What a great team for an emergency situation. I was stuck in some sand after several days of rain with a low profile car. I called AAA and waited two and a half hours. The person who “came out” didn’t even stop to help. They drove by me and told dispatch they let me know they couldn’t do the job. Which they didn’t. They never stopped and never made contact. Dispatch confirmed with me that the driver never came and ditched the job.I’m two hours from home and completely stuck in sand with the rain still coming.Reliable towing got to me in less than 10 minutes and got the car out in maybe 2 minutes if that. The gentleman who came out were so nice and friendly. They made me feel so much better about the entire thing.If you need fast and reliable tow services, don’t waste your time on anyone else, just call these guys first.
