What a great store! We love watching the donuts move along the conveyor belt and under the wall of icing! The dining area is fairly big and always clean. Plus, the employees are very nice, and the lines are short and move quickly. My only down point is that the last few visits the floors have been sticky. This doesnt effect my rating though, since the service and the food are excellent.

The place was clean, including the restroom. Thank you. We showed up early in the morning and they were making the donuts. They are SO good when warm. Didnt take long at home for the dozen to start disappearing.

(March 29, 2021) Oh my gosh its been years since being here. I drove across town just to pick up my dozen today! Such a treat.

I would normally give Krispy Kreme a 4 star but today I went and while waiting in line decided to use the bathroom. The womens bathroom was basically out of order due to the fact that someone had put paper towels in the toilet. Once back in line, the same customers were still there. Im guessing it was a new person helping them as they were very slow. Finally, one of the gentlemen that was standing around came over to help. After 20 minutes I was finally able to leave with my donuts.

I enjoy just sitting and watch them make the 🍩.

Who doesnt like Krispy Kreme? I am grateful that they give a free donut if you show your vaccination card. I did not have it, so I gratefully bought a donut this time.

We liked it. My son loves the glazed donuts and I am a fan of raspberry filled. The staff is friendly.Not a fan of the trash containers on the side. You can definitely smell it.

Great service, amazing donuts, and the hot donuts light is on often. If youve never eaten a hot Krispy Kreme donuts... Its just something you wouldnt understand because the taste is indescribable. Then you of course, you have to take some to-go to share because they taste heavenly cold as well. You can even pop them in the microwave for a couple seconds 😋

My oreos were stale!!!!!!! Nothing worse than the kids biting into a stale cookie we were so excited to try. Not one but all 5 were! They must have them sitting out.

The only bad part about this place is that its so close to my house, which is troublesome for my health haha. I have only ever ordered online and then gone to the store to pick up. Every visit has been pretty streamlined and typically only takes a few minutes. The employees are always really nice and patient. I also love getting to see the fresh, hot donuts as they come out on the conveyer belt. Krispy Kreme has an awesome rewards program and frequent $1 dozen if you purchase a dozen deals which always get me. If you can make it out here, Id recommend getting a dozen or two. Fresh Krispy Kreme donuts are just light-years ahead of the ones in the stores, trust me.

Came to get donuts during the afternoon. They were all out of the original glazed donuts. We were offered minis, but they came cold (not even room temperature) and tasted nothing like what they usually taste like.

My daughter is a graduating senior and she went to pick up the 2021 doughnuts as pictured on the website, she had to wait because they ran out and they made more to give out. When she received her box, it was plain and simple glazed doughnuts, they dont even say 2021 and they are not varied as the picture shows. That is so wrong

Delicious donuts. Theyre mostly air and melt in your mouth... So its essentially a diet donut. Highly recommend. Coffee goes great with their donuts, but isnt fantastic as a stand alone order.

Donuts are great. 5 stars. Customer service this morning in drive through not so great. 2 stars. To the lady who needed to know exactly how many donuts I would need before I even knew so she could get the right size carton, chill out and let the customer figure out what they want. And then don’t try to up sell me because 8 donuts costs the same as 12 donuts. They don’t. I know this review sounds petty. But generally a morning trip to Krispy Kreme is a great. This woman got up on the wrong side of the bed and greeted me with sarcasm. I will be back because overall it’s a good place. But I hope it’s her day off when I go.

Its really hard to argue with hot, fresh doughnuts. When that light glows, you almost HAVE to stop. The staff is super friendly and in Covid times very organized to get you in and out quick (or theres the drive thru!)

Amazing amazing amazing! It had been a while since Id been to Krispy Kreme but coming back was the worst mistake because now I will come back all the time!! So addictive, fresh, light and fluffy donuts with a mouthwatering glaze! They had a larger variety of donuts than I remembered which was a pleasant surprise, but nothing beats the original glazed donut. They also now have mini donuts for those watching their calories. Needless to say, love this place!

I have gone to this location for years and it’s never disappointed. However, starting a few months ago I have gone a couple times and each time my order was wrong. Not only that, but when I was given the custard filled donut instead of the kreme filled, the custard was sour which means it most likely went bad. The staff is very nice though, but I just wish it were the same as before.

When this store was corporate owned it was perfectly fine. Now it’s a franchise and it’s going completely down the drain, their prices are now very inflated, there’s no more cinnamon bun, no plain cake, and now no sour cream. Now they have absolutely no vanilla cake doughnuts. They brought a expensive apple fritter to the menu and it always looks and tastes old. You’re better off getting it at 7/11. They took a perfectly good Krispy Kreme and ruined it.

I went to through the drive through and had informed them of my peanut allergy and the girl working did not understand this. I then explained to her that I could die if there was any cross contamination. And she a terrible attitude when I approached the window and refused to hand me my receipt. Will not be going back there.

Krispy Kreme on a Sunday afternoon is somewhat slow. The best bet is to order your doughnuts through the app. Sometimes the drive-thru gets insanely long.

Never disappoints! Delicious donuts. Was pleasantly surprised that when we bought a dozen, we got a dozen free. We didnt have a coupon or have to mention it, they just gave it to us and told us it was a promotion!

Went there on Saturday thru drive thru. The quality of the donuts has drastically changed since this is not part of the corporate chain. The glazed donuts I received were almost the size of a mini donut and the chocolate covered bavarian cream tasted stale. Even though I prefer krispy kreme i will go back to dunkin for a better quality.

I can say that i prefer kk over the other place, flavor and prices are better.

Still have great doughnuts and great service. Good Covid safety practices to get in and out quickly and safely.

As usual, the donuts were great. They were a bit further from Kensington, but worth the drive as I had guests from Paris who loved their donuts. The entire Krispy Kreme experience was a very positive memory of Atlanta and many, many late nights as they were open 24 hours in Georgia.

I mean it is Krispy Kreme. The location is nice, clean, lots of parking, efficient drive through, and Krispy Kreme donuts. That is all that needs to be said.
