Seriously it takes 2-3 days for someone in pain to get their meds? Reason because their shipment won’t arrive in so many days. I switched from Walgreens & with Meijer you can kiss the 20-30 mins to get your refill. Now it’s 2-3 days wait. What a useless pharmacy.

The PIC does not know how to manage time or staff I would recommend any pharmacy but this one

Meijer called to let me know I had a spot to get covid shot an to call pharmacy to set time to come in. I called was put on hold for 17 minutes only for girl to come back an say I have to call back at 2 an that several people were on hold an they had to go to lunch. What happen to customer service. Did I say she hung up on me as soon as she finished say several were on hold an she had to go to lunch.

This pharmacy does not work at its full potential. Starting coming here after years at Walmart due to Walmart changing drug vendors and raising their prices outrageously. This pharmacy is awful from beginning to end. They dont pay attention to drs orders and get them mixed up. Not cool! Prescriptions never ready on time! Always waiting because drugs need to be ordered. Looking for another place again.

I love Meijer and come here for everything, but the have the worlds slowest pharmacy. It took 2 days of calling and stopping in for them to put a sticker on my prescription so I could take it. Call before going in, don’t waste your trip because your meds probably won’t be ready. Every time I have a prescription it is not ready when I am told it will be.

I switched from Sam’s to Meier’s pharmacy because it would be more convenient. It was a mistake and when I can get the time, I will go somewhere else.. maybe Costco which is even more convenient to me.In the 7-8 times I have had to pick up my script from Meier’s, something on their end has gone haywire on over 50% of the trips. It’s either not ready or only part of it is filled. Today was the last straw. I called in my one script and their voicemail stated that my script had run out and they would have to contact my dr. BUT on my Meier’s script bottle!!! It clearly is written that my script is good all the way to mid year NEXT year!!!People who need scripts cannot rely on mix-ups like these. Too many.. very frustrating.

Kept changing the time at which my prescription would be ready. I then arrive to pick it up and it is not ready. Will not use again in the near future, but would consider using after 6-12 months as I’d imagine by that point current staff will either be trained or replaced.

I live in Harvard Illinois and my dr is in Rockford so it’s easier for me to use Meijer pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for months! I’m rating it Two stars because every time I’m told my prescription will be ready in 45 minutes, it takes over an hour! I wait 50 minutes and pull up to the drive thru to be told they need extra time! I’m on a time restriction due to work! my situation is the SAME EVERY MONTH! No change, same meds same insurance etc! So why does it take so long! Don’t tell a customer from out of town 45 minutes if it’s going to be an hour and 30 minutes! Ridiculous! Seriously considering making a change to Walgreens! I never had this issue there! They say a time and it’s ready when they say it’s going to be! The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the ladies in the drive thru are so nice.

Rude people that work there. Not friendly at all. Employees dont know anything at mperks. When I asked them at something they said I do not know..
