Everytime Ive been here over the last couple of years, I have been greeted with a friendly face and attitude. Sure they get busy and backed up sometimes, I appreciate the consistent high quality service. Thanks guys!

I went 7/21. The young man wasnt just sitting behind the counter, he was extremely active and attentive. He noticed me walking up and took charge, opened the door as I was limping etc.greeted me with the upmost courtesy and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as he quickly motioned for me to place my box on scale again as he used his senses to assist me best as possible. Fine job ups for hiring such a well developed young man whos abilities represent the best of US.Everything about my visit was text book perfect even more so.

Shipped my package and they damaged it. UPS HQ did great in handling the claim but the store itself which had to provide paperwork to HQ did not feel it was very important. They took a couple of weeks to send the right paperwork. Ignoring me every time I called. I called today and asked to speak to a manager. I am still on hold been 40 minutes. Management does not take their position seriously. I strongly suggest any other outlet - UPS/FedEx or US Postal. Just dont start the package from this location.

I believe that the staff are kind and efficient despite how busy theyve been since the holiday season. They offer helpful tips and ensure their customers feel secure with their packages or other orders. Theres another location nearer to me, but I will continue to go to this one. Thank you for your hard work!

My husband and I just went in to return devices to AT&T, Direct TV and to ship a puzzle to my Dad. The gentleman who helped us was polite, professional and kind. He explained what he was doing, suggested we save the receipts for the returns and he amazed us when he recommended we downsize the box the puzzle was in. With our permission, he cut the box down to the perfect size, taped it back up and saved us $14! Incredible customer service and we highly recommend you go here!

This UPS store is the best, always fast and kind service

We have been customers for the last 3 years. We have never received less than stellar service. Ross has a wonderful staff and they are all willing to go the extra mile to help out. We use all of their services and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Frankly, Im embarrassed that I just now realized that Ive never given them a review! FIVE stars all the way!

This UPS has had my item since the 31 of December but still no delivery. Tomorrow will be the 5th of January.

Called them just now in a panic because I needed to send a package and I got lost.The nicest and most helpful young woman helped me navigate this parking lot to find their store tucked away in an “architectural fold”. (It will make sense if you ever go there trust me).They were so friendly and helpful what a great experience!!And they stay open until 7, which is great if you can’t make it there by 6:30 because of work or traffic.

I was denied help when I asked for him to track my package he said that undoubtedly he would not be able to help you and the warehouse had no phone number and he didn’t get me the office phone number I explain my situation my item went from Sacramento to Lathrop back to Rocklin again I want and called Rocklin store for tracking my package and again how he said unfortunately that he would not be able to help me what a waste of time you have people that need a job would have tried to help unfortunately I don’t work for you

Efficient and friendly service. Long lines mean that willing customers pour in to patronize their business, NOT the employees are lazy. Thanks to the young gal who helped me get fingerprints/life scan for $69.99 so I could get verified for my current job.

The owner is friendly but the young girls at the counter act like your bothering them.They do not acknowledge you and they do not smile, theyre grumpy. I can take my business elsewhere!

The owners and staff are personable, cheerful and eager to get your needs met. Although I have some stores closer, I am happy to travel, as no other store has helped me like the one in Rocklin! Just outstanding!

This place is very convenient for me to return all of my wifes Amazon stuff and ship an occasional package of my own. Friendly staff and of course there are lines sometimes, but Im usually prepaid so I just drop and go. No complaints here!!

All is good until you need some type of customer service on a lost package. Then things are not so good. You are not the shipper the UPS Store is and you are at their mercy. I have been a loyal customer of this location for almost 20 years (before they were the UPS store) and it appears that that loyalty is one sided. I expected so much more. Very disappointed.

I have used the print services here several times in the last months and have been met with pleasant associates, quick service, and reasonable prices.

Great for shipping packages, typically not much of a line and I have sent items out of here reliably with no problems. Close to my house so I will continue to use them until I have a problem or service declines. For now, I trust them and they have good customer service.

They dont even know how to manage the queue. The name shows 2 different section printing and shipping but she moved to printing section to take shipping by the time the queue build up and no courtesy on the mistake.

Hope youre not in a hurry.There is always a line, and the folks behind the counter, although nice, are confused by anything more complicated than, I need to buy a stamp.And I really hope you dont need to get ahold of them by phone. If they do answer, odds are good youll be put on hold (the phone is just placed on the counter) while they help the 7 people in line in the store before coming back to you.

The people at the store are quick and helpful! I have had to work under a deadline a few times, and they always come through. Much better to work directly with the store. Unfortunately, the UPS website is difficult to use and misleading.

Amazing variety of services offered including PO Boxes, Live Scan, key duplicates, notary, printing, shipping, etc... Moreover, the staff really cares about helping people and are excellent at what they do.

Ross and his team are top notch....good service, good attitudes, and they always have a smile on their face. Never been disappointed.

Dumb store was closed for remodeling 18may2018 who knows when it will be open again.

As working in customer service. I dont think you should have your personal music loud enough to hear the profanity in it. Dont think its very professional.

They charge over 2 times what the post office charges.
