Not to busy for a Friday early afternoon, but they didnt have very many registers opened so the front got backed up pretty quickly. The garden section does check out so always good to check out there to see if they are open. Very bare shelves in some parts of the store, but they had pallets out and were restocking in quite a few areas, so hopefully they got some shipments in!

Review is only on the Customer Service/Money Center. Store hours posted in the store say that department is open until 8pm which implies they provide service to 8pm not that employees walk out the door at 8. When I arrived it was only 7:45 - 7:50, yet they were roping off the dept. Said we close at 8 I said yes, great, I just made it. She said no were closed. A customer was just leaving as she said that and it was still not 8pm yet. But still would not help me.

Most workers not that friendly dont really seem to care or ask if they can help you find something when they see searching for something. Youre on your own when you shop there, little to no help. The team spirit meetings they have doesnt seem to help. Descent prices though.DB

Clean, well organized, and friendly assistance in the Mens Wear department and at self-checkout. Unfortunately, too many mens wear items were out of stock. I did find the items I was looking for.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. This store is totally understaffed. There was only 1 manager working the night shift and only 2 cashiers open on 10/18/21. The manager showed no interest or effort in helping me with my return. The staff at this store are extremely slow and take no pride in their jobs. They dont care about the customers at all. TARGET WILL GET MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WALMART!!!

Middle of the day and its either empty shelves or boxes stuffed in the isles blocking access to them.

Empty shelves, lack of help and really long, long lines checking out with checkers that move like molasses.

If there was an upscale Walmart this would be it. I didn’t see any 400lb girls in bikinis making a beer run. Nobody smacking their kids around yelling at the top of their lungs. And everyone I saw not wearing a mask had a full set of teeth. That’s a win in my book.

Clean parking lot. Stores are stocked and well kept. People coming here arent the ignorant low lifes that haunt the shopping around citrus heights or fair oaks. Not one panhandler or broken down motorhome in sight! Very pleasant experience...

I got some of what I needed, but I prefer the Walmart on Pleasant Grove in Roseville. Much better selection of everything. Far less out of stock items.

They were very low on groceries, and a couple of lanes were blocked with new groceries. When did stores start stocking their selfs in the middle of the day? Wish I would have gone to a different grocery store 😕

This is a great store! Extremely clean and very well stocked. Plenty of parking, etc.

Cannot stand their all self checkout method. I am a mom with young kids I go to Walmart for the convenience of getting everything I need in one place. It is no longer convenient if I have to ring up and bag my overflowing cart of items and deal with my kids. This will actually make me shop at other stores and pay more for better customer service.

Pretty cool store and great people are staffed at this location workers very knowledgeable in were products are located. Every employ had their own job placement in store but even with their department they know were other products are I felt pleased to be in a store with such great hospitality and customer appreciation. And to ask a employee a question about were something was to get the answer sir its on so and so isle half way down on left side is terrific to me I usually get I dont know. Ill drive 60 miles out of my way to feel Im getting best customer experience and satisfaction by employees. Thanks to all that work t this location. I had a great time in the store. The Lady Sandy in the fabric part was so nice, I told a supervisor as I was checking out about how nice she was.

We went to get a heart monitor the physician recommended. Wal-Mart said they had 1 in stock for a price lower than Amazon, and sure enough there was 1 in stock (shows how accurate their inventory management program is). Our 2nd item to buy was landscape irrigation items. Unfortunately there was almost nothing on the shelves. Getting supplies has been hard to replenish, but a c/s employee tried his best to locate what we needed.

Labor problems. Alot of shelves empty. Try a different location.

Many empty shelves. Wish they would reduce the online shopping - too many employees filling these orders clogging the aisles. Move the pickup parking away from the entrance so in-person customers dont have to park so far away from the entrance.

Terrible. I still do not have the difference of what I was charged versus what I actually owed. Their excuse. Theyre charging interest of what they charged me. Its been 5 days. After two phone calls to them and no response Im disputing charges against them and will never do business again with them.

Went for an inflatable pool. Definitely reasonably priced but Im glad we were lucky enough to get one of the last ten they had out. If thats what youre looking for, I would suggest going soon.

My pockup window was from 5-6 and it was delayed and I figured, ok, things happen. When i got my notification that it was ready for pickup, i returned and after waiting 15 minutes and never receiving my order, I text overthe number on the sign and an hour later I have still not received a response. A true waste of my time. Please just refund my money.

Good location at Main/120. Parking lot gets crowded but you can always find a spot. Lots of merchandise/good prices.I would give it a higher rating, but as a shopper I resent the fact that even though the store is crowded; they only have a few registers open, so checkout lines are unreasonably long, -at self check too.

Ordered an item online 12 hrs ago. App alerted me it was ready, got assistance immediately and had the item in my hand.

Very nice people, but the level of service at the pick up atea has declined. I think they are short staffed. I also find it frustrating that they cant keep basic items in stock...No Peets decaf for the past 3 weeks.

Always can find what I need at a great price.

Walmart is not your caring nieghborhood store. They have monopolized this area, closing all small stores leaving us feeling walmart will give us the most for our buck. This is a lie on top a million more there cramming down our throats. They have monopolized and have raised ouer cost far above the crisses at hand. This covid thing started every store had sannatizers cleaned carts etc. Not walmart, thier sanatizers were always enpty and even carts were not availablethey have less staff no cashiers and for a week or so you could only buy what u CANcarry. Cart shortage!? Now no CASH WHAT THEHELL?THERE HAS NEVER BEEN NO CASH POLICY. CASH IS CASH!! SO THEY WANT TO MONITOR AND CONTROL EVERYTHING ..WHY? WELL IT APPEARS THEY HAVE THEY R HAVE A NEW SCREW YOU MOTIVE.

Hardly any other Wal Mart has the abundance of all things necessary for my existence as this one. Mark, one of the checkers, is the most efficient checker I have ever had. Morgan, another one, quiet, humble, and reverent, he exudes the qualities of someone touched by the divine. Susan, one of the produce women working there, has such a friendly disposition. Yes, the people, who work there are remarakable human beings!

Hey. You want to know what is NOT FUN? Taking the plastic casing off your deli sliced pepperoni. And also everything is depleted, Spices gone, freaking Rice Pilaf gone. Literally everything gone. And. Once again. Taking the casing off my deli sliced pepperoni. If I want to eat wax I’ll cut it myself. Not planning on visiting the Commons Store in Rocklin again.

Tonight I drove from Colfax to Rocklin Walmart and got there just after 8. P.m. went to customer service only to find out that they I just closed and stop doing returns! Usually I wouldnt make a fuss but I just drove 35 MI and $25 in gas and was bumming. However the manager Gina so my desperation and went above and beyond her other duties and did the return for me even though they were already closed! Just want to say thank you Gina and Walmart for hiring people like Gina, five stars all day. Thanks, Ryan Dunn.

We ordered lightbulbs on line. They didnt work. We brought them in to exchange them. They couldnt / because walmart.com is not the same as walmart. We need to provide our own shipping materials to ship them back. BUYER BEWARE: they do not care about customer service. We pointed to the sign, that says 100% customer satisfaction and were told we are not walmart customers. The lady helping us mask was below her nose ... Just added to the frustrating service.

The store is always clean, even the bathrooms. The staff is helpful. I use self-check and occasionally need assistance. They are always patient and gracious. But the best of all are the prices. Once while shopping for bottled water, the man stocking the shelves shared some information that I never knew, resulting in me saving money and effort. I travel quite a distance to get there, but the saving far out-weigh the extra gas and time.

Its Wally Mart. Their Equate brand products are a good value. This is one of the small Walmart stores in the area. The one in Rocklin is a much bigger store.

One of the best Walmart stores we have been in. We usually go early when it is not crowded, making shopping and checkout a breeze. Lines tend to be long for conventional checkout but self checkout is easy and fast

We went in and researched a TV we wanted. The associate in the electronics area was very friendly and helpful.The only issue that I have, is the fact that Walmart in general thinks that they have the right to stop and ask you for your receipt upon leaving.I personally always assure that I do have my receipt and continue walking out without stopping.

Staff is so wonderful here. They also keep the store really clean.

I only like to shop here early in the morning. Later in the day its too crowded and see a lot of workers just walking around like there is nothing to do. There is always stuff to do, I see boxes in the aisle that need to be put away. Not all employees are friendly, not sure who does the hiring but good friendly staff would be a plus.

So I wanted to give them a higher rating, but as we exited the building we were accused of stealing ice because we did not show the guy at the door our receipt, this is not a shopping condition we agreed to (like Sams club), so we exercise our right to shop without receipt scrutiny for stores we have not signed an agreement with.The employee at the door chased us out the door shouting, Sir! SIR! SIR! SIR! You did not pay for that ice! I saw you not go through the register! You did not pay for that ice! That is theft! LET ME SEE YOUR RECEIPT!We kept walking. It is illegal for them to demand receipt review without our consent.We bought the ice in self checkout with our other items, then picked it up on our way out. Maybe he doesnt understand this is how people buy ice. Purchase 1st, gather 2nd.In any case, stealing is dumb and this guy is wound up. Have more relaxed friendly people at the door.Have a heavenly day

Scheduled an appointment for my husband to receive his 1st dose covid vaccine. Showed up and they turned us away saying they did not have enough for 1st time dose. They only have enough for people getting their 2nd dose. I thought they were giving this vaccine away to anyone? Confused why they are taking appointments online if this is the case?

We asked a couple of employees for help and the first thing out of their mouth was do you have the app on your phone? 1 employees phone went South on us so she couldnt help us but there was another guy there that could. I dont like the idea of the app question. Go ahead and download the app and youll be able to find what you want. But on the other hand when you do Walmart will be able to dig into your phone and upgrade dare products at their will. I dont like that. I suggest to order food and either have them deliver it Ill go pick it up yourself. Remember Walmart is Walmart. Its okay for the everyday Joe. And thats about all I got to say about that!

It is a Super Walmart, they offer a wide variety of products. Having said that, good luck getting assistance if you need it.I was looking for a product and even the staff did not know if the store carried that product.

They lock up too much stuff so you cant get to it. Then they never show up to get it for you when you push the red button. They need more competition so they would have to step up their game.

It has always been an issue with the store having enough checkout lanes open. Now that they have 2 self checkout areas it has encouraged me to shop there because Im not stressed about how long Im going to have to wait in line.

Didnt find what I needed. Not a lot of employees aroud and if I found someone to ask where I could find an item, they just kind of pointed the way. They need better customer service.

A really big Walmart store compared to the one in my town. A very busy place with a lot of people.

Not the worst Walmart in existence, but I asked 4 associates what isle to find tarps on, before someone finally told me instead of just saying I dont know. None of them attempted to help. When I got to checkout, the isle light was on, and I was in line for several minutes before the cashier turned it off and said sorry, the person in front of you is my last customer. Theyre clearly understaffed
