Terrible quality windows. Order from Home Depot and several came without window screens. Additionally, one window came with the fin fan improperly attached. You can tell by the build their quality is going downhill. Would not recommend

People work as a team. And act like a team. Mangers and under management very respectful as well as others.

I called Jeldwen, wanting some technical information on a window Id ordered through and received from HD. Excellent customer service. Very helpful people.

Customer service for Jeld Wen could not be worse. It doesnt even deserve 1 star. Their warranty is a complete joke. 11 failed windows in my dads house. Claim made 3 months ago. Jeld Wen said they have NO local supplier/reference to handle the claim. We found a third party (after talking to two others who refused to go anywhere near a Jeld Wen claim). Jeld Wen repeatedly said they didnt have the information they needed from the 3rd party (even though they did). 3 months later, 9 of the 11 replacement windows arrived, most of them cracked and dont fit. STAY AWAY FROM THESE WINDOWS UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A NIGHTMARE LATER.

Worst experience with closet doors. I purchased the doors through Lowe’s and the company delivered them over a month late. The vendor lied when asked by Lowe’s where the doors were on day of delivery. They gave the run around to Lowe’s every time they were called for updates. They missed two delivery dates and continued to lie about where the doors were. Then my doors I waited over two months for and paid $800 for came. GUESS WHAT?! They came damaged and the measurements were wrong. The doors are bifold and they have an inch gap between them. I sent accurate very specific measurements and this company botched the custom cut. All 3 sets of doors I ordered were different widths, none of which were the measurements I sent. I will never order from this company or through Lowe’s again. Awful vendor and cheaply made products.
