I went in due to a system recall on my Equinox. It was my first time visiting and I was very impressed with the customer service. They provided me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready. Every one was so kind and helpful but my service advisor Allen was a gem. I rarely write reviews but really wanted to give credit where it was due.
I am very happy with my purchase. Casey took his time to ensure that I found a car. The manager and other associates were very helpful. Whether it’s providing me tips on the vehicle that I chose or working within my budget. I am very appreciative and left a happy customer.

The best car buying experience ever! My mom was looking for a Bolt EV - Ourisman has one of the only left in the area. The sales staff and management were awesome!! Made my mom feel very comfortable. We got a great deal on the exact car she wanted and we couldnt be happier with the whole experience. Ive bought a lot of cars over the years and these folks are top notch!
**** Very poor customer service and EXTREMELY shady - we regret purchasing our car and it’s been ONLY 4 days since we got it from Ourisman Rockville.Last Saturday, we spent the day working with our rep, Theo, to purchase a Jeep. The vehicle, although used, was new and exciting for us. Upon doing the inspection of the car, we noticed some parts missing. We were quickly reassured that we could come in and service the car at any time as we were owed for the missing/damaged parts. Given our very tight schedules, we explicitly said we would only take the car if we could service it on the following Saturday. Theo said “yes of course”. We even asked to schedule it for the following Saturday to lock it in our calendars and Theo said just come whenever on Saturday. Yesterday, we called Theo to set the appointment for this coming Saturday. He immediately responded and said our servicing department doesn’t do that on Saturdays. He tried to absolve himself of his absolute LIES by saying our departments operate independently of one another and he doesn’t know. Apparently if you shop here then you need to speak with the individual departments to ensure you’re getting the full truth because it’s not the person selling you the cars job to do that. So duh, it’s obviously the customers! If we could come during the week, we would but it’s not feasible and we purchased the car with the understanding that we could be accommodated on a Saturday. We asked Theo what options are there if we drop the car at 6 am during the week, receive a loaner, and collect it the upcoming Saturday / his response “yeah, idk you just have to come”. They will say anything for ink on paper. If there’s one thing we definitely walked away with, it was certainly that slimy car dealership feeling.

Went there Friday night to look for a pickup truck ! Jeff Wells manager help me with prices on trucks that I liked . He wasn’t pushy like other salesman I have dealt with before, very nice sales person then there was another sales person that help me Casey Minnick who went an extra 1 mile for me . So I picked the truck I wanted, low on fuel couldn’t take it for a long test drive, Casey & Jeff put fuel in the truck so my wife & I could test drive it for 20 minutes . The following day I purchased that truck, those two salesman are wonderful, I recommend everyone to go see those two men . This is the worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time. 100% regret purchasing our 2021 Suburban here.Our SUV had added DVD players in the back and when we took it home, they didnt work - no power. Come to find out there was a DVD stuck in it.On top of that there were dents in our rear bumper (Im assuming came from loading). The dealership did not replace the bumper just banged it out with a hammer.It was a hassle to get the appointment to get these 2 things fixed and when we finally went to pick it back up - the SUV was on E ....that is not how we brought it there nor is that how we brought the loaner car back.Additionally - we were only given 1 key, the first thing they told us was that the 2nd key was at another dealership ...after that NEVER showed up they put us in touch with some one to make a key and we are only given a 2 hr window of when these people will show up - no concrete appointment time.If I could go back in time I would never have done business at this place. The people who work there do not communicate with each other and the effort put forth to resolve the small issues we had was so poorly managed. Save yourself the headache and go to different dealership.
This was my first experience buying a car for myself. I was assisted by Kain and the process was very accommodating, he broke down everything and more than helpful with anything I needed. The fix was done on the same day and the completion time was as what I was told to expect. The prices were reasonable.I was told that the car would be cleaned free of charge. There were no details on how it was cleaned. When I got my car back, it wasnt cleaned at at all and to make it worse, someone had left a grease stain on the driver door and window.
I had the pleasure of working with Terenzo. He was amazing.Terenzo was very easy to walk to. He made me and my mother feel very comfortable. My experience was nothing short than life changing. I walked into Ourisman a boy but left a man. My sales person was James Hoff. If i ever have kids i hope they are half the man he is. Let me put it this way if my house was burning and James Hoff, my treasured family heirlooms and a puppy were trapped and i could only save two. I would save James twice. Go to Ourisman. Ask for James Hoff. Your life will never be the same.
The folks at Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville were very nice to deal with. My sales consultant, Efrain Castillo was great. I got a fair deal and would buy from them again.
Had a great car buying experience at the super center on 355. No high pressure sales tactics. Casey, Jeff, Tim and Reggie were all professional, friendly and worked hard to meet all of my significant wish list for a used car. I will say, if you visit Ourisman Mazda, VW further sout, be prepared for long wait times and inefficiency. My salesman Casey did his absolute best, but there’s nothing to be done with lack of organization somewhere else. Ultimately, completely happy and satisfied.
I waited for my car but found that I miss the quiet room. I felt this wait time was much longer than an hour and half to two hours. Also, I dont like the technicians messing with my air conditioning. It was left on and it seems my settings for my seat was changed.
My experience with the dealership was fine. HOWEVER, my experience with your Service Center SUCKED! When I called to bring my car in for serving based on a recall notice, I said that I wanted the right sideview mirror replaced and wanted a bottle of touch up paint. I was quoted about $232 for the mirror and $98 for labor. I asked that they confirm that the mirror and paint would be there the day i brought my car in, as i did not want to have to bring it in twice. I was assured more than once that everything would be there. So, naturally, when I brought my car in, the dealership knew NOTHING about my request for the mirror and paint. AND not only was I told that the mirror would have to be special ordered, I was told it the mirror and labor would cost $715!
Best dealer experience Ive ever had. They managed to replace my radiator same day, on a holiday weekend.. we were out of state and would have been stranded otherwise. These guys hustled to find one, and the mechanic did a great job. I couldnt believe it. They saved my trip, 100%

We’ve had our Suburban to Ourisman Rockville for both major repair and routine maintenance after purchasing it from a non-Chevy garage that was less than stellar. Their team has our car whipped into perfect shape. The service team is courteous, transparent and always takes time to explain options instead of forcing heavy handed and costly recommendations. Definitely recommend them.
I inadvertently lost $200 in my car. While I was waiting for my service to be completed Nick called me and said a service tech had found the money in the driver door side pocket. It must have fallen out of my pocket while I was taking my phone from my pocket. I applaud the Ourisman team for their honesty. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusted with the level of service from the finance department. I did the transaction completely remote and my sales person was okay but this entire experience has been awful. I purchased a vehicle in my business name and nothing about the process has gone right. They ran my personal credit 4 times after I Explicitly provided approval for 2. The car was applied to my personal credit and every time I call to speak to someone, I get placed on a phone ring game and never get to finance. I was told there is nothing they can do about it since the sales person relayed the information late; like that my fault. I even requested that they contact the credit companies and ask for removal since it was an error on their part and the Fair credit reporting act requires them to remove inaccuracies and fraudulent submissions. The dealership told me no, it will fall off in 2 years and wont affect my credit that much. I hope this review gets some attention so that my issues can be resolved. Based on what I have already experienced, I doubt it. DO NOT patronage this location.

I took my car to two different shops and they couldn’t find out why my car was cutting off why driving. I took my car here on Monday and got my car back fully running with no problems on Thursday. I went in to get my brakes checked. Since it was raining they could not hear the noise. But since I was there I did need an oil change so while they checked the oil they checked the brakes . I was told of the noise starts back to being it in. I just hopes it’s not raining. The gentlemen explained everything and made me feel confident that my car was safe to drive . Excellent customer service .

The appointment was for an oil change and systems check, nothing more. Because of COVID, the car had only gone 3,000 miles over the past year. It is a 2015 model with 48,000 miles. The service rep had a list of needed items that totaled over $1,000. I told him to go ahead, but not to rotate the tires, which had been done 3,000 miles earlier. Afterward, I check with the manual and MyChevrolet online. Almost none of those needed items were listed. And they rotated the tires despite my asking not to. I feel taken. I have been using Ourisman since first purchasing a 2012 Volt. I thin this is the last time.

I couldn’t have had a better car buying experience than what I’ve experienced at Oursman Rockville. As I stepped out of my rental car, Takeya greeted me with a warm smile and asked if she could be of assistance. Her professionalism was impeccable and unlike most car salespersons she wasn’t abrasive, she simply asked what my interest was and drove me to their larger lot to view the available vehicles. Additionally, Jimena in finance was also very welcoming.
Made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, replace wipers, and a taillight at 11:00am. Still sitting here at 3:00 waiting for my vehicle. Only checked in once to update me at 2pm and still had to replace the taillight. Estimated cost $270, they better be hand blowing the glass for that taillight.

Went for a scheduled oil change. They dont have a dedicated oil service lane as Ive used at other dealerships, but I was in and out in around 45-50 minutes which isnt bad. They have a nice area to use a laptop while waiting (or a separate area for watching TV) and a kids toy/play room. No WI-FI however.
The service at this place is top notch. I’ve had good experiences with the service (Alan and Andrew) and parts team (Bryan went out of his way). They all provide great Service.
I was fortunate to have Allen Krum as my service representative his is extremely knowledgable and direct in his effort to solve my problems and made recommendations for future service for items that could be postponed due to timing, I will be back soon.

If I could give the Chevy service 0 stars, I would. Weve been burned here twice, never again. The first time they wouldnt release our car back to us because they were having trouble connecting with the warranty people (all under the Chevy umbrella.) We ended up paying out of pocket in order to get our car back, tried to get our money back from them once the warranty company paid Ourisman, but after trying and trying to get our money back with no success we finally gave up.The second time I made an appointment for routine service. The person on the phone asked if I would like a loaner, to which I said yes. Made a 6am appt, showed up and was told there was a 2 week wait for a loaner car. Had to turn around and leave since the loaner was the reason I made the appointment in the first place.Highly recommend NEVER using them to service your vehicle!
I tried... I really did to not have to write this review. The floor sales manager at Ourisman Chevrolet convinced me to buy a traverse without a roof rack (which I love) and that he would add on a roof rack when I picked up my license plates in 2 weeks. Im in sales and I knew to put that in the contract, so I had them put it in. It didnt make a difference. It has now been over 150 days. I missed an entire summer (no bike, no kayak, no Home Depot trips) and worst of all I paid for it. I have a car that I paid for and its missing something that was promised contractually. Ive called and texted and spent at least 9 hours trying to do something, anything that would get their attention to get me the roof rack I already paid for. For sure everyday they are only focused on the new car sales that day. This was my first a likely last chevy purchase. Back to Jim Coleman I go. At this point I had to resort to writing a review here and next is to call GM financial and maybe also the ourisman regional manager because nothing else has worked. If you are looking for a nice easy experience... be very very aware that after you sign they will no longer help.
I brought my truck in for 22.5K service and because of noise coming from the front suspension. They charged a diagnostic fee of $127 because they took my front wheels off to look at my brakes. Based on said diagnostic, they claimed the noise was coming from my front brakes and rotors, because I have aftermarket wheels and painted calipers. They said the remedy would be to resurface the rotors and install ceramic brake pads for an estimated total of $595. I declined as I knew that was not the issue. After a second opinion elsewhere, it turns out I was correct as the noise was not coming from the brakes or rotors and has since been remedied. They said they were washing my truck before returning it and it still had mud and dirt on it when I got it back. The front passenger seat had been reclined and I had to return to the dealership about 20 minutes after I left because I realized they hadnt put my wheel lock key back in the glove compartment. It was my first visit to their service department and I dont plan to returning. The only thing they did right was topping up my wheels to the desired PSI.

I had a very good experience at Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville last night.From the 1st call from Omar to Petros following up with me with text messages, email to confirm my appointment and giving me a call to see where I was.Getting to the dealership, I met Boye Adeleye, the Sale Manager and he went all out to make sure I got something within my budget and the i love. Most importantly, my Wife was happy and she love the car.I dont do this, but for these amazing people, i have to.Great Job guys for putting my family in a Car that we love.
Repair was expensive but probably fair, since labor took a long time. With the extended labor, though, the car was in and out of the shop fast — dropped off late on Saturday, finished by Wednesday morning. Allen was extremely helpful and communicative.UPDATE: Ourisman lost my spare key and steering wheel lock key, which were dropped off with the car since the ignition key was stuck in the ignition. I was pretty disappointed with this. They said theyd be able to make me a new spare key, but that will have to be whenever the next time I am out in Rockville is.
I brought my vehicle in at 7 AM as scheduled. My recall and periodic servicing plus a wash were done before 10am. I was consulted about two optional items which I rejected. Smooth sailing and courteous service
Nick Vasquez, my service provider, was friendly and professional. He helped me redeem my My Chevrolet Rewards Points, and answered my questions. When I realized that I had left my house keys attached to the keyring that I had left with my car when I dropped it for service, he quickly retrieved my house key and other non-car keys, put them on a new temporary ring, and brought them right out to me. Overall, a very pleasant experience and great customer service.
Scheduled an appointment for an oil change through my app (myChevrolet) and one was available for the next morning. I arrived, was greeted by my service manager and my vehicle was serviced. They were professional, courteous and efficient. Always a great experience here!
I drove 45 minutes twice for a scheduled appointment only to be told my car wouldn’t be serviced until the following day or even two days later. Was told no rental cars were available and I had to find someone to pick me up or catch public transportation. Horrible customer service and miscommunication starting from the female receptionist to the salesman Mandeep. Was charged for services that were NOT rendered and car was not fixed upon my arrival. My husband used 3 hours of leave to assist me. I had to schedule another appointment the following day to diagnose what I just paid to fix. Highly FRUSTRATED, UPSET AND WILL NOT be recommending Oursmen Rockville to ANYONE!!!

In the service they never do the check points and they never do tire rotations nor do they do checkout point, I’ve had the worst experience ever, when I bought the package that offers multi point vehicle inspection, tire rotation in every oil change they didn’t do a single one of the things offered. Also when you try to complain the employees start throwing the blame at each other, they’re all liars

Back in 2019 me and the wife bought a 2019 Traverse. We traded in a 2014 Nissan Altima. We were stupid enough to never check the paperwork after being told we were getting $12,000 in trade in value for the car. The sales manager I don’t remember his name, told us numerous times that we were getting that amount. Turn the page now to 2021. We are trading in the car for the 2021 model of the traverse. Going through the paperwork from that date. We ONLY GOT $6,000 for the Altima. Scam artists work there. We spoke to the sales manager that’s there now and he basically shrug us off while trying to scam us into a $60,000. The math is adding up to somewhere around $52,000 after dealer fees and taxes. Where are the other $8,000 coming from. He basically didn’t have an answer. Last car I’m ever being from Chevy!
