I recently needed some toner for my business but was tired of spending hundreds of dollars for it. Researched a little about where I could pick up reliable toner locally and found Cartridge World. The sales and support was great, Dean even offered to assist if I had any issues with the toner installation, which I didnt need. Will definitely return to purchase as needed. Awesome customer service and product.

When we run out of ink, we call, and on the same day, we get a new cartridge delivered to the office. Very, Very helpful to have that service, it really helps our office concentrate on taking care of people. Hes part of a great work going on in this region!

Cartridge World was very friendly and helpful. I had been working previously with another company that sold me a printer that was basically junk and the company would not stand behind the printer. I walked into Cartridge World and they set me up with a printer that fit my business needs. Every time I call with a question, they are very accommodating. Regarding the review by Jusyine...Our Store is open 9-6 though we do have deliverys that require us to close for short periods(sign is posted when this occurs) We accept returns within 60 days if the product is returned due to quality issues or if it is still in sealed package..We offer either a full refund or exchange..In this case the customer was unreasonable requesting a refund for a product she used over 2 weeks and was working perfect. She was trying to get something for free and scam us..The cartridge and sample print she brought in was 100% perfect and verified by multiple persons..

BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN HP!!!!!!I had an issue with the ink that I’ve always purchased for our printer changing in cartridge style. I called HP and their rep told me that i had to buy a new printer. That my fully functioning printer was obsolete. I wasted 45 min of my life with this dude. Then i went to cartridge world and their cartridges totally still fit my printer!!! Dean even accommodated my schedule and let me take the cartridge to make sure it fit!!! (By the way Dean, it popped right in! Easy peasy!) I think i know where I’ll be getting my ink from now on! Thank you!!!

Do not go to this location!!!!!! The store is hardly open when it says it will be. I went three times when it said open and the doors were locked with nobody inside. The manager does not return cartridges if you are not happy and will argue with you about it. I had the same cartridges filled twice and after they didnt work the second time he still refused to return them. Why would I lie about the print quality? I WANT cheap ink!

I dropped off a game console for repairs, I asked how long it would take and I was told three times about a day or two. I went in, frustrated, asked for the console back as I intended to take it somewhere else, I was met with a horrible attitude as the only staff I saw set it on the console and simply said, Tell them it needs a new laser. That was it, no concern for myself as a customer or anything. Had I been informed that problem was found in any one of the three phone calls I would have been much more inclined to leave the console there for repairs. Sadly, I felt my time was wasted as I was not kept in the loop but wanted to be informed of what the status is. Rude employees and being strung along left me with a horrible taste in my mouth and I will gladly inform others who ask about this place about my terrible time putting up with this service. At least they didnt try to charge me for simply holding my console.

Employee tells me theres nothing they can do. Just been irritated I have gone there 2 times an there keeps being a sign will return at whatever time. They open at 10 an at 1040 I get here an the sign is up saying will return at 11:15. Ridiculous!

Customer service, products, & price used be awesome years ago. I have had 3 cartridges that only lasted 1 week on ink (compared to months of same use) which is very upsetting as the cartridges here are actually about the same price as brand new OEM. Im officially done with this store and paying almost full price for the crapiest of cartridges. Avoid this place. It will save you time and money.

I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend using this company!Our company was in need of a cartridge. Needed ASAP. Was supposed to be there the next day.NO RETURN CALL. Stopped in and was told it wasnt there yet, to check back later. Called back in a few hours, still wasnt in and was told they might have it on Monday to check back then.Called on Mon, no return call.Called on Tue, no return call.Called Wed and was told that it has been there since Sat and that we never visited the location to pick it up. My office mgr was interrupted each time she tried to speak, and was told that she didnt call or stop in.Will never do business with this business again!!!

Was not happy with your work as you installed a new screen within a Iphone 5s that was damaged and the unit/case was on angle from damage and you installed a new screen that was on angle and you could have offered and or fixed the angled casing, but your business/tech installed the screen twisted anyway! Why? And, you never explained any of this to us and since the screen was not put in flush it cracked again(one single line straight across by setting the phone down on a car seat! Must have been too much pressure from the twist of the glass because it was not installed flat and or even. Not to trust worthy by sales person and Installer! This could have been explained before and after purchase. Not very nice and very, very disappointed. Very bad business ethic! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

This is the worst place to buy ink... have to go back several times to get a cartridge that works on multiple occasions.

This place is terrible, I got a cartridge for ink and it worked once or twice and now it doesnt work. I am trying to print off stuff for job applications and other important things and its unacceptable. Cartridge world is a scam.
