Went into store put what I needed on check out, waited 15 min went to oRiellys, same thing happened time before that. Wont go back learned my lesson!

Great store, always knowledgeable about what Im inquiring about. If they dont have the part will find out where you can get it or have it shipped to the store. Thats only happened once and I seem to be in there alot for multiple vehicles. Bob seems to be the associate whos brain I pick the most with questions. Ive never walked out not being a Satisfied customer. Theres also a new teenager associate who has helped me multiple times lately matching screws, nuts and the plastic rivits. Wish I could give him props, but Im drawing a blank on his name. Either way I havent left the store unhappy

Show them my military ID and still didnt give me my discount then had the attitude to tell me to tell them first after I had shown my id

The employees that work are very helpful. I needed a new car battery or new alternator and they checked it for free and to my wallets relief was only a battery issue. They even lent me their tools to let me put the battery in.

Had a good experience with the gentleman who helped me, pretty sure he was the store manager. But some other older guy was super creepy. He jumped in to listen about my car problems and kept patting my back and getting really close to me. Unfortunately I wont go back because of that.

Bought an alternator for my 2007 Toyota Corolla two years ago. Gave the card of my daughter about 6 months ago and shes been using it ever since living in Rockland. I went to the local AutoZone and they tested the old one and found out it failed. I forgot they told me it was a lifetime warranty I turned the old one in. Great job Rockland AutoZone
