These guys are great. My car broke down and was towed here with AAA. Both Charles and Matt were professional, courteous, and patient while I figured out what to do. They provided reliable recommendations, and were a pleasure to do business with. Would recommend every time.

This is a brand new location. I took my vehicle in for service here. The front office is still learning the ropes of the new computer system but the mechanics are great. They pointed out an issue with a dangerous workaround on the battery connection that the dealer I had been taking my car to previously either caused or ignored.Oh yeah, and the price was quite reasonable, especially compared to other places. I recommend this location.

My sons 2009 Subaru was having a steering problem, we took it to the dealer they determined the front control arm bushing were bad and needed to be replaced at a cost of $785. for left and right side bushing. The vehicle only has 56,000 miles on it, so needed a second opinion. Being a AAA member 10% discount always believing they had the best interest for the customer I brought the car to them, the inspection was $121 I thought this was a bit high and did not go to the repair if you had it repaired, after the inspection they confirmed the bushing were bad their price was $875 for one side that’s more than double the dealer, plus replace the belts $288 so now were at $1163 then the list went on and on till we hit $3291 and no guarantee it would solve the problem might need a power steering pump can’t tell to other work is done well I can’t imagine the cost of a new pump. I ended up taking it to Quality Tune-up (been there before) Front bushing both sides $606, belts $149, new battery installed $206. so, for $1020 the car drives great Also on the repair they could not remove the bushing from on of the control arms so the installed a new arm at no cost to me I did offer to pay for it but they stand behind there quote none of that might not solve the problem stuff.I am really disappointed I triple A they should remove their name from this shop. Yeah, it’s clean and fancy but they just up sell an up sell using the term it’s a matter of safety (scare tactics) so many times just unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere this is not somewhere to take your car, the dealer has better pricing.

They replaced the part and it all went to hell an hour down the road. They refused to cover it in their warranty because we didnt get the extra $4,000 of work.

Pleasant and professional people

We took our truck to a diesel mechanic in orangevale and it was in and out of the shop for nearly 4 weeks and the issue was not resolved. We finally decided to try AAA Auto Repair Center in Rocklin and the problem was diagnosed the same day it was looked at and we picked up our truck 2 days later. I will never go anywhere else!

Worst experience ever!!!
