I dont usually post a lot to things like this but I was just overwhelmed by the amazing mind blowing service that I received by two managers at the store manager Teresa rude was a wealth of knowledge and information and explaining the different types of spark plugs to me along with store manager Gabriella who helped explain the amazing savings if I were to bundel the spark plug Grease together and how that would also last longer in my car giving me an amazing savings on duration to time longer lasting Im so blessed that these two ladies represent your industry and I look forward to coming back to shopping here

Great Services, the auto technician greeted me, asked how my day was, had a few open ended questions. I came just for oil but I really like the treatment walk out with $249 dollars for a complete car tune up. Oil, air filter, windshield wipers, front, back brakes, windshield fluid, antifreeze, sparkplugs etc. Thank you John !!👍👍

Awesome service! Came in because my headlight went out yesterday. Jason helped me find some headlights and brake lights. He went above and beyond to let me know that my brake lights needed an inner and outer one. So I got the headlights and 2 brake lights! Because .y headlight went out last night I asked if he could help me to put them in and he came right out! He was super quick, friendly and overall an amazing help! Thanks Jason!!

Normally great experience s here, but this last visit no one acknowledged me for 5 minutes, bare in mind there were two people staffed at that time, after that took another couple if minutes to be offered help. But after they looked for the part it was not in the right place and not found. Told me they had another location in Roseville who had the part, but their system said they had the part too. Not the best experience this time around, but at least they didnt ignore me to talk to their friend like the Bradshaw location.

Jesse is hands down the best employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting whist in the process of being helped fix my car (which is not a strong suit of mine). Jesse came off as positive and vibrant, he not only explained to me what was wrong but the different options I could pursue to fix it. An auto parts store that has all of your needs. Friendly and helpful staff! Theyre very often have oil change specials and other promotions. They have a loaner tool program for specialized tools if you are trying to complete a repair using the parts you purchased.

Super helpful employees. I had a check engine light on so they let me use their code reader and showed me how to use it and pulled the code. I know its a service all of their stores offer but the employees were all very helpful!!

The guy who answered the phone on May 5th was exceptional in the ability to clearly make a recommendation about what I needed to purchase. I got good advice along with an explanation about how and why to make the repair. These days, that is not common. Thanks to AutoZone in Rocklin for having a great store in our city.

My car wouldnt start properly this morning. I called AutoZone and they were very kind and helpful on the phone and told me to come in and theyll check it out for me. My car battery had died and needed a replacement ASAP. I had to wait after I got off work and came to the closest autozone location. I’m so glad I arrived at the Stanford location in Rocklin, CA. As I walked in, the store manager and associate Brandon greeted me and were so friendly and helped me with purchasing a new battery along with informing me I had a warranty in their system (which I did not even know I still had). Brandon also went above and beyond with installing the new battery in my vehicle. Mind you it was 100 degrees out and not one time did he complain. He installed and made sure the new battery fit in properly. Kudos to you Brandon for your friendly customer service!! Thank you store manager for an amazing service and also treating the customers that walk in your store doors with kindness! Great Job Rocklin Location!!

My sister and I had to buy snow chains in case we hit snow weather in North lake Tahoe. The gentleman who rang up the purchase told my sister that if.she didnt need the chains to bring them back as long as the packaging was sealed.. My phone number was used for point rewards. We didnt use the chains and tried to return them. My sister couldnt find the receipt but had the Credit Card Charge on her phone plus they had my phone number on file. Still would not take the return for this. Only 3 days prior for this purchase. I did tell her as I have recently moved here that customers service is not many.of Rocklin businesses practice . Unfortunately she had to experience the same. Sorry sister. Thats why I try to go to Lincoln instead for a lot of my purchases. The people in Lincoln are very pleasant and have greater understanding and customer service.

Ordered part two days ago, recept said it would be in at 1pm, was also told I would get a call when it came in. 137 I call and its not in yet, but am told I will be called. 509pm I call yo find it came in at 3pm and noone called me. Yet I cant order parts without paying befor they order them. If they needed my money when the part came in Ill bet Id be called within 16 min.

Autozone has employees who like cars. So, its fun to go in for the talk and the parts. They do a good job at stocking the parts needed and seem to focus on the older cars, like mine. At least, they always seem to have what I need and at competitive prices.

The Auto Zone at the Stanford Ranch location is a TERRIBLE store. I needed to purchase an oil filter for my 2003, SAAB 9-3 Vector and when I requested some assistance I was told I needed to crawl underneath my car to inform her of what type of filter it required. I asked if she could not simply look up the info needed if I gave make, model and year? She once again informed me that I needed to crawl underneath my car to find out what kind of oil filter it was. I dont even know where to look for it but she insisted that I had to find this out myself and then asked that I leave the store when I insisted on her looking it up on their computer. Totally unacceptable! I ended up leaving and going to the Foothills location and wouldnt you know, the lady there simply looked it up and got the part for me. Total night and day service.

If being totally ignored is your thing, then this is the place to go. I walked in and asked the guy there for 2004 Camry break light. He said he would help me as soon as he checked out another customer. walked to the area where the bulbs were and waited. I saw the customer leave and the guy disappeared in the back, never to be seen again. I finally found the book and looked it up myself after about 10 mins and went to pay. There was one guy looking at the computer and did not say a word. After waiting a few mins no one came over to cash me out. I just left. what a waste of my time. wont be going back there. this is for store 5546

Auto Zone has just about anything you would need for your car including car care products. The prices are reasonable.

First time shopping here. Bought Oil and Oil Filter. Went to checkout and the employee told me about the Mobil1 discount they had at the time. So she grabbed the discounted item from the back and saved me a few bucks. Thanks Britney!

I Normally go to any parts house that has the best price and warranty; however for the past few years I rarely even check ptices. I have never found this Auto Zones prices to be more than other parts stores, sometimes the same though. Furthermore they offer a military discount (thank you) and the staff seems much more mechanically inclined than other stores. Oh yeah there is an emppoyee there who really seals the deal; his name is Ron; great face for Autozone.

They got me the tailight and put it in all within 5 minutes. Great customer service and prices.

On 5/29/15 at 12:00 noon, I went to the Rocklin Autozone location in Willowrock Plaza to purchase a battery and received the worst service that I have ever experienced. The battery had just gone dead and I requested assistance in removing the battery from the car which they refused to provide. They did provide some open end wrenches with half the sizes missing to go out and remove it myself. None of the wrenches were the right size. When I went back in, they were helping customers that came in after me, and on the phone. It was like I was invisible. So, I left and went to OReilly Auto Parts on Pacific Street and received excellent service. OReillys is my new auto parts store from this point forward.
