I come this store for shipping my document I don’t have any idea, how to do it. But the store staff help me alots thank you so much to help me out.

I received great service from The UPS Store in Rockland. They were very busy but they took the time to explain everything to me and did not rush me at all. I highly recommend this store for their excellent service and friendly staff. They work very hard to make their customers feel satisfied

Brought in a pre-paid label with item already packed nicely in a box. I asked if they had extra paper to stuff the top of the box before taping. The guy assisting opened up my box, unraveled my wrapping and started pulling out my item! I DID NOT ASK HIM TO DO THAT! Rightfully upset, I asked someone else for assistance because he wasn’t understanding “NO” and “DO NOT UNWRAP MY ITEM!” I explained to her I just need extra paper to stuff the box. She took my label, scanned in and rushed me out of the store. If it wasn’t so late and needing to get this package out ASAP, I would’ve took my items and left. 😤

The guy was cool, and they explained the prepaid label system for me.

I liked the previous owners.I love the newer owner. Roman & Anna very skilled at remaining calm when dealing with difficult customers. They are friendly, hard working & very KNOWLEDGEABLE.I am always a hot mess express when it comes to returning items & they are always so helpful with the computer & accessing labels in my email.As I am highly allergic to computers & there is no cure. LOLI have had a mailbox here for years.Great hours. Hassle free & able to get my mail 24/7. All packages can only be retrieved during business hours.

I had estate items to be packed and shipped to Las Vegas. The owner worked for over 15 hours in two days packing my things so they would not break. He packed everything from delicate bone China to small antique tables. He was so wonderful and packed my stuff so it was protected for shipping. I could not have done this without him. Excellent customer service and would recommend this store for anyone who needs pack and ship services. They are excellent in all respects.

Have shipped several packages here in last three weeks. Owners always greet you with a smile and consistently take customer service to next level. They seem to genuinely enjoy helping people and it shows. Highest of recommendations.

The workers at this store were incredible! They worked with me until 3:45pm when they were supposed to close at 3pm. They helped me print and bind two massive books. The quality was superb. On the first printing attempt there was a small blemish on one of the pages, and without hesitation they reprinted to my liking. Not only was the customer service out of this world, but they went above and beyond to make sure the books got shipped out today by driving them to the Brockton UPS Headquarters themselves. Highly recommend this store!!!

I went to get a price to send a small sign to Florida from Massachusetts. On the Website it prices for around $30-$40 base. When I went into the store the woman told me it would cost $298. When I asked why she replied “well it is what it is, right”. I told her I would go to the post office and she wished me luck. The good news is with insurance and packaging the sign was received in Florida in 2 days for under $50. Looks like the Good ole post office gets my business going forward. Sorry UPS don’t hire swindlers.

The 3 star view more reflects the location and HORRENDOUS parking situation. There is a fairly decent size parking lot but with more than 9 busy business with many customers coming in and out inclusive of a gym, pizza shop, liquor store, vape shop, nail spa and laundromat finding parking is a feat and I’m surprised they don’t have brawls in the parking lot...maybe they do, I didn’t stay around for long. If it’s snows then it’s even worse. I’ve never seen a worse plow job.Staff was friendly and helpful and I was in and out of there.

I was really worried about the painting that I was sending to one of my friend in Texas.Actually the frame of my painting itself was very fragile. But people working in this UPS store did a very great work on packaging with extra foam and cushions . I am really glad that my painting was shipped without any damage. Thank you

Kinda hard to get excited about mailboxes, but Skip & crew are fantastic. Greet us by name, and take good care of our incoming packages and outgoing ones. Just super nice folks who run a good biz.

My mother and I needed to ship some things out of state, so we came to this store. They were incredibly helpful and took extra care with our fragile items. We came in with untapped boxes, completely unprepared for shipping. They helped us every step of the way. They even re-wrapped over 24 breakable, antique spice holders, to make sure they wouldn’t break when shipped or handled. They went above and beyond, to make sure all of our family heirlooms were safe. When I received the boxes, I was astounded at the amount of time and effort they put in to repacking our items.

One of the best UPS store I have went. The guy there was the really the most polite person in this universe.

Transactions here always run smoothly. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick.

Charged my elderly mother $26 to ship a 9x9x9 box that weighs 2.6lbs which has the same contents and dimensions of a package I shipped for $6. They take advantage of the elderly here.
