I bought an air filter for my 2019 audi s5. They sent me the wrong part and $10 for shipping. I had to send it back, $15 shipping. Even though I gave them the correct year make and model, they said they wouldnt do anything for me because I didnt give them the vin #. They sent me the wrong part now im out $25 and have nothing to show for it....
I encounter great prices and awesome customer service resolving an issue due to a confusion of parts ordered. The sales department was able to provide great support, identifying my mistake as a customer ordering the wrong parts for my Audi A4, redirecting me to the correct parts I needed and feedback related to the issue my car was having/ how to proceed with the parts recommended.

Really nice and Polite front desk, witch unfortunately I cant say the same thing about the others! Ive been sitting there for over 40 min and no one approach to check on me! I had a feeling like I was nothing but they were the big bosses! I definitely can put 2 🌟 but Im not! Not that they will change something about it but for you guys whos about to go there! Get yourself an Lamborghini and $1mil suit, maybe theyll treat you right! Peace!
