Every. Single. Employee. Has been 110% amazing when I have interacted with them. They are always doing like 5 things whenever I go in- but are so so conscientious and amicable despite their multitasking:) Way to go them. Give them a raise!!

This is a great place to get all your beauty supplies. Some things you might not find but that because a lot of stuff is being shipped in and of course with Covid 19 in effect, the products have ccx to be quarantined for 14 days. Its not the store. This is a safe way for the customers.

I just called to this store where I always go to buy my products. Tiffany took my order by phone and she was so nice, so fast and you can tell when they have product knowledge. 🙏🤩Thank you Tiffany once again. So happy with my store. 🥰

Love the people who work here. Very helpful and professional. I googled to see is store was opened and it read it was opened BUT IT WAS NOT OPENING TILL LATER! AHHHH! UNCOOL!

When my partner and I walked in the lady was incredibly rude. She asked if I have a professional license. I of course told her yes, as Ive had one for over 2 years now. When I told her she made this face and had this tone like she did not believe me. We walked around and I found what I looking for (without her helping or offering to help). As we walked around another lady came and she didnt receive the questioning. I went up to ring out and she wasnt friendly and just mumbled a few things about the brand I was buying (Amika). I told her Ive used it before from buying at hair shows and she looked surprised again. When I was done paying she just left the product and receipt on the counter so I had to ask for a bag.I dont know if its because Im young or something but I found it very disrespectful.

The customer service goes above and beyond all the other salon suppliers. Tiffany, in particular, is a extremely educated and helpful associate.

Many of the associates there lack customer service and are quite rude. Will not be returning
