I decided to write a review as I received the best service at this location. Both Monika (Monica?) And Danny were very customer friendly. I requested to have the table cleaned and they were quick in getting it done. And, they were attentive with the order. Great staff. Thank you!

They didnt have the honey pump for the almond honey flat white and said they could use regular honey. I asked if it tasted the same one hesited slightly and didnt answer and the other said yes. Dont do it! I havent been to starbucks in over a year, many of their drinks are trash. The substitute with real honey is absolutely disgusting. I took half a sip and literally threw it away. Now I am going off of three hours of sleep and no coffee... I wish they would just he honest, if they werent atleast. I would have just ordered something else... How unfortunate, back to my Starbucks hiatus. I have long appreciated local coffee shops over these chains.

Great big seating area with comfy seats and tables as well. Was greeted when I entered and The barista was very helpful in customizing my drink. I finally tried the Apple Crip Machiato but because it was 8 PM I got the decaf version with 1/2 the sweetness. It was amazeballs!!

Went in, got my coffee and got out but in that little time witnessed some great customer service with another customer (older gentleman) who got a shot of oxytocin early in the morning and he was besides himself! The cashier remembered his name and he couldnt believe it! See that put a smile on my face.Good job early shift employees... keep up the good work!

Good places to sit both inside and outside. lots of the table have signs where you cannot sit, but that is because of COVID. The staff goes around and sanitizes any of the tables once someone leaves and flips over the sign that says the table is dirty.

Always the best experience at Wintergreen because of Rockie D! Very upbeat welcoming Starbucks barista! Not just the regular Hello! Welcome to Starbucks personality but the type to really ask you how your days going! She remembers my drink every single time and makes it PERFECTLY (down to the caramel drizzle around the sides of the cup)! Rockie recommends adding syrups and flavors that compliment the type of coffee Im craving that day!

I just stopped by on the way to a meeting. This place has a really nice layout and tons of open space. The staff was very nice and friendly too!

Cashier was very kind. There were 3 people who ordered after me and got there drinks before me. Let me add I’m black. When I asked the young lady about it she claimed they were online orders and I kindly corrected her and told her they had walked in after me and placed orders. No apologies for the delay I wanted 10 more minutes while more customers came in and walked out. Will never return

The store manager was hands down the nicest person I’ve ever met. I went there yesterday not expecting to be able to buy a frappe because I can’t drink coffee and she recommended to use milk instead. She was also very patient with me until I found the drink I wanted.Best customer service I’ve ever received. Highly recommend :)

Great Starbucks location I got a quality cup of joe and was happily on my way to work in minutes. Granted, it was very early, so there were just a few customers in the store to impede my progress. Still very happy with the service, product and cleanliness.

This is the Starbucks located in the Wintergreen Mall in Rockville MD. Whenever Im visiting this town I come to this Starbucks. Baristas do a great job. We place an order on our mobile app and the order, for 5 of us, is ready and perfect when we pick it up.

This is my go-to Starbucks and I have had very few complaints. My drinks have almost always been correct, the staff has always been friendly, and the store itself is always clean and well maintained.

Service was extremely slow today. All I wanted was a coffee, black. It took me 10 minutes to get it. That was after ordering, which took another 5 minutes.

Girlfriend works here, so obligatory 5 stars. Genuinely a very nice store though.

Ive been to this Starbucks a few times now, and while they get the order right, it is possibly the slowest experience Ive ever had. Consistently. I ordered a drink on my phone app, arrived at the store a couple minutes later, and then proceeded to hurry up and wait for my drink to ready about 10 minutes later. And no, it wasnt particularly crowded any of the times I went there. The baristas are all very friendly, but the wait time is generally too much for me.

Love my starbucks. This one has a nice fireplace in the front with a few chairs, and used to have a nice table to sit and study and plug in that they got rid of. If they had left a student study space I would have given 5 stars. Still has lots of small tables to sit and meet up with people. The breakfast sandwiches are all very good. Again, use a starbucks app to buy, collect star points for each purchase and get free products.

I hate to complain but this is of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I waited 15 minutes for a caramel macchiato that tastes like trash. If I had time I would’ve asked for it to be remade. No vanilla, chocolate powder, half and half creams all empty. It was a really bad experience. I was the one who greeted the cashier first. I know you get busy but people should still be greeted and drinks should still be good for the price you pay.

I have been coming to this Starbucks location for 8 years, they have consistently always had great service, friendly staff (who remember your name after the first few visits). Its been recently updated and the remodel makes it feel more open and airy. Highly recommend!!

If youre there when John is making the coffee drinks then youre in for a treat. He not only remembers your name, but he remembers what you drink. Its really an experience like going into a neighborhood bar and everybody knows your name sure like the TV show but in real life at a coffee shop. Dont forget the pumpkin spice latte its in season again

Starbucks is always great. I just wish they had redundancy setup for mobile ordering errors. There have been a couple of instances at a couole of locations where my order was not only not ready, but there would,be a line of customers waiting for their mobile app order. 10 minutes later I inquired as to where my beverage was and was told their printer was on the fritz. Myself and the rest were situated, but Id waited a solid 15 minutes. I was better off going and ordering in the store.

Quick and easy and yet quite chaotic traffic like people rushing in and out on a hectic fashion. The service was realistically delicious and got the job done. I only go to get espresso and so far dissapoint was not felt.

Its good overall. Havent had service issues. Good number of tables but its hard to find an electrical outlet since they covered most of them.

Horrible customer service.We asked for raw sugars to be placed at the bottom of our hot grande tea and the barista at the counter told us we could put sugar in it ourselves at the convenience bar. When I asked him again and politely explained why I would like the sugar at the bottom, he told me that it was not his job to do so. I will not be coming here again.

Have been a regular at this Starbucks since December 2009. Welcoming atmosphere and comfortable seating. I prefer the couches. Great place to go to study or work. It can be extremely busy at times, to the point people sit on the window ledge to do what they need to do until a seat opens up. They usually wait for 10 minutes max. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Wish more Starbuckss staff were more like them.Reasons for taking a star off:There are no outlets near the front area, the side tables or the large tall table. There are a good number in the back couch area. The WiFi has improved since their last renovation, but at busy times, it slows down considerably.

Best Starbucks in Rockville (in my opinion), always friendly baristas, clean environment. Often crowded but can usually find a place to sit.
