I knew exactly what I needed walking in the store... the associate greeted me right away and asked how he can assist - told him what I needed and he got it out for me and we were done.Nice and easy shopping!

I Tried to exchange my cleats only 6 days after the date of the purchase because I had blisters on both of my feet after a 60 minutes game, but got rejected. It still looks clean and new with no signs of being worn. I had tried it at the store and it fit just fine, but after 20 minutes of playing, it started bothering me. I had been a regular customer and had their membership for years, but It will be my last experience here. They prefer to lose you and your upcoming purchases, but not to eat the cost in a situation like this. This is called lack of customer service. I learned my lesson and will go back looking for cleats online where I have a better chance of returning/exchanging it in case I need to.

This week our club was challenged to provide guest uniforms for two players for this weekends tournament. With only 72 hours available, Rockville Soccer could not promise success, but tirelessly combed the storeroom for two hours and found every single item that was required. Then, Lisa -- in team sports -- and her colleagues worked diligently to press the numbers on the jerseys with hours to spare. Rockville Sports -- under-promises, but over-delivers! Thank you for going above and beyond what other sports retail stores provide! 5-stars!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a pair of socks and the cashier noticed that I had gotten adult rather than kids socks. He checked with me before ringing up my purchase and retrieved the correct size for me. The customer service is fantastic.

Don’t expect to return or exchange things here. After not having the size I wanted in one shoe, I settled for another. I went home and took them for a walk to make sure they would work. They were more uncomfortable then I remembered. I tried to exchange for a bigger size but was shut down. You’re better off shopping online where you will have more options to sizes and an option to return/exchange.

My 18 year old son has 2 games tomorrow Rocco is the man great guy printed the jersey and shorts right on the spot while I waited. He saved us big. Highly recommend this place for anything soccer place is amazing!

Good collection of stuff. For those who have kids play for MSI, this store is apparently one of the only places where you can get your uniform from. Great quality uniforms for sure but I always am reticent when only one place will carry an official uniform for your child’s soccer league. I’m not casting shade at all on this store for this arrangement but just pointing it out. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. You can get official stuff here. Yes it’s more expensive but you know you’re getting the real thing instead of the fake stuff that comes from China.

We have been loyal customers of this store for past 10 years. with 3 soccer players in our family we must have spent a fortune buying everything from socks to bags and you name it...! The service has been always okay, not great but ok. The prices have always been higher than your big stores but I am all about supporting your small stores. But I realized last night that this feeling of support and loyalty has been one sided all these years. I sent my 14 year old son with his grandmother to buy him soccer cleats. He was sized was told that he was a certain size. He bought the cleats and more( $270.00) The next day he wore the cleats for his tryouts. They were too big and kept slipping out. We brought the cleats back for exchange to the right size but the manager refused to Exchange them for a smaller size. His reason: he wont be able to sell them again. I am sorry but I own a small business myself and I recognize a loyal customer and in a situation like this, I will have no problem EXCHANGING the item and eating the cost. After all it was their sales team that sized my son and sold him the cleats and socks and .... Thats the reason we go to a soccer specialty store so we can be sure we get the right item. I was completely shocked and left in disbelieve.

Before we could even see a proof and approve the final product... they had already PRINTED and RUINED our jerseys. Then, they refused to fix them and take responsibility for their mistake!Our team has worked extremely hard to get to where they are now. Personally I dont go to too much soccer stores because the internet provides me with all my gear BUT let me tell you this... if there is one reason to come back it is because of the service I recieved from a Mr. William Chavez. His pure honesty and dedication to the sport helped me understand why I wanted the gear I chose. He was able to help and explain to me the difference between Nikes DriFit jerseys and Adidas Climacool to pick the right type of shirt for my soccer training needs. It surprised me because for a young kid to know about the products like he does, I thought that he was the manager! Will definitely come back and hope to see Mr. Chavez there.

One of the most awful customer service experiences Ive ever had. My son and I go in to purchase soccer gear for both he and I (I play in an adult soccer league). One of the items we need to purchase is a soccer ball for him and a pair of socks (for him), shin guards (for him) and new cleats for me. I selected a pair of $225 Hypervenom AGs. No one would pay me a moment of attention to try them on. 3 staff people including the manager were watching a La Liga match from 6 months ago while the owner sat outside. While standing holding the cleats I asked my 7 yr old son to test the soccer ball to insure it had a true roll in a 3 ft space and all 3 staff members promptly jumped on him for testing a $20 soccer ball embarrassing him for rolling a ball. I spoke to the owner and he believed my son should not roll a ball before buying (I assume he has never played at an elite level). We promptly went to PJs in Bethesda(owner knocked the ball around with my kid and a couple of others) and I spent nearly $500 (apparently not enough for Rockville soccer to care about). I am in and out of a lot Soccer circles and have let everyone I know...know.

Been a customer for about 3-4 years, but our most recent purchase was a bit disturbing.Without assuming the size of our players feet, for new soccer cleats, we decided to have the gentleman who seems to be the store manager, do the measurement while we chose the style of cleat.Upon the fitting of the cleats, we thought them to be a bit close but the expert claimed that was the correct sizing for our player.Well after heel and instep blisters after just 2 training sessions, we realized these cleats are definitely a 1/2 to a size too small. We visited the store and explained the situation to which we were told this only happens when cleats are oversized or wearing the wrong socks. We responded, this never happened before, plus the player has been wearing the same type socks for the last 2 seasons.Long story short, the store manager made it seem like this was completely our fault, and there would be no accommodation for another pair with the correct sizing.Hence we were resized and purchased another pair of cleats at another establishment. NEVER Rockville Soccer again, and luckily our club kits are not furnished by same.
