One of the best places to go. Fast and friendly service with the exception of some Karen customers. Oh yeah and the bathroom smells absolutely delightful.

They was honest that our car was not ready for oil change and tire rotation we came before mileage was due they could had done it and just taken our money

These guys were truly amazing they went out their ways to help us after being left at autozone by a bootleg machine they walked rite over and got our car to start so it could be moved into their bay. This establishment always have friendly, courteous and professional service. If anything additional is wrong with your vehicle while getting an oil change, they are upfront about it and whats it going to cost to fix it. They dont pressure you into buying windshield wipers, etc.

I changed my oil thier and they have great service and they also gave me a dicsount on cleaning my head lights and did a great job .

When you arrive there they quote you one price and after they finish the price has a major change. I was quoted a reasonable price of about 40$ when they asked me if I wanted the extras... I said no and still had to pay 113$ for a simple oil change. Will never go back.

Very unprofessional staff. Their goal is to always try to scam you into buying items that are not needed. I went in for a NC Inspection and questioned the employee when he was trying to remove my PCV valve under the hood. I told them that I wanted an inspection and that was it. After talking with the manager, he said that is was the law that they check my positive crankcase ventilation valve. Knowing that this was absolutely incorrect, I then asked for the contact information of his boss (District Manager). He then became very upset and slammed my door, threw my keys at me and told me to leave or he will call the sherrifs department. I then asked for the contact information again as he continued to yell at me telling me to leave. My concern was that there were two guys (Not ASE Certified) trying to probe around my car looking for items to sale me. I perform all of my maintenance and was only in need of an inspection. Buyer beware!!!

My wife carried our 2016 Kia soul in for an oil change without me there the manager told her the car had to have synthetic oil in which case the car does not need or have to have. I found out several months later when I carried back in for another oil change I confronted the manager and he denied it saying it was a different employee which no longer works there my wife told me that it was actually the manger that told her this they did give me a free oil change but that doesnt change the fact that she was taken advantage of. Now my son took in another car of mine which he is borrowing for front pads on the brakes when he gets the car back the rear cylinder brake is pouring brake fluid which it was not doing before this brake job the manager will not make good on his mistake I went to talk to him and call the district manager and he spoke with him would not give me his number he lied to him on the phone and I could hear the district manager being very rude towards and about me over the phone.This a business of liars and thieves taken advantage of people run do not walk away from this place do not bring your business here you will be ripped off....

Today was my second time going to Snappy Lube, I only needed a state inspection. A short while later, one of the workers comes in and sits down beside me to go over some paperwork about my inspection. Apparently my 2 month old wiper blades were bad and reason enough to prevent my car from passing the inspection. I knew my blades were good, but didn’t wanna argue with some guy that looks like Eminem and create a scene. I told him to replace them. Finally they finish with my car and I pay. I get in my car only to find items that I leave in my glove box lying in the passenger floor. Those guys are pressuring people into buying stuff or threatening to fail there vehicle inspection. Very poor way to do business and interact with customers.

My daughter just got an oil change there for her fiancé who is in the army and is currently in Afghanistan. Tjey charged her a little over 84.00 dollars for that oil change. They kept asking her to do this and that. Yes she got synthetic oil. I feel it was because she was a woman. This was way too much for an oil. Shame on all of you. Karma will get you. Will never go back.

Always trying to sell you extras. After I thought about it I felt I had to edit this review. The second time I visited this location I watched as much of the work as I could. The technician came in to do his deal about how bad stuff was and tries to sell me a bunch of additives which I now doubt they even add. He told me my air filter was pretty bad but I had just changed it a couple of weeks before so I told him no on the replacment. I was pretty sure he nor the other worker had taken off the cover to the air filter because there are three screws that have to be undone and one is in an hard spot to get. Once i got a chance I check the air filter and of course it was pretty much brand new. They did a good job vacuming out my truck so maybe they should work at the car wash instead. Just seems like shady practices and poor customer service.
