Horrible location. dont come here. the kids touch their faces and body parts right in front of you and then dont wash their hands or wear food service gloves. when confronted, they argue with you, yell, and threaten to kick you out. also, they dont wear masks. will be reporting to health department

The kids in here have no customer service skills. They messed up my order and ignored me. Will not go back.

I ordered something and made a mistake on the date for pick up. No biggie. It happens, and it was my mistake. Asked if I could still pick up the item even if it meant I had to wait, or purchase a second one today and cancel the original order. Was told No. Ok.. Fine. I asked if I could cancel the order to which I, again, recieved a firm No. That can only be done online. Ok.. Still fairly calm. Entirely understandable, if thats the protocol. Got home with the disappointing news that there would be no fancy ice cream dessert, only to get online to cancel my order and it states to cancel i need to call or show up to the store in person. Ok. Now Im starting to get agitated... I call the store and ask to cancel stating it says online I can only cancel over the phone or in person. And I again. Get told No. That I cant cancel over the phone cuz the boss isnt there? Everytime I inquire the rules and reasoning changes. I admit I made a mistake but I shouldnt have to process a charge back to cancel an order. Absolutely 0 customer service skills, and completely turned me off from the brand.

Baskin Robbins staff was friendly and were quick to get everyone served. Employees had their masks as well as the customers. Everyone kept thier distance. Cherry jubilee is my favorite ice cream.

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD, usually I have the best service but a think a new woman is working there and she yelled at me when I asked for a sample and then proceeded to scoop my ice cream using no gloves!! I have gone back twice and each time it’s the same woman and she has never worn gloves once! DISGUSTING!! Especially during this pandemic, don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon.

Dont ask for thermal paste sprinkled with RGB they dont have it

Got two birthday cakes at the last minute. Worked out perfect. Staff was friendly and quick. Store was clean and orderly.

It is a ok place if you like ice cream I would say that many people need to try the ice creams there and not only eat chocolate or vanilla even though vanilla is my favorite flavor. What I mean by that dont be plain be different from everyone 😁👍

Omg do I even need to say more. The carmel cream is delish!!!! My friend got the banana Royal I thought it was like the secret menu lol... Ended up eating half of that too 😜staff is very professional and I applaud that especiallly for being so young. It was also really clean in there..the bleach sparkle shined hehe. Thanks girls:)
