The previous review is exactly on point. In my experience, they are careless and unresponsive. The preventative maintenance scheduling and technician have been fine, but in converting the technicians recommendations to a service quote, some replacement items were left off. I requested a quote for the missing items, but 2 weeks later and nothing. They will give you the run around. Avoid.edit: increasing rating due to prompt response by Judi, but leaving at 3 stars for now to see how things go next time
If I could leave 1 star i would. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I put in a service request for a commercial treadmill months ago and it is still not resolved. I receive the run around every time I speak with the service department. If there is another vendor available in your area I would highly suggest using them instead of Heartline.
