Great store with fast service on the day I went to upgrade two phones. Rocky was my salesperson and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He worked hard to transfer phone data to the new phones and was very personable. Wonderful experience!Like any place though, the employees can make or break the experience. The next day I had a question about my phone and called the store, but no one would answer. When I went to the location the employee of the day all but refused to help in any way and hardly gave me the time of day.
We Pre ordered our iPhone 13’s. Dylan was great, but could’ve explained Prices and cost more thoroughly.Dylan was not there at the time of my appt. Another gentleman helped. Victra tricked me, made a fool of me, sold me 3 phones telling me that I will get $700 credit for the phones I was turning in from AT&T. I got billed for all the credits upfront! My first bill was $1700 and then I am supposed to get a credit each month for paying upfront? It is as if I am lending money to verizon who is paying me back over 2 years as a credit in each statement? What kind of nonsense is that? My advice is not to trust them on what they say and call verizon to confirm if they are lying or not

They are only there to sell phones. Do not ask for any additional services. I was rudely told to dail 611 for anything else. I can find better ways to spend my money then this place.

Jesse and Jerry were SO genuinely kind, they not only helped me find the best deal but also patiently guided me through my new phone setup, and made sure everything was installed correctly. They were so happy to answer any beginner questions I had and I appreciate their service.

I ordered my new phone from Verizon online because of the different discounts and incentives being offered. I had it shipped to the store because I thought that would be faster. I received the email telling me the phone was ready to be picked up and that anyone who was a manager on the account with a government ID was authorized to receive it. When I got to the store, I was asked to provide a PIN number. this was not mentioned anywhere in the email and, of course, I did not know the pin number since we had never used it. Jesse was understandably frustrated by the fact that his procedures required a PIN number whereas the email from corporate did not. Overall it was frustrating for everyone concerned. After spending an hour on the phone with customer service, we got the pin number straightened out and I was able to receive my phone. I suggest that Verizon establish clear lines of communication with both its corporate and independent stores. Jesse was polite and patient but the entire process took much longer than it should have.
I’ve been to this location twice and I worked with Jesse both times. Jesse’s customer service is amazing. Very attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Jesse helped with the set up of my new iPhone 11 Pro Max and didn’t rush any questions I had. I recommend to talk to Jesse if you come to this location.

Horrible experience at this location . I ordered a New S6 tablet and to my surprise the gentleman i was working with ordered 3 tablets under my account. This was reported to the fraud department so i was not charged $2200.

This is the best Verizon store in the entire Rocklin area. I have a good relationship with the manager now and he has helped me get out of the Apple world and into the world of Samsung! Getting a phone can be a very complicated process, but have trust in these guys, they are truly there to help!

DECEPTIVE! NOT an official Verizon store but they try to make it look as if it is. Store is actually A Wireless. Sign has giant letters that say VERIZON WIRELESS with tiny letters beneath that say A Wireless | Premium Retailer.Since Id be traveling soon, I asked the sales rep if I could take a newly purchased hotspot back to any Verizon store during the return period. He said I can take it to a wireless store, purposefully de-emphasizing their real name to make it sound like I can go to any wireless store. If he had clarified that I can take it only to an A Wireless store, Id have asked about locations then not purchased it from them because, where Ill be is hundreds of miles from the nearest A Wireless store. However, there are a lot of official Verizon Wireless store nearby.Also, they charged a $40 activation fee. A week later I found out real Verizon stores charge only $20 for activation.

I went in to check on my bill and the guy was trying to sell me out of my original unlimited data plan that Ive had from back 10 years or so. Now I just found out that he changed my plan to less than 2gb a month and its impossible for me to get me the plan I had before. The new unlimited data plan will slow you down after 22gb and mine original data plan didnt. This is so unfair that they can do that.
I bought two I-phones on March with their BOGO promotion and I was told (in writting as well) I would be getting $700.00 credit for my second phone with the promotion. After five month I still have not gotten my credit yet. When I asked them about it I was told that the employee who sold me the phones made a mistake on the paperwork so they will try to make it right for me. I was to get contacted by their district manager and have not heard from them for two days now. If I dont get my credit by Monday I will have no choice but to take leagal action against this dealer.They have nice people working there, but the management is not taking care of business.

This store is the worst experience I have ever had for any product. Be warned: this store fraudulently sold me a used Iphone 5 that has not even been available for 2 years. They represented it as a new phone and the model just below the Iphone 6 and charged FULL retail price. They did not disclose that it was an old, used phone, as required by both Apple & Verizon.They refuse to make this right. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS VERIZON STORE.
I spent over $1,000. on a IPhone 6 plus 120gb and 3 months after I bought it the speakers quit working and because Im (considered trash to them) pre~paid they will not warranty it! Or even discuss it with me... Guess lesson learned~ dont be prepaid because to them your not worth what they scrape off the bottom of their shoes... Better to overspend every month with an account so they can overcharge you everytime you go over on your data! There are a lot of other companies that WANT my business~ guess its time to switch! Thank god Im prepay! (Otherwise Id be stuck in a contract and wouldnt be able to leave without a hefty fee! Funny how that comes back & bites them in the ass!!) Ill just take my screwed up iphone to Apple (they will warranty) & my cell phone pre~paid business to a company that really wants it!!

The worst experience ever, assistant manager and store manager have no experience in dealing with customers and giving wrong info on the edge plans, been dealing for 3 months now and still no answer on their part, basically playing cat and mouse game, sick and tired of dealing with store and their customer service staff, stay away from verizon retail stores specially this one.
