BAD printing service lately! This location used to have the best custom/printing service for the last 5 years. Just came back from it empty handed. The store manager denied helping out to print 2 copies of paper. Worst attitude! 10/4/2021

Feel bad for the employees here. Minimal coverage on a Sunday. Copiers malfunction. Obviously ignored by FedEx corporate. Not going here would probably help the place. Paul Orfalea should never have sold out.

Employees had masks but not wearing them. I was the only customer masked up. Another customer walked in the door without a mask, saw me and asked do I need a mask?. Girl behind the counter says its mandated, but we are not enforcing it... And these same people are the ones angry because Covid is only getting worse. If you are not supporting the solution then you are part of the problem!

Not sure what happened but this place has gotten bad. It was a wonderful and well organized not anymore. I had a package put on hold for pickup and the package was there and I was never notified. When I would look at the tracking it said it was not available for pickup when all along it was there.

Before Driving over an hour to pick up my package in Rocklin. I checked there Google information which said they close at 8 pm. So I double checked and called to hear the same hours on their recording 8 pm. So I drove there thinking I had plenty of time. Got there @ 630 and they were CLOSED! They were all inside so I raised hell. They came out and they said “the machines are shut down and there’s nothing they can do. Sorry”I explained the their Google and their phone message says closed at 8. Manager says “corporate are the only ones that can change our phone message.” It is clearly his voice on the recording and he changed the recording the next day.I wasted gas and drove in traffic a total of 5 hours and ME the customer was lied to and wrong when a worker pointed at their sign on the front door totally explaining their brand new store hours. And she says while pointing at the sign that was so visible and glowing their brand new store hours that I wondered why I couldn’t see it from over an hour away.She says “Uh we have new store hours” in up talk no less.I’ve been in customer service for many years and today’s customer service workers are ______!

One person working! Instead of focusing on helping me print ONE PIECE OF PAPER, the fed ex employee quickly and incoherently helped me then would go to the next person in line. I waited for him to cash me out, print the one paper. He helped 5 other customers while ignoring me, this went on for 45 minutes. I ended up leaving empty handed.

This review is specifically for Dan. Aka Dan the man because hes amazing. He went above and beyond to help me get my sisters wedding programs completed within a very short amount of time, even driving to a different office to print and laser cut them when the machine at his office was temporarily down. Before that, he used his skills to help finalize my design and make sure it looked perfect! All with effortless patience, a smile on his face and a genuine desire to help simply because he could. Hes the epitome of good customer service. And a very good, helpful person. Thank you Dan, keep shining your light!

Worst customer service in this location, an African American lady today was very rude and not helpful. I ask her to ship to an international address instead of admitting that she doesnt understand and ask for help she claimed my address is wrong( I tried it in personal computer it worked perfectly and printed my ownlabels.) also I asked her a few more questions she didnt respond properly. Her behavior was un friendly and not proper for front desk.Something needs to change otherwise poeple will not use FedEx at this location.

I mostly use this place to print some things when I run out of ink on my printer, the purpose is well archived and the place is clean and organized, they just need to improve their costumer service overall a little more 😅

Husband needed help today with printing some jumbo home plans we needed.The associates all said they were “ too busy” to help him. There was only (1) customer in the store besides him. He asked if they could please help anyway as our kids were in the car. They instructed him to figure it out on the computer instead. (Even though it was a very unusual kind of print job and he needed even just a little bit of direction).This kind of service is poor and needs a lot of work.He exclaimed he would never go back there ever again. I hope management reads this comment and cares enough to try to improve the way customers are treated.It’s just sad how people can have this kind of lack of empathy and not give a damn about it either.

About ten minutes ago I pulled up to this FedEx and had two papers that needed to be scanned and a deadline. I realized I had left my wallet at home and was only able to scrounge together some coins around my car. The very sweet lady working was able to accommodate me as I was only a few cents short. She was tremendously helpful and saved me from a huge hassle, as I was on a deadline and the store was closing soon. Thank you!! Will be coming back to this location!

Avoid this place if you can! My review will echo the sentiments of other reviews. This business deserves a zero star or negative rating. They wont accept packages for shipment that other FedEx locations will accept. You will be told that your package is not approved for shipment and they will try to sell you another box plus shipping materials! Also, dont even try to take any of the free envelopes or boxes that FedEx provides or you will be lectured about how this isnt a supply store. As an added bonus, the staff will make you feel like a freeloader! As others have mentioned, it is a pain to get in and out of this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the FedEx Ship Center on Nichols Drive if possible. The wonderful way you will be treated there is night and day compared to this sorry excuse of a FedEx Office. I know that this location isnt a representation of FedEx as a whole. However, it is FedEx owned and FedEx can do much better than this!

Everyone has been very nice about helping us with a difficult scan, especially Kristen, whos really gone above and beyond! Sometimes the wait can be long of theres several customers, but everyone definitely takes their time for you. I like this place for all my scanning and copying.

How about taking time off work to get to the Fed Ex Center, shipping a package to another state. Today, ( the next day) I come home from work, and the flipping package is sitting on MY doorstep. The clerk wrote the same return address and shipping address. So, I try calling customer service. First, they tell me to take the package back (meaning take another couple of hours off work) and re-ship it with the correct address. When I asked if they could come pick it up SINCE IT IS THIER MISTAKE, the agent said he could give me my money back, but thats it. So I not only have I waisted valuable time waiting in line, and talking to three different heavily accented “international call center” agents, and 30 mins later, NOTHING IS ACCOMPLISHED!!!! The agent placed me on hold, without saying “please hold” and still has not refunded my money nor have they made arrangements to have the package picked up and delivered to the correct shipping address.....FED EX, i have but one question. What is you business again???? Obviously not shipping.

This is a very small location, but it has all of the standard FedEx Office stuff. There are 3 self-serve copy/printers that can do color or B&W in a variety of paper sizes. There are some computers in the back, a fax, and the full-service counter for shipping and custom printing. The staff is nice, but there are few of them and if there is a line it can take forever to do anything. I usually go for self-serve color printing and I can get in-and-out quickly.

Because of this location, Ill likely never use theyre design centers again. I mean Adobe CS5.1? COME ON And Noooooo way of getting any access to dos to fix the glitched results from illustrator with a simple dos rename command. 0 of 5 stars, I lost a ton of time I could have used to make money. Screw these guys, they acted like I might be a gamer because I expected an actual computer with software from this decade... Oh well

Every time I mail packages from this store they arrive either late or not at all! Most unprofessional FedEx store I’ve ever used. Infuriating. Save your time and money, and only use UPS or the USPS!

One star is too high of a review for these guys. They have the worst customer service of any FedEx office store I have ever been to. I had shoes in the box they came in and I was shipping them back how they came. They said, the shoes would move too much we need to charge you an additional $4 to specially pack them because we can see void spaces in there. They refused to ship them unless I paid the $4. I went to another store and they said there were no problems with the way I was shipping my shoes and went ahead with no additional charge over and above prepaid shipping label. Then they proceeded to mention all the problems theyve had with this store. These guys are incompetent, save yourself the heartache and go to another store.

I went to print something off of their computers, the system charged me $10 and didnt print, i waited over and hour for them to try and print my stuff and it never happened. I told them i had to leave and they apologized, DIDNT GIVE ME A REFUND and my credit card was charged. Awful service!

One of the worst Fedex experience ever. The staffs were reluctant and detached. One of the main printers/copiers was out of order (I noticed that particular printer to be out of order before in multiple occasions). I had to wait good 20 minutes for the second printer. Even then, the second printer needed to be rebooted twice, and even after that it didnt work. When I asked help from the employees they seemed annoyed. The staffs didnt have the technical knowledge to troubleshoot the machine.When I asked the staffs if they have any other solution for my printing job, they said they didnt have any and I needed to wait until other jobs in progress were finished. I had to figure out myself that there is a computer station which I can use. I thought the staffs should have thought about that when I asked for alternative solution, but they didnt!!!I can understand machines malfunctioning occasionally, but what annoyed me the most was the reluctance of the staff in the store to be helpful.

The worst experience ever. The people at this place dont want to be here. They wouldnt accept a packed that was in a perfect box and the same shape and packing material used as fed ex shipped it to me. They tried to charge be a re packing fee. Total BS. I send and receive a lot of packages and never have I heard such garbage. These people at this location are a joke.That brings us to location. This is in the worst location I have ever seen. Hard to find in a hard to negotiate parking lot.Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else.

I had almost finished an online order but just wanted to see the paper. I go into the store and there are 4 staff members working on taping boxes and they would not process my order while I stood there but told me to come back when the invoice said- 3+ hours for some 30 flyers. I live another 30 minutes past their location. Aweful customer service standards. If I hadnt paid online I would have cancelled my order.

The guy there just looks at you and then keeps doing what ever he is doing waiting for the girl to service all the customers (I was the only one there. No hi or anything). Place is kinda dirty inside. Computer area is very cramped. The plus side of the girl was professional.

This locations office print shop is a joke. Very rude staff with very overpriced/cheap material. Needed some flyers and business cards in a pinch and they were printed on cheap flimsy cardstock that was just as thick as maybe two pieces of printer paper stacked together. We are now out $45 and I have to purchase cards elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Terrible service. We called ahead to find out if they offered a very specific service, they cheerfully said Yes, so we came down and wasted our trip. They not only could not do what the had just told us they could do, they sent us on our way with a totally snarky send off for our trouble. The guy who waited on us does not deserve a job, and Fed Ex - there are lots of other places that ship things!

Women should avoid this place at all cost. My girlfriend went there to return some books she rented for school. They were in the same box they came in and all she wanted them to do was to seal the box and put the tag on it right then to insure it was done. The salesman behind the desk gave her a sarcastic response saying it needed packing and wanted to charge her and then said he couldnt do it now and set it off to the side. When my girlfriend demanded it be done now he made her wait off to the side while he attended to a line of all male customers. She asked for the manager who made her wait 30 minutes before coming out to talk to her and proceeded to give her an attitude as well and let other (all male) customers in the store berate my girlfriend. Because she was beyond mad by that point and felt she was being ganged up on. Horrible horrible customer service. Theyll Never get our buisness again and we will make sure that none of our friends, especially of our female friends go there again
