I just had four bedroom floors done by S&G they were extremely easy to work with. They explained the process the time frame and was able to get the job done in one day!!! I love my floors they did exceptional work. The prices are highly compatible. I am so impressed with the entire process. I will definitely use them again and will be referring all my family and friends.

I live in the Nob Hill Neighborhood of San Francisco. I called the number advertised on the commercial forS & G Carpets and More. I discovered that S & G does not service the City of San Francisco. When I went to your website, I saw the areas you service and San Francisco was not listed. I think you should clarify on the commercial what areas you do service. Especially when you are advertising your Shop at Home Service.

Great customer service, Trixie and Brian, did a fantastic job on my house to replace a floor destroyed when a new roof by Garner roofing leaked and Thier 3 repair attempts made it worse. Finally I hired Mauch roofing who fixed the leaks, I Called S&G, who came out measured gave me a estimate.Tten week later, Jefferson and Dennis installed it in less than a day, great craftsmanship, service and after cleaning they moved the furniture back in great job S&G!

I give them no stars. Very disappointed... Waited 3 weeks for the special order to get to their warehouse before they could schedule a delivery, The hour in which they were to arrive for the install they called and cancelled due to their truck breaking down. They would not give us an estimated reschedule date. We had moved all the furniture out of 3 rooms For the install. We have children without beds in their rooms and no reschedule date.They should have a fleet of trucks and should have been able to.... if anything rent a truck from home depot or give us a rescheduled date within the week. The manager was unable to provide us with another install date after waiting over a month.... Very unprofessional .I got my refund And went to Home Depot Where I got the same carpet cheaper and install date 2 weeks out easy-peasy... screw S&G they do not have my business or anyone in my family or friends as I am spreading the word. My experience was through the Rockland store, but I would not go to any S&G after that experience😡

S& G was amazing with their product service and installation. I had a short window to install 2 different products, and they met my window between painting walls and moving in. I even needed to change some things after they began, they handled my changes beautifully and I have a beautiful new floor. After it was completed, theyve still answered all my questions, concerns and treated me with respect and punctuality. A lot of companies, when they have finished the work, they are finished with you, not so with S & G. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!

We needed to replace the carpet upstairs in our house. We visited S & G in Rocklin. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and even more. We took some samples home and had an in home measure. S & G was so willing to make our purchase reasonable and affordable. The installation for the carpet and laminate (put in our office) was painless and quick. S & G made this transaction enjoyable. They are also making some small carpets out of the left over remnants we had left over. That was reasonable also. Thank you!

Had a fantastic experience! We were worried about the time it would take to get our carpeting special-ordered and installed. It arrived quickly, was the quality we expected, and was installed nicely. Our sales rep, Scott, called regularly to give us updates. Everything went perfectly, and we will definitely use S&G again and hope others do as well.

Great service all around. I moved to Napa and couldnt find a flooring contractor willing to touch my floor due to the heavy prep work involved. S&G sent an estimator all the way from Rocklin to check it out on short notice around the holidays. They came and took care of it all, their subs even worked Sat & Sun to get it done before Christmas. After my move-in our new LVT flooring chipped and they sent a customer service rep out to do a quick repair, no charge. All around great experience. Home Depot quote was cheaper, but not by much, and Im not sure I would trust HD with any thing.

If I could I would give them no stars!!! Please DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY to install your floors... after a year or so... my laminated floors are squeaky, they cut SO many corners to get the job done, they burn the linoleum in one of my bathrooms, and at the time, they offered to fix it, but I honestly didnt trust them installing floors in the bathroom because of possible water damage!!! The managers tried to help, but they are as mediocre as the whole company.... go to Carpet One... you may pay a little more but at least you have the assurance that it will get done right the first time!!!

Overall, very positive experience. Was able to schedule the install the same week (we used carpet they had in stock). The new carpet looks and feels great.

Purchased laminate flooring from s and g in Rocklin . Display sample was stating 8mm thickness, when I received product, it was actually 6.5 mm thick. When called their store customer service they offered to return the flooring at 25% restocking fee! Really?I was not happyI had topurchased $220 additional 2mm underlying foam pad to make up for difference in flooring height.when I explained my problem and told them that I’m not gonna let them charge me 25% return fee for their incompetence, I suggest that they reimburse me for $220 spend on flooring adjustment.So they took my number promising that store manager will call me and go over with this issue. Long story short, no calls received and manager is never available when I call.They really should change their name to Customer no service carpet and more nonsense

Installers were awesome. Salesperson recommended a flooring that has not lasted. We were told it would hold up with our dog and spills would not be a problem. There are nicks and scratches from the dog and any spill not cleaned up within seconds starts to bow the flooring. Weve only had the flooring for 2.5 yrs. and we will need to replace it in a few yrs.Very disappointing when you spend close to $8k.

Not happy. Gave them my money. They said they would call and schedule the install. They did not call. They said they would call back, they did not call back. They gave some lame excuse about not having the 1/4 round wood available to trim out the install. I cant believe that they dont have simple 1/4 round wood trim in stock. How lame is that? I guess they like to take money, but dont like to deliver product. It has been 4 days since I paid and they still have not scheduled the install. grrrrr

Carpet quality & timing were fine but they deviously charged me for moving my little piano. Its a little upright on wheels which I was planning on moving, but they offered with no mention of the $400 charge. What a surprise when I got my receipt!

We had a tenant destroy the carpeting at our rental property. S&G had the perfect replacement in stock and was able to install it quickly so our new tenant could move in on time. Thank you S&G!
