Hands down best experience I’ve had with an auto mechanic! I took my truck in for a brake replacement and the price was very competitive. I was immediately met with a warm smile at the front desk from Shara. I also had asked them to take a look at a squeaking noise that was coming from my back tire. After 2 years and multiple unsuccessful trips to the dealership and them telling me nothing was wrong, Scott and his team were able to find the issue and fix it. All for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back in the future!

Very reasonable and kind. Charged me less than I was quoted which I have never heard of. Took a bit longer than I thought and couldve communicated a little better to be honest but that was just because they were so slammed with work, so I understand. I took my work car in because my ac wasnt blowing cold air. Scheduled service with Scott, super friendly and easy. Service was great. They fixed my AC and it blows super cold. Its never been so cold. Was referred here by a friend. Will be taking all my work cars, and personal cars her from now on. I dont remember the lady working the counter, but she was very friendly and welcoming. I felt their pricing was super reasonable.

Scott is just a super guy and the work is solid. My 02 F250 7.3d 4x2 has a new home for repairs.

I am a return customer to Knutz and with both times I have used them for work on my 6.0 they have stomped the dealership master mechanic with their knowledge and skill with Ford. Scott is an honest and upfront man. I brought my truck to them twice now for work. On the first issue he called me within 2 hrs of my truck being there and had solutions for all the issues and a price that was extremely reasonable. They had me one the road that same day.My second time there he didnt want to call me and tell me he was going to throw parts at my truck hoping it would resolve my issue. Instead these guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Jason (the mechanic) spent the extra time with my truck on his time to get my truck fixed in two days. There is something to be said about their integrity and craftsmanship. The people who work there are all great. Nice, polite,and HONEST. When you also put in the fair pricing of the work these guys and gals are in my opinion the best shop in the Sacramento area for your Ford. As long as I own a Ford it will only go to their shop. Ive been raked over the coals by the dealership left angry and my wallet really hurt. They treated me like I was family and I left happy and so was my wallet. Thanks for all your hard work guys. Scott you run a great establishment and I dont look forward to my truck breaking down again, but I do look forward to giving you my business again.

Took my heavily modified 2011 mustang GT to them and had the brake pads replaced and amazing job they did, quick and they were very friendly, they impressed me so much I decided to go back and have more service done to my GMC envoy. Unfortunately, my previous mechanic passed away. I hate to go to a large shop because I simply feel like a number. I considered my previous mechanic not only a mechanic, but a friend, and I was hoping to find something just as wonderful in the next mechanic. A friend recommended Knutz because we had a headlight out. Every way they described Scott was how we would describe our previous mechanic. So we decided to give them a try. It was one of the best experiences I could have asked for. Scott was extremely pleasant and advised on the entire process. He was done when he said he would be and the cost was affordable. Needless to say, we have found our new mechanics! Shaera (I hope I am spelling that right!) was a very cordial employee as well and made the whole experience wonderful.

This shop is the best. Honest and upfront, my favorite part, Scott listens to his customers, very professional, when it comes to repairs, he gives you your best options moving forward, the prices are better than the dealer, will install OEM parts if you ask .you could not ask for any better shop. I used Knutz to replace the EGR and oil cooler on my 2006 F250 6.0 (ECT and EOT delta was running 20+ degrees and EGR replacement was preventative). They were reasonably priced and even got the job done early. Was very happy with the work and turn around. Fast forward to a few months later and I went to change my oil and found that the oil drain plug was over-tightened (bending the washer around the plug and making it impossible for me to get it off - guessing they used and impact wrench to put it on). I called them up yesterday (after hours) and left a message. Scott called me back within a few minutes and apologized for the issue and asked me to bring the truck in the next morning. Took it in right at opening and they had the issue addressed and the oil changed in less than 30 minutes. I really appreciate the quick response, taking responsibility for the issue, and addressing it quickly. I will be taking my vehicles there moving forward, great and honest service.

Brought in my diesel excursion to get looked at, clean shop, and the owner is a real down to earth kinda guy. The truck is 16 years old so Im sure he could have found a ton of stuff to fix, but he told me I only needed 4 things done 2 sooner than later and that 2 can wait... The price was fair and the work done on time. He even straightened out my bumper at no charge. Will definitely be bringing my truck back there when it needs more work.

If I could give Knutz 10 stars I would! Not only is Scott the owner, completely awesome, so is his team! We jokingly say, See you next emergency! He has Saved us three times in the last six months. My wife and I use this vehicle for our company so, it`s vital that its always running or we dont make money. Knutz always comes in for us under the estimated repair cost and time. He has even given us a loaner to use twice. Last time in the loaner we said that there was something rattling around in the trunk. We later found out that it was a jack that he was using to rescue a customer. Im not saying he will do all of this for you but its how he runs his business. Customer first! He is even checking out my 26 year old truck to make it smogable again. Cant say enough good things about Scott and his Knutz.

I took my truck in bc it wouldnt pass smog. I trouble shot it myself to see if I get it to pass. I knew what test wasnt passing but didnt have the time to chase the issue. I took it in to Knutz and left it with them for a couple days. They got it to pass and charged a fair price for the work. I would definitely recommend them

I dont normally write a lot of reviews unless the business is really really bad or really really great. Happy to say in this case its really really great. I have a 2012 Ford Flex with less than 80k on it and the water pump started to leak, which on the 3.5L duratec engine is an internal part and VERY expensive to fix. I am very happy to say that they were very fair in their prices but most importantly, great with their service. They got us in and fixed up quick and made sure we were good. Will definitely refer business their way including family and friends. Funny name, awesome shop!

I cant brag enough about Knuts Auto & Truck!! The Owner, Scott and his staff are welcoming and friendly. My AC went out in my Expedition and I was referred to Scott by my neighbor and thought I would give it a try. I took 4 children with me to the diagnostic appointment (due to a fall through in other plans). They were able to get us in and out very quickly. Unfortunately I needed to replace the AC system, however I was given a very reasonable price and they worked with us on completing the work.This place is amazing, you can tell they are genuine and not trying to pull the wool of your eyes. I would recommend this shop to all of my friends and family. I have since been back with a check engine light and am very confident the issue will be resolved quickly.

They had received the vehicle and called me shortly after for the diagnosis and repair needed. They got my vehicle ready in no time! The price for the repairs and even towing came out to be way cheaper than I expected. This is a good honest shop that wont try to upsell you to make a buck.
