Helpful staff. Looking for specific item and found it here. Seemed well stocked.

Got in and out. The worker knew exactly where the item was. The worker didnt follow me around talking as in other health stores. If you want the best face mask here it is. Both items probably cost me 12$ total. The ACV and the Indian healing clay together is amazing. You can also mix the ACV and water to make a skin toner. *Update this is a terrible mask unless your into getting your pores stretched out for life.*

I love this place.They are way better than GNC. They have way more different things and in stock compared to GNC.

Great place. The employees are always so helpful and somehow know where to find whatever crazy product I come in looking for. I actually havent had a bad experience at any of the Vitamin Shoppes Ive gone to. Which tells me that they must be managed pretty well.

The folks in the Rockford, Illinois, State Street store are Great. ALWAYS helpful. NEVER pushy. They always seem to stock the not-so-usual things I need. They send special coupons to me, so I can stock up and save money. And they have a nice Rewards program. WAY TO GO Vitamin Shoppe!

I almost gave this place 3 stars because when I called a certain night to ask if they had a tea I was looking for, the gentleman that answered the phone without even checking to see if they had it said no. And I know they had it because the website said they did. The next day I went to the store and they had like 6 boxes of the tea. The lady at the store was very helpful so thanks to her I decided to give this place a 4 but its only because of her. Whoever this gentleman is, should learn more about customer service because he could be costing the store a lot of lost money just because he didnt feel like taking the time to check if they do have what the customer is looking for.

I would have given them a 5 but they didnt have everything in stock so I kind of made a wasted trip but very friendly out
