They dont really follow up when proofs are ready. They also dropped one of my shirts after printing them so it was left at the shop and I only realized after counting my shirts at home. Everything came out nicely though but I needed to push them in order for things to get done.

I truly can not tell you how awful my experience has been with this store the last two years. From failing to spell names correctly, to printing names on the wrong sized shirts, to failing to meet time deadlines. However, what compounds these mistakes is their inability to own these mistakes and simply labeling it miscommunication when there are written records to prove it is far more than that. As a long time customer when multiple mistakes were made last year on my order we tried to give them one more chance. We informed them that this next ordered needed to go smoothly as we could not overlook mistakes on consecutive orders. This did not mean anything to them as they made even more mistakes on the second order. Please save yourself the unimaginable misery and frustration and take your business somewhere else, as that is exactly what we will be doing from here on out.
