I have never had such a bad experience with a company in my professional career as with SSI. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The install was terrible, and we had to pay our own IT guy to come in and finish hooking the system up because they couldnt figure it out. Afterwards we had an issue on both our systems where the outside film was peeling off, I was told it was a manufacturers defect and they would come out and replace it. Months later I was finally able to get them to show up, and they only replaced one side. I let them know, months and months went by with excuses as to when they would replace the other side until they finally just stopped returning my emails or calls.Again, the absolut company I have ever dealt with.
