They did a great job on jackets for me and the jackets have stood the test of time.

Some time ago, I had 4 wool (?) ball caps (one-offs, as in different words on each, and different sizes) embroidered with simple letters in one of the standard fonts. The price was at least as low as a discount retail shop (caps-are-us, or some-such, like a mall shop), but the quality was superior, and the materials were top quality, *and* I was able to customize my order (albeit a simple one) to my exact vision. My order was promised in 2 days, and fulfilled in 1 day (early). Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this shop. There may be others like it, but I doubt any would be better. Best is best, so why would I go anywhere else, now that I have discovered this one? If you have a bad experience, here, then I will buy you a cheeseburger and a soda, and discuss the problem...certainly, any bad experience at this shop must be a rare case, worth at least a second try.

My company worked with ABC Tees for shirts for a 5K race. They were flexible with our deadlines and very easy to work with. We heard a ton of positive feedback from the runners/walkers about how nice the shirts were and how impressed they were with the quality. We plan to use them again next year for our event!

The experience here has been great! Jarred is who I normally work with, and he is such a huge help with designs! For the past three years, I have organized a bar crawl, and we order shirts from here each time. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. The person who answers the phone is always rude and sounds uneducated. To whoever owns this company, your employee hung up the phone on a $20,000 deal.
