The store was great. The manager in the store looked at the left message that was sent to me. He straight out said that I would need to call as he didnt have access to what the text of the offer said.T-Mobile is a phone company in the business of making money. Bait and switch advertising is the reason I left AT&T. That and I was always made to feel like my standard of customer service was absurd. This was my first and last experience with T-Mobile. The text below says nothing about having to add a line to take advantage of the deal.I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and the best they offered was $415 for my iPhone 8s and I would have to pay the difference of $365 for my free iPhone 12 as offered in the attached.Bait and switch advertising at its finest. Shame on you T-Mobile. Never again.

Horrible experience. Provided false coverage information. Based on that we switched and bought new 5g phones. When we found that we had been misled they wouldnt take the devices back even though customer service said they would.Do not trust this store! They will say anything to sell phones.

Left with no help/greeting by any staff member. Not sure why it takes three people to help one customer but in any case you still need to acknowledge the customers walking in your store waiting/hoping for assistance/some type of resolve. Guess thats what you get when all but one employee is a minor.

Amazing staff, best T-Mobile location I have ever been to. I always look forward to coming in no matter how frustrating my problem is. Best part: They have all gonna above and beyond what I needed help with initially. Amazing store!

They said with the crime of identity theft soo remarkably high, for me to find my assailant before I invest in any more technology. My stars should be higher for the advise...But truly if we do not start stopping the problem how can we possibly advance without so many glitches?!

Excellent service and professionalism. Had a problem with screen staying black even when phone was on...couldnt use settings or phone after a downloaded a notification from T-Mobile. Megan, in the store, and William at Central T-Mobile, were diligent and kept at it until it was working again. Thank you! Never had a poor experience here...always helpful and friendly.

Thought I was getting a great deal!! All new accessories for 3 i phones 6plus for free. Well not the case, I notice my bill a month later I had charges for financing the accessories. When I went to the store to address the issue, store manager was not there but was told by other employee that since my 30 day grace period was up and not able to return. Of course store manager denied ever saying that the items were completely free. So now Im stuck with a $300 bill of accessories that I could of bought online for a fraction of price. Will never refer anyone to this store! Feel taken advantage of.
