My annual Christmas walk with my grandson! So exciting, beautiful and a must see for everyone! They do a professional, fantastic job!

Very pleased with the customer service we received and they have so much to offer. We got our mulch and some flowers to plant in our garden from here. Great prices, all staff is very helpfully and friendly. We will definitely use them again.

I really loved this place until the latest experience. We stopped in to get our propain tanks filled and a lady in front of us had six tanks. Another time I was told it is a two tank limit on Tuesdays when they are in high season. They run a special on Tuesdays. When we brought this to their attention that it was causing a line and thought it was only a limit of two we were brushed off. Even had a sign on the store stating this. What put the experience over the edge was as my husband walked away from the fill station the girl filling the tanks said to another customer yeah we get a**holes in here sometimes .and continued laughing. Really unprofessional!

Deceptive Pricing -- They put pots of flowers on tables that are clearly marked $16, but the actual price at the checkout is $35, and the staff was aware and didnt care.This is ironic since they are playing (awful) Christian music all the time. I guess if you call yourself Christian, its OK to lie and cheat your customers.BUYER BEWARE

Recommend to make a stop in around Christmas season. Each year. If not for a tree, there are so many great pieces for decor. And just a quick walk thru really puts you in the spirit. Polite staff.

We LOVE The Landscape Connection. They have a wonderful selection all year round! They are family owned and always so caring and helpful. I really enjoy the classes that they do and the special events they have around Christmas time. Definitely worth checking out...and ask about their potted plant service!!

I will never go there again. I had gone there after Christmas and had forgotten my mask. I was talked to so rudely when l asked if they had a mask l could wear and was told l wasnt allowed in the store. You advertise Christ and community first where was Christ that day.

What a hidden gem in the Rockford area! The Landscape Connection is a great locally owned place to go for your landscaping needs; Michelle developed a landscaping plan for us last year that were gradually putting into place ourselves. The awesome gift store inside has unique items you dont find everywhere. Well worth checking out!

Im always surprised at the beautiful items that are offered and how every occasion is taken care of in just one place!! Walking into the Landscape Connection has an immediate calming affect on my stress level. Not only is the staff welcoming and friendly, but the store is so cozy and inviting. I love the Christian music playing while I gather decor and ideas for my home. Its my go to stop for flowers too. During the holiday season our family has a tradition of going through the Christmas walk. What a treasure we have right here in Rockford!

Be very very certain if you have to order something they dont stock. I ordered a specific type of shrub, one that comes in a dwarf variety as well. 24 hours later, when its time to plant them, they are all dwarf shrubs. This is not what was ordered. When the staff was questioned about the issue, I was informed that the shrub only comes in a dwarf variety. That is definitely not the truth. When I asked if the prepaid order could be returned, I was told it couldnt be as she went to the nursery to get them. I try to buy local when possible, but Im afraid I have to order online this time. At least its only half the cost of the shrubs I didnt want in the first place. Zero stars actually.

It doesnt matter if youre planting a vegetable garden for the first time, planting fruit trees on your property, or simply trying to make your wife happy and redo the flower beds, she has an answer and is more than happy to help! Two weeks ago I went into the connection for the first time. Staff was very nice and I could see that it was and expanding business. Ordered three yards of mulch and thought that delivery was free. Clerk explained to me that was only for the first couple of months and that delivery was going to cost me 12.50. That was okay with me. Yesterday I went back to order another five yards of mulch figuring that delivery was another 12.50 but it wasnt. The clerk told me that their prices have changed and it was going to cost me thirty five dollars for delivery of 3.5 miles. I cancelled the order and walk out. Today I went to another competitor and ordered five yards of mulch. Delivery was free within five miles (which I was) and the mulch was three dollars a yard cheaper for the same thing . I try to support local businesses even if the product is a little more expensive but when you are not the only store in town you need to be competitive. Although I am not mad at the connection, the odds of me walking in there again are slim.

I did not have a good experience working with Michelle. Also, I had 3 shrubs planted. One died over the winter and they replaced this spring. It is dead. Another (a variety of which I have had 2 shrubs for 15 years and theyre still living) began dying around the bottom. When I contacted Michelle, I was told it was a watering issue?????. Needless to say, I will not purchase from this establishment again. They use God to promote their business.
