Superior products. I felt bad that the wonderfully important bottle exchange and refill program has so many steps for the clerks. They are very gracious even in that process.

Wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Suprisingly cheap for a gourmet oil store. The vinegars and oils taste wonderful, and the salts are spectacular. We went in when it wasnt busy, and we were the only ones in the store. I will definetly come together.

We were immediately acknowledged within one minute of entering the store. The store was clean, attractive and well staffed. The man who acknowledged us was very knowledgeable of olive oil and vinegar and spent time explaining the products. Our favorite olive oil is Arbosana.

Really good vinegars and balsamic vinegars but you do not want to go in this store if youre stressed for work. The times Ive been here during the workday - over the six or eight years they been here - the clerks have treated me like an oddity and perhaps a shoplifter. Perhaps they have a bigger theft problem than the other stores on the Rotary; I just know I get treated better everywhere else when Im not in a sweater or sport coat.

Here is another prime location to visit when staying in Rockland. I never thought I would enjoy Olive Oil and Vinegars as much as I have before coming here. They offer a huge variety of things I would never suspect. The service is great and the presentation of the building is awesome. It is the last shop on main street which makes it an easy location to find and get to. Worth stopping in, they have so many flavors here! They offer taste testing which makes things also very helpful when shopping.

Wonderful selection of fresh oils and vinegars as well as limited gifts. A bit on the expensive side but a nice treat every so often.

Killer selection of olive oils

Visiting Fiore is always a treat. It is perfectly welcoming and the staff are friendly and professional. Tasting is encouraged; this is a wonderful shopping experience to have with friends or family. I use the oils and vinegars weekly, they are high quality and extremely tasty.

Very unique shop, with dozens of bottles of artisan olive oils and balsamic vinegars of different flavors. There were small cups to try all the different kinds. There were fruity flavors like strawberry, rasberry, fig, as well as herb flavored. I purchased a gift set with five small bottles, as well as a raspberry flavored balsamic vinegar and a Tuscan blend olive oil. Reasonably priced and yummy.

Could not be happier with Fiore. The flavors of their oils and vinegars are absolutely divine. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. In fact, they were so helpful that when I accidentally left my bag of vinegars in a nearby coffee shop they were extremely accommodating in helping me get them back despite being out of state. So yeah, fiore is awesome!

This place is just amazing. If you like cooking you need to stop, sample and then purchase one if not all of their products. The blackberry ginger balsamic has become my go to for chicken and pork.

Lovely people who are expert on their oils and balsamic vinegars. Fiore does have flavors that are unique.. a wild blueberry oil created from local fruit brought to Italy and mixed with fine Italian balsamic .. a pistachio olive oil. Well worth becoming a regular customer!

Enjoyed tasting many types of oils and vinegars, picked up the robust chile evoo, blood orange oil, honeybell white balsamic, and the vinosa wine vinegar....those tasted the best to me!

Pat, the owner has a passion for olive oil, balsamic vinegars and food in general and is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to these things. This is a must stop every time I visit Maine! The selection changes with the harvest seasons and they carry a huge selection of small batch artisanal oils. The nice thing is that you can order online when you run out.....but you miss out on the tastings!
