 3 months and no progress.I am a home improvements sales person and have been regional install manager for larger construction firms and an operations manager. In my 25 years experience I have never had a worse experience with a company. If you want to save money this is not the place to go. They are so poorly managed they cant have quality subcontractors as installers dont deal with unorganized organizations because it cost the sub too much money. Never do business with these people.

I chose Feldco because they had a live person answering the phone. I called 3 other local community window companies and they did not answer. They wanted you to leave a voice mail.Feldco sales rep was fabulous and our install went smoothly.Thank you Feldco team!

Did you ever have a company turn you off so bad over the phone while trying to get an estimate and theyre giving you the third degree, you realize that dont even want a representative to come to your house let alone have them do work on it? Well thats my Feldco expirence.I recommend you follow my course of action, when being told youll have to sit through an hour long sales presentation or you cant get windows from FELDCO and politely respond with a; Go F yourself, hang up and call any of the other local window companies that dont want to pitch you on paying hundreds more than you need to (at 50% off).I already have two estimates, easy peasy. Feldco was going to be my third.What a joke.

Very happy with every step of the process, from the initial sales call to installation to a couple minor adjustments that needed to be made. The crew from the Rockford office have been awesome to work with.The windows are wonderful, not only very thermally insulating, but sound as well.

We had them replace five exterior doors including a brand new front door and a lower level replacement of a sliding door with a swing out door and sidelight. The doors are gorgeous, much warmer than the old doors and the installers did a terrific job. Shane the regional manager and his crew are terrific!

Took awhile to get our order processed and ordered. Finally did get the doors put in. Now have windows, siding,and doors from Feldco. So far very satisfied with our purchase. A before and couple after pics

Feldco actually means it when they say one call will take care of it all.from the original phone call to inquire about pricing to the finished installation was probably the easiest thing i have done for my home.very responsive to any and all questions i had .explained the whole measuring process and installation procedure. If you need windows replacement dont waste your time looking elsewhere the pricing and product cannot be beaten.

From the planning, choices and placement of the windows to the installation, I cannot say enough. Wonderful quality of product. Installers were the best. Their follow-ups were great. I had a durable storm door put on my garage entry door, and it could not have turned out better. I would use Feldco again.

I love the doors but I wish they would have capped the bottom of the storm door. Instead they just left it as is. Great work other than that

I have used Feldco for the past 4 years to replace different products in my house: windows, entry door and 2 patio doors. I cant say enough great things about the company! Everyone who I dealt with was great and my house is warmer and much prettier from the outside. My entry door is just beautiful!

I got all new windows for my 130+ year house from Feldco. We worked with Jacob and he was great, informative, and quick to reply to my many questions. The installation was a breeze and any issues weve had (which was just once and they have a lifetime warranty) they have quickly came to repair/fix at no cost. Its really such a breeze with them. I will absolutely use again and recommend. Also just to add the men that did the installation on our house were fantastic. We asked for the same crew to come back when they did our 2nd floor. Very respectful. Just all around great.

I have waited two months for an estimate. I have called back. Never worked so hard to try to give someone my money. Rep criticized all local contractors but they don’t want the job either.

I purchased my home with Feldco windows already. The windows were still in good condition and working properly, but I could feel air coming in the windows. I placed a call to Feldco and learned the windows were still under warranty. I wasn’t provided any of this information from the previous owner. Getting the warranty transferred over to me and scheduling an appointment with the service department was a breeze! However, when the serviceman came to my home, he did not check all my windows and simply said the air I felt was condensation coming in the window latch and others were experiencing the same problem. I didn’t put up a fuss with him. I figured from his demeanor, failure to check all the windows, and report that it was just condensation, he just didn’t want to take time to figure out the real issue. I did have further assessment completed by another company due to the air coming in causing the rooms to be cold. Turns out, the windows need to be sealed to stop the air from coming in the sides of the windows. Customer service is everything. You only get one time to make a first impression and I was disappointed! I wasn’t trying to get over on anybody. I was willing to pay if the service wasn’t covered under warranty!

We are so happy with our new front window. We had decided to replace the bay, but I wanted a window that opened, this time and this one does not disappoint. The process from beginning to finish was smooth. The salesman was very helpful in picking out what would look good and be cost effective. The installers were very professional and everything was done to perfection. Thank you Feldco.

Absolutely pathetic service. I have been waiting for 16 weeks to get 6 new windows installed on the frist floor of my house. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks when I bought the windows, and now they have canceled the install date twice so I have missed 2 days of work for nothing and will be at a minimum of 17 weeks till they get installed and I get to miss another day of work. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and work ethic from a company. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Upon looking at the windows on the outside, they were poorly installed. The side pieces could easily blow off from the wind. No wrap or caulking done to the side pieces. I highly recommend going elsewhere to get your siding replaced.

I had a great experience with Feldco. They are a hassle free, get it done type of company. They booked to come see me within a day or two- on a weekend. Their sales rep was knowledgeable and explained their product very well. My fiance and I felt informed about the product enough to make a decision. With Feldco you will not need to worry about the job getting done on time and right. My fiance and I both work full-time and are not very handy. Our sales rep assured us that they would get the job done, and they did. The installation was fast, on time, on schedule, they hauled away the old windows and cleaned up after themselves. I had ordered a 2 grid panes for my door. It came with 3. Company did agree to order and install the correct door.

We have used Feldco twice so far. We are slowly replacing the windows in our 1890s home. The knowledgeable salesman is already like an old friend. The measure-takers and installers are very professional, efficient, and skilled. They took great care to cover areas of the rooms to protect them from dust/dirt before working. They even took off their shoes every time they entered our home! We received phone calls reminding us of our appointments and notifying us in advance if there was any change. The quality of the windows is excellent. We are especially impressed with the child safe features of the windows. Feldo often has great options for sales, specials, or financing. Give them a call. You wont be disappointed!

Our fabulous expensive sliding door never worked properly and the locks were terrible! We had to have replaced with a Pella door as we never could get someone from Feldco out to look at it or be of assistance! Once it was installed and they had their payment, they did not follow up. A disappointment for sure as we were trying to stay local, USA made.

The worst customer service and product that I have ever had to deal with. Never returned any calls, only one screen for each window, whistling sound from siding, crooked areas. Called several times after work was done. Got return call for first couple of calls, but have never heard from since. Telling everyone that asks about this horrible service and to go with someone else and dont waste money on Feldco, because it is not worth it no matter what their so called deal is.

I was very pleased with the siding job Feldco just completed. Feldco has replaced my doors, windows, and has now done my siding and they offer a great product and stand by their great warranty. We had a great experience with Feldco, start to finish. Wish we would have done this sooner! Jake, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and answered all our questions thoroughly and pretty much immediately, even after hours. The installation workers were professional and friendly and respectful--they took a lot of time to make sure each window was installed correctly and properly caulked, etc. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were happy before they left for the day. I absolutely loved working with Feldco. I was in need of a new front door which brought me to looking for options. Feldco just seemed like the first place to look. it’s a well known company and my parents had used them for their windows (so why not!). They called me the same day to set up a sales person to come out. The salesman was very nice, very helpful and beyond knowledgeable. He mentioned it could take awhile to get the door, which was totally fine for me. The door ended up coming a lot sooner than expected. Weve been putting off ordering new windows in our attic for a few years but when we saw snow blowing past them last winter, we knew it was time to finally do something about them. Felicity was professional and friendly! My windows came in early so they were installed quicker than I anticipated which was awesome! The installers were really nice and answered any questions I had. We could only afford to get a couple windows and I can’t wait to finish and get the remaining windows that we need! The windows look great and I couldn’t be happier with them!!

A Feldco representative came to my home in early November 2018 to discuss replacing the windows in my home. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. We decided to purchase the windows that evening as I had already received several quotes and Feldco was the best price to quality ratio. Around a week or so later someone came to take the precise measurements to order our windows. I got the call that our windows were ready around mid December and we scheduled the installation for the day after Christmas. They said for the number of windows they would need to schedule 2 days, but they were able to bring over some extra help and complete the install in 1 day. They were very professional and did top quality work. They put down tarps inside and out to collect any mess they made, and vacuumed whatever they missed inside. One of the windows had a small crack in the glass, and they replaced the sash within about a week. They also replaced a screen that had a tear at the same time. I couldnt be happier with my new windows and would highly recommend Feldco!

I have never experienced anything like this. They have been out here six times for a garage door. Seriously and still not finished cause it wasnt installed by them properly. Dont bother! My husband and I are so happy with the appearance of the windows themselves, as well as how they enhance the overall presentation of our home.  Compared to the windows that Feldco replaced, we enjoy the ease with which they open, as well as how easy it is to disassemble and clean them.  Also noticeable was the smaller grid size of the screens - our view of the area around our home is much clearer .  Peace of mind is also provided by the built-in home-invasion deterrence devices on each lower pane. These can be set in order to limit the distance the window can be opened.  Lastly, the lifetime warranty on these windows, which is transferrable to subsequent owners of the home, cannot be beat.

Our experience with Feldco really surprised me in the best possible way. From the sales rep who first come to see us to the final wave of the installation crew, the Feldco team was pleasant, professional, polite and efficient. The salesman was friendly, personable and knew his product. He helped us pick a trim color that matches perfectly with our existing trim. The crew came into our home at 8:30 (right on time!), asked if they needed to remove their shoes (no) and immediately got to work. They spread tarps in the house and outside and covered my foundations plantings, too. The work was done very quietly and in 3 hours they had installed 5 windows, removed all tools and materials, rolled up scraps and paint chips into their tarps and disappeared, leaving me with 5 new windows that look like theyve always been there, only much better. I have never seen better caulking skills. We are now talking about getting the remaining windows done as soon as possible. I would recommend Feldco to anyone thinking of replacing their windows.

Replaced our 60+ year old windows and couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Everyone from the young salesman who explained the product to the installation team was easy to work with. I like that Feldco only sells its product in the Midwest, and the windows are designed for our area. We will be calling them again when we swap out some old patio doors. Install started at 8:30 AM and they were ready to leave at 2:30 PM. 17 windows - I thought that was pretty amazing. They look great - they have the same look as the windows we replaced so the old character remains. Nice.

I love my windows! We have a really old house and what a difference these windows make! We can tell a big difference in the temperature of the rooms, keeps them warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. I also love the fact that it reduces the noise that you hear from the outside, and they are awesome to clean. I have never been able to clean the outside of my windows before upstairs! The installers were very professional, did a great job, were on time and did a good job of cleaning up when they were done! We are extremely happy with our windows, I highly recommend them!

I found Feldco via Google when I found out that my back sliding glass door was falling into my basement!!I called the Rockford Feldco office and I spoke with Jerry Schmidt, who is absolutely amazing. He came out to my home the very next day, beyond the obvious thing that was wrong with my door (it falling in), he also, without malice or competition, showed me what was wrong with my original door and installation (which explains all the damage that door has done to our home).He then showed us different types of patio doors, there were some I thought were great, but he said that they would not work. He was honest and professional, was not pushy, and steered us in the direction to get what we needed. He told us of all of the discounts that we qualified for, was upfront and honest about the cost and offered different payment plans, all of which were accessible to the average homeowner.He was reachable throughout every single part of the process - from the time that we bought the door, through its manufacture, to its installation. Any questions we had, he was right there to answer them.The only hiccup was the installation of the door. It was supposed to be on 6th, but due to unforeseen circumstances, it had to be pushed up to this week. The entire time, though, Jerry was in frequent contact with us. The installation itself went perfect, the men who installed the door showed up on time, were clean and professional, and did an absolutely amazing job.I highly, highly recommend Feldco for all of your door needs. Their pricing beat the Competitors by thousands for their lesser product. Our sales rep showed us all the differences and we got the top of the line product for a great price. Installation was fantastic! Our windows were ready in about 3 weeks. Installation only took one day to to our entire house and are sliding door. The only thing that I would improve upon is just for them to be a little bit more careful how they placed their ladders for installation. A couple of my flowerbeds get a little damaged but they sprung back relatively quickly. Theyre gorgeous and already saving me money. I couldnt be happier!

Very smooth from start to finish. They came out got me a good price for the job, offered financing, and got the scheduled. They showed up when promised and did a very professional job. They cleaned up after them selves, I didnt have to do anything. Im a landlord and this is the second time I have used Feldco and plan to use them again.

Feldco installers were amazing the knew there jobs and were very professional, and all in a timely manner whole house done including 8 windows 2 doors 2 storm doors and complete tear off of old siding and new siding along with house wrap. Very pleased with all.

Salesman was very nice and polite, they were able to work out a great payment plan too. They actually come out and measure exact measurements unlike Window World where they just guess then fill in any extra space with foam, also Feldco has a higher argon rating and seemingly better quality. A lot more pricey but hopefully it’ll turn out to be worth the price in the long run. We got a door installed and a picture window and they definitely look great.The only reason we couldn’t give 4 or 5 stars is that they called the morning of the scheduled install and said the installers had called off sick, which we understand things happen but at a place like where I work we have backup and backup teams to cover when someone is out, we cannot just skip over work for a day. So we believe especially with as much money as the company makes they should be able to hire backup or have split positions so someone else working in a different position can cover another position just like my workplace does too. They ended up waiting till later that afternoon to call back to reschedule which originally the install was on a Monday morning and the guy had said they might be able to reschedule for that Saturday, but when he called back that Monday afternoon thankfully they were able to come back out the next day, Tuesday. They gave us a $50 Feldco gift card for the unfortunate event, which that’s nice and we appreciate the apology but we don’t plan on anymore work needing to be done, so it would’ve been a lot better to have just had a gift card that could be used anywhere or some restaurant or store, etc. We are at least glad that I didn’t decide to take that day off then I would’ve missed a lot of pay from work since I make overtime pay, but it did unfortunately inconvenience us because we originally had another job scheduled that day to go make money on that had to be rescheduled and had already made preparations for the workers that ended up not being necessary for that day then since they weren’t there.So end of rant, I hate to have one small thing ruin the big picture of things but in the industry I work in, and I also run a small business on the side, I have to make sure all my ducks are in a row so that I don’t loose or upset customers because in this day and age customer satisfaction is everything. Definitely won’t let this ruin our good beliefs of Feldco though and definitely would still recommend them.

I had Feldco replace all my windows in my home. I have to say that they did an awesome job😆 The sales rep and workers that installed the windows all did their job very well. Even the manager came out to check on the job right before it was complete. I am very pleased😆😆😆

I called Feldco windows. They asked if I was the owner of the house. I said why yes my husband and I are the home owners. They said well is your husband around because we cant come give you a quote with out talking to him and him being there when they came out. I said well he works so you get me. They said we can not do it without his consent because it is such a big cosmetic change. I said hold up a minute! Are you actually saying that you can not give me a quote because I am merely a woman and need my husbands permission? Do you think I am surprising him with this?! Like I am going to suddenly spring new windows on him out of the blue?!?!? I am the one with the money! I am the one that will be paying for the windows but you are telling me that you need him to tell you that I have his permission to change out the windows in a house that is half mine?!?! If he called you and said yeah I want my windows done would you ask him if he had my permission!?!?!? Needless to say I hung up on them after I went off. I can not believe this BS! Because I am a mere lowly woman I must get permission from a man to pay to make changes to my own home! UGH!!!!! I think I may call back tomorrow just to go off on the managers!

I had 4 windows replaced in my home and 3 of them are fine, but the big bay window has been replaced 3 times and its getting ridiculous.Now I cant get Nick the manager to call me back. This is very unprofessional and now I have to get the other windows check to make sure there fine. Sales guy was great, installers are good, but customer service sucks big time.I feel now I need to contact a lawyer to get some results/refund. Just sad..

Windows were ordered and was told it would be about 6 weeks to have them installed 3 weeks after ordering feldco called and said windows were ready to be installed and 2 days later windows were installed very Professional installer job was completed in less than 6 hours very satisfied would definitely recommend

We just replaced 6 double hung windows, and a large picture window with a semi circle on top. Everyone we talked to and worked with was very professional . Our sales person Jacob was very helpful and the installation team was great. They arrived on time, and went right to work . They were polite, worked fast and made absolutely no mess! The first thing we noticed after the windows were in was how quite it was in the house. We would use Feldco again and will recommend them to friends. The only suggestion I would make is that they discuss with you a choice of calk colors. We would have chosen a color other than white.

Everyone from the rep to the installers were nice. My new windows look great. Im very pleased with the windows and I will be Feldco for future replacements.

The installers really seem to know what they were doing. Great job! Great windows. We really enjoy them. The only thing we felt bad about was that right after we had our windows installed we started seeing adds on TV about free installation. We wish we would have waited to get in on that deal. Now yesterday I got a call from a Felco telemarketer wanted to know if we want new windows with free installation.

My family has used Feldco for two projects. One was to replace all of our windows and the other time was to replace our front door. In both cases, from the salesman to the installation crew we received excellent customer service. I would recommend Feldco to anyone who needs home improvement work done.

Weve had a very good experience. Windows are major upgrade over Pella. Prices are competitive. My salesmen Denny has gone the extra mile for us on a couple projects.

BUYER BEWARE!We signed a contract for garage door replacement in JUNE 2018. Per the contract, work will commence within 6 weeks of signing and be completed by approx 8 weeks of signing. We are 14 weeks beyond the date that the contract was signed and have yet to have the job completed. The company does NOT reach out to you--you have to keep calling them for follow up. We contacted them last week AGAIN regarding the job not being done and were told that workers would show up today to complete the work (keep in mind that we are 14 weeks beyond the contract signing date). The workers NO SHOWED today. Called to inquire and the lady on the phone cant get in touch with her own people to let us know anything other than someone will call you back. My recommendation is to NOT use this company. You will expend a lot of time and energy trying to get the work done just to save a couple hundred dollars compared to smaller companies.Update: Feldco finally completed the job 4 MONTHS after signing contract (which states it will be complete 2 months after signing). Company DOES NOT call you back when asked. You will need to contact corporate to have them get someone to contact you or do required work. This will be an enormous expenditure of your time, both for having to send repeated emails and phone calls. Additionally they will cancel on you or now show which will inconvenience you, especially if you take off work to be there during window they state workers will arrive.Asked for some sort or compensation in form of discount or refund for all the hassle this company put us through and fact that they finished only after multiple calls and emails to corporate. The only thing we received for our trouble was several apologies for our inconvenience.Do NOT use this company, even if their quote is cheaper. It will end up costing you more in the long run. We will be filing complaint with Better Business Bureau so others are aware of horrible customer service and broken promises.

I had a bay window, and 2 regulare windows installed was pretty happy, at the time, one window was not completely straight at the bottom, it was to be fix when they were to install the other windows. I was quoted a price for the 4 smaller ones, but when they came to see me about the smaller windows the price had went up. I guess you dont honor the price you give. I have found someone else to do the other four for about 900.00 less. Do Not Call Me.

I had a very good working agreement with all partys with the work that was done on Tramore in Rockford. The windows look great and every thing was cleaned up nicely.

After calling Feldco they promptly came out to give an estimate. The installation was quick and left virtually zero mess unlike other companies. The installed Windows are better than I expected and cost less than anticipated.
