I get my stuff here a majority of the time, about every other week. They have a variety of vape juices, mods, and coils. You can rely on them to give you a good reccomendation for mods and juices. But, rely on your own knowledge for coils. I got a coil pack from them 10/22 and I told the clerk about my mod type along with wattage preference. I trusted him to give me the correct fitting pack but the man gave me a size that doesn’t fit. I didnt realize until I got home that the coil doesn’t fit at all. Once you buy a coil pack or juice, you cannot return or exchange it at the store. So please just know your own coils before trusting them with coil information. I spent about $30 on a coil pack that I cannot use in any way. Overall, this place is more expensive than online stores but convinent in having constant products. I bought my mod here for $100 but vape royalty.com sells the same exact mod for $60 to $49(currently on discount).

There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever from the moment you walk in the door they are rude, not helpful at all! They don’t even have a good variety of merchandise available! All around just bad!!!

Came in for a consolation with Ariyana. She was the absolute sweetest and I’m so excited to get a few tattoos from her. My partner was able to also stop by the storefront to stock up on some of his vape stuff.Looking forward on coming back!

Cool shop. Didnt have everything I wanted in stock but the guy at the register was helpful (I think his name was Mark) and had some good recommendations. Got a couple bottles of nic salt juice and some D8 gummies at a decent price. This will be my go-to spot for now.

Placed an online order which was to be delivered same day paid the $8 fee and all only to be told that the shipped the order instead and that there wasn’t anything they could do even though it was their mistake.. Their inability to even act as though it was important made it even worse and all he could say was its joy our fault it’s the company who pulls the orders ... they are terrible had not real resolve for me and in the long run I had to purchase again and cancel the 1st order but he had not even canceled the order until I required him to show me proof that the order was canceled 😡😡😡 they are freakin 🤡

This is a very clean store, great atmosphere, friendly and courteous staff. Especially Jonathan, he was so helpful and knowledgeable. This is the only shop I go to.

The stars are for the selection, though I was tempted to put just one. The salesman who helped me earlier today (Saturday afternoon, chubby Asian clerk at vape ink) provided me with the worst customer service experience Ive had in recent memory.Was all but ignored upon entering. The prices arent marked and the sales rep was clueless, and God forbid I ask for a price. He was reluctant to offer any sort of help, lazily demanding that I just tell him what kind of flavor I want” and trying to sell me something different from what I asked for. I had to ask multiple times for him to simply tell me the price on one flavor. I could not read what the flavors were due to the distance from behind the counter, and he sure was not keen to help me.Then when looking at papers I asked the price for regular Raws and he lifelessly replied I dont know... 2 or 3 bucks which a second later he changed to 4 or 5 (it ended up being $2.49) I was seriously tempted to walk out and left there regretting not going through the trouble to take my business elsewhere, simply for the fact of how rude he was.

I was visiting family in Lincoln park and needed more juice. I ended up dropping by vape ink last Saturday. I don’t normally write reviews for vape shops but the guy working behind the counter was extremely helpful and patient. I had several questions which he answered. 100% professional and fun from start to finish. I came in with a slight idea of a tattoo that I wanted, and Ariyana created a gorgeous design that was better than anything I had in mind. She was laid back and fun to talk to, and the actual process of getting tattooed went by pretty quickly. They have very good prices, I switched from a vuse when the pods went from $12.00 for a 2 pk. To $18.00 for a 2pk literally over night. So the guy helped me find something comparable. He didnt try to sell me the most expensive or flashy device. He gave me something perfect for what Im used to. The staff was very knowledgeable. In addition when I inquired about some things in the clearance and discount area he was honest and told me not to waste my money. Very nice place, displays are excellent and staff are not eager and pushy to get you to spend money on something that you wont be happy with. They answered all of my questions and were patient. I wish I could recall the guys name so I could put it in this review. BTW I bought a Novo X and 50% salt nic iced water melon with a few spare tanks. The vape juice is delicious and satisfies my nicotine cravings. The device is easy to use and is well put together. Please check this place out if you vape. Especially if youre paying a fortune for Juul or VUSE. I spent about $80.00 and saved money. One last thing, they give Veteran and Military discounts with proof.

Been coming to Vape Ink for over 4 years now and never ever had a bad experience. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, it almost has a family vibe. Great selection of vape juices and mods, plus great deals and sales.

Dont waste your time or your money these people are dry arrogant snobs who dont recommend anything and stand there and envy you because youre returning customer or your daily customer go somewhere else.

Vape Ink got me to quit smoking cigarettes about 10 years ago.

Ive been here twice so far. The first time I was just picking up a few bottles of juice. The second time I was picking up a new mod and a beginner rig for my friends birthday. The employees are very helpful. They were not afraid to tell me which products they liked and which ones to avoid. They were knowledgeable and helped me set up the items I had purchased in the store. One of the guys was really helpful finding me flavors I liked since Im pretty particular, I must have tried 30 or 40 different ones before finding what I was looking for but he was polite and didnt seem to mind at all.I cant speak to the tattoo/piercing aspect of the business other than to say the area looked clean and well-kept.

This place was awesome, mark took his time in explaining the hardware and maintenance for my new vape. The flavor selections were on point as well as we were able to sample before purchase. Overall, I will continue shopping here. Its a great atmosphere overall.

Terrible customer service! My friend and I went there a few weeks ago and were threatened to be kicked out by the employee simply because we did not know the correct terminology. The tan asian guy with piercings who was helping us kept vaping in our faces (rude) and was very condescending. We asked questions and he said he would kick us out for not knowing the proper vape terminology, which was not our fault since we are new to vaping and CBD. Never coming back again thanks to that guy

If you want a piercing done here, please think again. I got my belly piercing by Jimmy and I felt like being a guinea pig of a new trainee. As he does not know what he is doing, he was being guided by someone. They should not advertise body piercing if they do not have a professional piercer, qualified to do it. I asked him how long is the healing, he says 2-3 weeks. Obviously I may have been his first customer as everyone knows belly piercing takes up to 9-12 months to heal. I came back a couple of weeks later as I noticed it was not centered, They just gave me a weird look with no apologize at all. As I am the one who made a mistake. He offered me to be repierced?? Not planning to have my belly button messed up again. No thanks!!! I hope they read this. Terrible customer service!!!

The best part about this place is that it smells good. I recently had an appointment to replace the nose ring that I had because it had fallen out. When I got there the spanish guy ( i dont remember the piercers name) didnt even take his time to custom bend the L shaped ring, instead he proceeded to jamming the ring into my nose. This pain was far worst then the initial piercing that i had gotten 2 months ago and not to mention he made the hole itself bigger so now my stud keeps falling inside the hole. I woke up this morning so frustrated because i thought my nosing had fallen out again only to find out that it really had just fallen into my nose itself. I dont recommend anybody going here for anything I went thinking it was going to be a simple process only to find out they made matters worse, not to mention they have no privacy for patrons.

Jack is a brilliant entrepreneur whose business plan was implemented at exactly the right time as vaping was taking off. Owner Jack, Managers, Logan Lopez, & Deb make a customer feel important remembering your name, your specific vaping needs, and what flavors you prefer (fruity, musky, spicy etc). Everyone that works there is friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable about every product associated with vaping, let you peruse the catalog of flavors and products without pressure. If you are new to vaping & the store, they take the time to teach you how to use the equipment, how to maintain it and what accessories you need. Prices are great in comparison to other shops and beat internet pricing bc your not paying shipping. I love going to the shop and hang out on couches watching a game, chatting up other customers and vaping. The Vape counter is more like an old fashioned apothecary with wooden shelves holding bottles, with tester pipes labeled and ready to go, and products in glass case counters easy to inspect. The Ink is the tatoo artists domain behind the Asian room dividers. I dont have a tatoo (yet!) but have seem the artists work and its amazing. Overall, I love going to Vape Ink because I know Ill get what I need, have a great time chatting w other Vape connoisseurs & the staff and getting the products I need!!!!
