They are the best in Rockland! I wouldnt go anywhere else. Honest and very knowledgeable and that is very important to me! All the guys there are awesome guys and so helpful. I recommend everyone I know to them. Super attention to detail and Kevin always go above and beyond.

Kevin and the guys are excellent technicians. You pay a little more here, but it is well worth it. They do it all and they do it right, they are honest, and make accurate recommendations for what you should or shouldn’t do with your vehicle. I’m a mechanic myself and these are the guys I choose if something is over my head or if I don’t have the right equipment for the job. They also warranty they’re work fully and are happy to help if something goes wrong.

Kevin and his crew have serviced my vehicles for years. He managed to keep my 1998 Ford F 150 running reliably for over 250,000 miles. Once or twice I had repairs done elsewhere and regretted it, as mistakes were done. N&R corrected them. Always great service! Good value!

I had my Toyota Matrix in for a failure of the very complex all wheel drive system, this shop had my vehicle for over a week ; spending many hours trying to determine the best path forward, parts availability became an issue, I wasnt charged at all for the time these guys spent. Ultimately the nessesary part was found and installed professionally at a fair price. I would recommend this shop for all auro repairs, they are honest and very capable.

If you want a seriously good, reliable and detailed repair I recommend N&R. I have been here multiple times and have walked away with a very solid vehicle and detailed explanation of repairs. You get what you pay for and they are top-notch.

I was in a bind and needed some help to try and make a trip on the 4th of July. I called and talked to Kevin thinking that he wouldnt be able to help so close to the holiday but he said he would take care of it. Not only did he take care of it but he went above and beyond by inspecting the car which was already in process with some transmission work at another shop. I am very grateful as it would have been so easy for him to say that he was booked up but he knew the situation I was in and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. His work was thorough and the car is exactly as he told me it would be. I would recommend N and R to anyone in the area for a mechanics shop you can trust to do a great job on your car.

They can be expensive, and at times, they MAY do necessary work without input. Aside from that stuff, theyre a bunch of great guys, who do good work, quickly. Everything they do is also warrantied.

Honest shop ive been going here over 20 years

Last month I needed my brakes done on my 2014 Ram 1500 quad cab. I knew going in that thy were going to be expensive. This is not the reason for this review. After I dropped my truck off Kevin told me that he would call me and let me know what needed to be done. When he called me he let me know that i needed both front and rear brakes done (was thinking I only needed the front brakes done). And that the transmission was due for a 35,000 mile service (fluid flush and replacement) this would cost $150 and both the front and back breaks would cost about $1,050. I said that much. Kevin told me that they dont use substandard or standard parts because they would wear out faster and I would have break dust on the rims. I agreed to have the breaks done.Now flash forward to April 30th in Brockton at the intersection of West street and Belmont Street by the fair grounds. I was traveling on west street towards Forest street. Traffic coming onto west street was partially on Belmont street. Because of this traffic going down Belmont street could not pass the traffic going onto West street so the traffic pulled up into the intersection even thou traffic could not pass. When the light turned green on Torrey street allowing the traffic on West street to move. At this time the light on Belmont street had changed so the traffic on Belmont had a red light but the two cars already in the intersection drove thru. The last vehicle to get onto west street was a box truck which obscures the traffic behind it. By the time they made it around the box truck I was already going thru the intersection. When I noticed the car coming around the back of the box truck I only had maybe 10 feet of space to react. i slammed on my brakes and this is no exaggeration my 5,200 pound truck literally stopped on a dime with 4 or 5 feet to spare. I think back to what Kevin said to me about not putting sub standard or standard parts in vehicles they work on. I think that if I had gone to a dealership the outcome may have been different. Maybe maybe not but it wad the best $1,200 I have ever spent it was worth every penny.Thank youDavid Pitts
