Cal Carpet has great customer service from the sales reps to the owners. With their wide selection of quality flooring and patience with us while we chose, it was a very positive experience. After shopping around for product, with several stores having comparable items, we purchased here because of the interactions we had had with the staff and owners. Great team! Great product! We love our new floor and the installation crew was phenomenal! So fast, clean, respectful of our belongings, polite and super attentive to detail. Great experience!

California Carpet Center installed new carpet throughout our house. The information that they gave us ahead of time to prepare for the install was extremely helpful. The day of the install went so smooth. We love the carpet and refer all of our friends to their store. They dont just sell carpet, they carry all flooring products.If you need new flooring, I would definitely recommend California Carpet Center!

I bought Luxury Vinyl Plank, Carpet and Granite for a home renovation and cannot say enough about the service, products and completed work!

We worked with Dustin at CA Carpets for both our hard wood floors and carpet. Do no look anywhere else. We had an incredibly hard install with the floors and Dustins installers went way above and beyond in the floor prep and install to make them absolutely perfect! Same goes for the carpet. We had carpet installed by a different installer last year and there is no comparison. The job that Dustins carpet installer did was much cleaner. The carpet was completely wrapped up and around the tread. Perfect! These guys really are the best.

Floor turned out nice. BUT Installers were very dirty. All of our walls, windows, and cabinets are covered in dust. The trim they installed is not finished. We were told after the job was over that its our responsibility to clean after they install and its our responsibility to get a painter to caulk and paint the trim.Additionally, several base boards were damaged along with other problems and california carpet took no responsibility.Updated: Your response (5 months later) is exactly the type of response I would have expected. Some construction dust is expected but what we were left with was dust covering everything in the home. Additionally at no point we’re we told the house would be left in the state it was. We were also not told the trim piece you installed would be unfinished.In regards to your “weekend and holiday work” comment. You were the one that told me the guys liked working weekends and holidays so we took you up on the offer because we wanted it done. Regardless, there is no reason to leave a home covered in dust and an unfinished installation. If we had known how this project would have been left we definitely would have gone elsewhere.

They had nice sales people and quality carpet. However 9 months after the install there were huge ripples across my carpet in all the rooms in my house. I reached out to the owner to try and get a restretch and after pestering him for a couple months he sent someone over to do a couple hours of work without moving any furniture or anything. It temporarily made the problem better but now there are huge wrinkles across my carpet again and my house would look a whole lot better if I just left the old dirty carpet in there.So basically my carpet was installed horribly and they didn’t stand behind their work.

These guys were really good! We had a water damage issue and they came out and helped us through the entire process. Even with the current Covid regulations Carlos and his install and demo team were great. They were on time did a really good job and I would definitely recommend them to friends as well as use them again in the future

Everyone was great -from design center staff to vinyl and carpet installers. We love our new flooring and would highly recommend this locally owned business!

While I think the price is great, the service isn’t. I put an order in and they told me it would be two weeks. Two and a half months and many calls later I finally had my floor. Whenever I called about my order, I never received a call back, even from the owner. When I went Into the store:, I wasn’t able to get help because the salesman I was working with was never there, and the other salesmen won’t work with you when you are already working with someone. So in other words, it’s really difficult to get any assistance at this store. Currently, It’s been a month, I have put in two calls about a previous order and still no call back.

Nathan and his installer Ivan were awesome. Nathan was one of the first companies that bid my job. The price was fair and the job excellent! Ivan’s attention to detail is just what I was looking for in an installer. He is a fast perfectionist. Nathan kept in touch with me throughout the project to make sure things were coming along smoothly. My floors are beautiful thanks to California Carpets & Design Center!

Dont go anywhere else than Calfornia Carpet!!! Their customer service was outstanding. Everyone in there was very pleasant and helpful. Nathan Petty went above and beyond. After MANY samples, I ordered the carpet I wanted and he came over on a Saturday after he got off work and measured my house. He then came before work when the carpet was being installed to make sure everything was ok. I also had a large area rug made and he brought that over when he was on vacation. I was very pleased with them from beginning to end.
