My husband and I chose One Day Doors thru friends recommendation. Michael the co. rep was pleasant, walked us thru the factory showed the styles for 8 doors in our home, also offered their Veteran Day sale. Monika is such a pleasant and happy person who processed our agreement and kept us updated when we called. Jeremy came out to our home to measure doors; he is pleasant and professional and informed us he would be back to install. He did return once door were in and did a great job. Jeremy is very polite, showed strong work ethics and wanted to make sure all doors were perfectly set. I would love to get bedroom closet sliders done next. Jeremy had previously taken measurements. Eleven is heaven -- we had 11 interior doors installed and are very pleased. They look and work great and are a big improvement over what we had. The install crew was professional and worked proficiently to get the job done (in one day, of course!). The office staff were responsive to any queries we made along the way and were quite satisfied. They even went above and beyond to help us add door stoppers to protect our doors- and they left us touch up paint should we need it. We had a bedroom door where the door frame had warped and not square. Original door was also cracked and wouldn’t close completely due to bad frame. Dave sent one of his guys out with a small computer that got all the measurements they needed. Installer returned with a perfectly cut door, already painted and hung it in less than 10 minutes. Perfect fit. He even hauled off the bad door. Thanks guys.

I had a very good experience with One Day Doors & Closets. The installers, Jeremy and Matt, installed new doors and hardware throughout my house. They did excellent work and were very timely, professional and accommodating! And Monika in the office was very pleasant on the phone and super helpful working around my schedule. We are so happy with our doors! Monika, Jeremy, Matt and everyone who assisted us where all about customer service. They definitely provided me the best service. Even with our requests to cover our new floors! I could tell they were being very careful as they did their work. Even afterwards there were a couple of things we discovered that we missed during final inspections and with no questions asked they came back real quick to fix the issues. I definitely recommend them if you want the job done right. We loved getting a tour of their facilities and we got a very good idea that quality is their number one consideration. We had great customer service from Monika, who worked to get our large project finished in a timely and professional manner! The lead installer, Michael, was professional, detailed, and made sure we were happy. Our other installer Matt was was also very good and helped make a large install go smoothly. Monika, Jeremy, and Matt were great to get my doors installed as quickly as possible though there were significant delays that caused my January order (expected to be delayed until March) to not be installed until mid May. If you’re willing to be flexible and wait then you won’t be disappointed. Install team Jeremy and Matt were efficient, precise, respectful of my home and my time and the doors are well made and nicely finished In my paint color choice of pure white. Not sticky as other paint brands I’ve used are. Mirrored doors are especially grand and elevated my room. Spouse came home and said “it looks like a new house”.

Back in May, I ordered more than a dozen doors for our older home. Mitch came out for the initial assessment and then invited me to the showroom. The showroom is clean and bright and their presentation a little salespitch-heavy, but otherwise fine. They offered reasonable deals for buying multiple doors and also for buying off-season. I didnt really compare with too many other options so Im assuming their prices are still as good as the rest.They didnt really go over any of the core materials with me before paperwork was signed (and I forgot) so I didnt end up making any choices there; I ended up with their default solid-core composite (still a vast improvement over the hollow plain doors I had).Be warned: They have restrictions on the hardware theyll install, and dont support some of the high-end brands like Emtek. I fortunately found some Kwikset hardware that was decent enough, but I originally had my sights set on something more unique.They also have restrictions on the colors theyll paint, a choice of four different white variants from Sherwin-Williams.They told me the doors wouldnt be ready until September before purchase, so I cant knock them for that... but I do wish I could have had them sooner without having to pay more.In the end, Jeremy (Morgan) came out for the install. He was a couple hours early, but I didnt mind. He did clean, expedient work, including rebuilding the doorstops for two doors we had reversed. Eleven swinging doors and four hanging closet doors were swapped out in about 5 hours. One Day, indeed! I am overall quite pleased with my new doors. The fit and finish is decent.In hindsight, I wish Id thought to provide doorstop hardware ahead of time to have them install... because I need to rush out and do that now before my child starts banging them around into the walls. Thats on me, though.

We love our new doors! It really makes a big difference in our house. The whole process was very pleasant from being at the showroom (the tour was great), communicating with Monika and to Jeremy and Matt (the installers) coming. We were told that they were very busy when we placed our order (due to Covid and so many people spending money for home projects) and given an estimate of July or August. We were very happy that they were available in mid-July. Jeremy and Matt installed our 13 doors in less than four hours ~ it would have been less time but there was a snafu (which was my fault). I was given a 30 minute window for their arrival time and they were early. They covered all the floors and then cleaned up afterwards as well.Monika, Jeremy and Matt were very professional yet personable and friendly. One Day Doors was recommended to me by a friend who was very happy with the doors they did for her. We like purchasing from family owned businesses and they are very good ~ I highly recommend One Day Doors!

Matt and Matt installed our doors and were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Monica always returned my calls promptly when I had questions. The new doors look beautiful and have really modernized our mid-century home.

** Update: company called and was able to install doors within a week of me posting a negative review. The doors look good and the installers were professional and quick. I cannot offer five stars since the communication was still lacking (they called and asked if they could install the doors that day, which was somewhat inconvenient). But, overall, the job is done and looks good. I probably wont use the company again, because I do expect better communication from a company, but the work is high quality.Currently waiting for company to return multiple phone calls. We paid a deposit in January 2021 with an install date of early March 2021. No communication between that. When we contacted company in March, we received a text message that we would be delayed until first of April and would be contacted with an install date soon. Have not heard anything since. We understand COVID is affecting things, but the lack of communication is unprofessional. Responding via text message is unprofessional. I would love to change this review, but its time for the company to step up.

We had an amazing experience with One Day Door & Closets of Sacramento. The doors are excellent quality and look beautiful. Michael, Matt and Monika are a great team. The install was flawless and quick. Very professional and easy to work with. I would high recommend them if you have any door needs.

Our doors were installed today and they look great! We met with them in November 2020 and planned on doing half of our home initially. Over time we added on the second portion of our home to the order so that and COVID pushed things back a little bit. The process took a little longer than I thought, but overall we are happy with our new doors! My wife particularly likes our closet door with a built in mirror.

We had new closet doors, interior doors, and a fire door installed with One Day. Not only are the doors beautiful, but the customer service and the installation crew are fantastic.Recently we had a minor issue with the fire door, and Monika took my call immediately and sent out a repair order for the next day! Michael and Matt came out early the next morning, quickly and professionally fixed the issue with my door and installed new weather stripping! Michael and Matt even made sure the rest of our doors were working correctly. Monika also checked back in with me to make sure I was completely satisfied.I dont have any other doors that need replacing, but if I did, Id be happy to use One Day again. The doors are beautiful and functional and the people at One Day were dedicated to making sure I was happy with the work and well-taken care of!

Ordered all new interior doors for our home. It took a bit longer to get them than all expected but Covid has everything backed up. That said Monika was great about keeping us updated and Michael and Matt were all over the installation. Doors look and work fantastic.

Edit: I spent over $11,000. During installation, their installer Mike was rude and extremely aggressive with me. He made a terrible scene outside my home and when one of the owners (Mitch) and his assistant (Monika) came, they tried to defuse the situation and then I received a text the next morning when an employee was meant to come and finish the work and asked me to give a 5 star review even though she knew I was greatly affected by what happened the day before. She said they were going to fire Michael due to his behavior and it’s clear she was just trying to get me to change my initial review to a 5 star. Clearly they only care about money and reviews and not the customer here. Purchase at your own risk!

The entire process from start to finish was outstanding. Monica was always updating me on the process and was thorough and responsive. She was a joy to work with. The installers Mike and Matt worked magic in completing the job in a timely manner. They really knew their stuff and all of our doors look great!!! A great experience!!

Our doors were long delayed due to COVID and the Oregon fires but after these challenges everything was finally installed. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and quick. They also took the time to doublecheck all door handles and strike plates to insure that everything was strong but smooth. I cannot say enough good things about Monika H, their project manager. She was hired in the early fall and picked up the slack when the job had not been filled for two months. Monika called me every week without fail to keep me informed about the status of their new suppliers and the installation schedule. She was also a relentless advocate for my wife and I as the challenges of the virus and their former suppliers put us behind schedule--but Monika rejects the idea of poor customer service! She is kind and extremely efficient. With her help and the installation crew this project ended as a great experience. The doors are stunning. Great product but even better can do attitude.

Michael C and Matt F just installed 9 interior doors. Doors look fantastic. Huge improvement and modern door style. Painted, new door knobs and hinges.Process was very easy. About hour to measure all doors. 8 weeks for manufacture, then Michael and Matt installed the new doors. Install only took two hours. Doors fit perfectly.The alternative to this process is more expensive and much more disruptive.
