You love this store they have a lot more food everything is so nice and clean Cashiers are polite you will enjoy shopping here

I was buying fresh cut meat at the meat counter. The young man serving me was superb. Tried to make small talk he was very courteous and very professional. Warning warning. The manager of the meat department was in the back cutting meat in street clothes without a white jacket. Everybody that works in the meat room must wear a white jacket. Upon leaving that room for the night they discard it and grab a clean one the next day. I asked the young man why he does not have one. His response was well he is the manager. Safety does not discriminate. This is not about Corona. This is about bringing Street germs into the meat room

Very clean store and friendly associates. The layout is easy to follow and there are a ton of sales. New carts glide real easily and are big or small enough for what you need! The parking lot is also clean and mostly free of stray carts. Ive been going to this store for the past year and Im overall very happy with my shopping experience.

We grew up in Rockford and visit from St. Louis. Schnucks is a StL staple, so it is nice to find products we have grown used to (especially with special dietary concerns). Every time Ive gone in, I find great produce, a good selection of products, and service that is friendlier than at my local store.

This store is very poorly stocked and way way over priced. There are huge empty holes on all the shelves where product should be. Prices are at least fifty cents to two dollars more on every item that they do have. If you shop here plan on having to go someplace else afterwards to get everything you need. The produce is oftentimes old and the majority of bakery items were made out of state, frozen and shipped to this store.

Overhead signage didnt match some aisles, deli shut down, bakery shut down, lots of empty shelf areas, not price competitive to other grocery stores. Lots of good reasons to shop elsewhere!

I dont shop at this Schnucks very often because its poorly laid out and the building hasnt been updated since it was a Hilander location eons ago. With Schnucks being a little more on the pricey side, one would think they could update their store so its not so dingy and uninviting.

It was clean and well organized, with mask enforcement, but the prices compared to other grocery stores in the area are too high. They do have good produce, but the only reason to go here is because Walmart sucks so much. They bought out all of the Krogers several years back so there are very few options unless you want to drive all the way to another part of the city or go to either o e of the warehouse sized stores or one of the bag your own groceries discount stores.

Nice clean, well organized and well stocked grocery store! They have a great variety of fresh fruit and produce to choose from, a large liquor department, bakery, deli, fresh seafood and all the other grocery items a person needs. I like the store and recommend it.

Good selection and great meat. HOWEVER the way I heard one of their guards speak to a customer waiting in line to go into the store when all this madness started I will never go to any of their stores again if I do not absolutely have to.

I really like the deli and meat department here.. they may be a bit more expensive than Wally World, but the freshness and variety is greatly appreciated. They also have a pretty good alcohol section 😂😉

Open 24 hours, always has great sales and deals. All of the workers have always been helpful and polite. If you have a dog I suggest finding the dog bones in the meat section, my dog loves them. The store is always clean and items are easy to find/locate.

Ordered a custom cake for a birthday party. Cake was very dry and edges were burnt. Not worth spending $40.00

Really good through out the year. For Thanksgiving loved the Ham Dinner package of spiral cut 1/2 ham with sides. It is received fully cooked and then packaged cold. Enjoyed putting the honey glaze myself and heating to temperature in a short time, the sides were easily heated as well and served in the same container, little work and clean up. Thank you for an enjoyable less work Thanksgiving dinner.

Some of the employees that have been there for a while are awesome but it seems like it is mostly new people and no one knows what to do. Sale things are never marked correctly and almost all of the self checkout attendants will tell you to pay and then you will see the sale prices drop. It does not work that way....

This was an average shopping experience. I was disappointed with the selection of many items. They had a limited selection of Pickles, Shrimp Sauce and their choices of Hostess pastries is limited. The prices are high unless you find something on sale. I can go to other places and shop and have a better selection with lower prices.

Very clean, organized, and well priced items with a variety of options. Not use to honey being that high but thats regional bias on me.

Usually I go late, like after midnight And do some heavy shopping so only the self checkouts are open and there is an older gentleman that always opens a register to check us out so we dont have to go through self checkout with all of our items. He is amazing and so so friendly.

Schnucks is cool. They have great already made salads. And chicken rolled up with cheeses and different things. Pork too. I trust there food more than some places.

Schnucks is a very nice store, with lots of good produce and grocery items. It is clean and the staff are friendly. I wish they brought samples back, but I cant complain too much. They have the standard array of groceries, including a bakery section and a deli. They have very good prepared food, we often get their fried chicken. They also have good soups and sandwiches available.

I rarely go to Schnucks. My visit here was good. We bought some cake mix, frosting, and some nuclearwavable dinners for lunch time at work.The store is clean. The parking is good and plenty of shopping cart corrals.

Very friendly people, to the point of contributing a little of their own money when I ended up there without my credit card when I was in a hurry to prepare a meal for guests and did not have quite enough money or time to go home for it! Thank you Susan and Jon! You made my day! Don’t think this store is expensive......if you plan your meals around their specials, you WILL save money. And they have the best sales on liquor as well as food, not to mention helpful staff including pharmacists 😃

Self check for produce took 3 steps to ring up for sale. Parking lot was a nightmare... senior drivers parking in wrong direction, backing out of spaces without checking their rear view. Was there for 20 min quick run, saw two near accidents walking into store and three more as I waited to leave. Next time, Ill head north to the State St. Store.

Not worth the time. Meijer is much better. Schnucks best days are behind it and it is only a grocery.

Went to this location because its closest to my home. I will never ever go back! On Friday the cashier decided that he would charge me for an item, I didnt purchase! I was livid! Return all of the items, even went as far as to call mgr. who was willing to give me the price of the item. Went to the store again today, and the cashier today thought she gave me money, she owed me! Same gimmick, different day! You already have to watch the prices, now you better watch the employees! Its sad because all of their employees are not like this! But for me and my money I will be shopping elsewhere! If you shop here you will pay for the groceries, and of course something else you didnt purchase! If you like your money srolen by thieves, shop here!
