I was very impressed with all the products they sell. Everything looks very fresh. The employees were very helpful and very nice. I will go there again for sure

I finally got to try their bread and it was delicious. I came in at around 4 pm and the bread was still warm to touch. I came back to Beryozka to get more of the miniature soft cheese which can be found all the way back in the refrigerated section by the back wall. This place gives us an economical, fast, accessible way to have a little Taste of Europe.

It was ok. I found mineral water from please in Georgia (near Russia) where people life ower 100 year averagely. Even Stalin owned two dachas there. Maybe good thing that the water didnt work on him. No ofence.

Its got great stuff in it. I go here all the time to buy things I use to eat when I was a kid.

The worst store ever everything is not fresh

They sell rotten smoked chicken meat in sealed package, no expiration date on package, no return because you have to check all product before you buy. So if you buy sealed pack of anything you have to open to be make sure it good quality.

Rudest European deli Ive been in. Customer service is definitely not about this place. Id rather drive a little further and spend my money elsewhere where people are friendly and the food is fresh( especially where the deli lets you sample the products behind the glass because they know they are selling good fresh products. )

The store has some interesting items and a better selection but slightly higher prices than Viva supermarket in Rancho Cordova. There are fruits, vegetables, sauces, creams, breads, pastas, desserts, meats, cheeses, and more from Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, the Balkans etc. but Pacific Coast foods has a wider assortment. It looks relatively clean and well-organized. I like how you can walk into this store without being greeted. It is so annoying in other small stores to be bothered while browsing the items, but this was not a problem here. Please keep the normal customer service!

Selection is good, but customer service needs improvement. American type of customer service is the bench mark and sadly a lot of slavic establishments still have that soviet union mindset...

Thus Deli is amazing. This deli is so versatile has so many choices and the food in the deli and throughout the story is absolutely incredible. The best cheeses and deli meats ever I’ve never tasted anything like this before!

My 11 year old son is really into Russia right now so when he found out this market carried russian food he was excited. A young man came out and showed us all the Russian food items in the deli, bakery, and store. He explained each one. He answered all my sons questions and was super nice and polite. He even let us try the Russian cheese and salami for free. They were wonderful. The cheese was so good Ill be going back to get a pound when we run out of our normal cheddar cheese at home. They had a selection of Russian hats my son wanted to know the name of and he told him and even looked it up online so my son could see how it was spelled and pronounce it better. They do prefer cash as I believe it is a small family owned business. I highly recommend this wonderful place! We will be returning customers. Oh! My son finally settled on trying the Russian soda. Lol

Lets be honest. Overall, its a good store. You cant get these products everywhere, but still, getting home and realizing your bread is moldy and your carrot salad is old isnt fun - especially when you live an hour and a half away. I called and told them because I didnt want to put something bad here. I dont know if Im being too picky here, but I assumed they would offer some type of compensation next time - especially since I live so far! So, heres my rating of 3 stars. Rotten food should merit a 1 star, but I believe there was an oversight. Its hard to purchase Cinderella bread from San Francisco for a small business and to keep it fresh - unless you put it in the refrigerator like they did to other breads. Add for the carrots, no excuse. Anyway, Ill post my moldy bread pic. Bought it two hours ago.

Worst russian store in Sacramento area. I dont know how they have so many good reviews. Probably their friends just make it. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go here unless you want to buy old or expired products. Or you want to find candy with WORMS. Like I did and when I came back to get any type of explanation they told me I have to look at it before I buy it. Really??? Nasty staff and nasty and expired products.

Great store if you want authentic Eastern European foods. Recommended. Not a lot of variety. Great fresh baked breads. Home made cakes are awesome.

I am pleased with the diversity in the kinds of product offered at surprisingly reasonable prices.

Its really awful staff. It was March, 4. They tried to sell me old sausage. Even I asked to give me another piece of sausage which was really fresh I received NO. So, firstly they need to buy old products. Its really nasty way of selling!
