Im afraid this company is a really loser. I had an appointment with Mike McPherson to manage the azolla (plant) in our pond. We spent one hour discussing-viewing the pond and he had lots of ideas and seemed to understand the problem. He said he would send a proposal but he never followed up. I contacted him via e-mail several times and no follow up.
