Everything was great about our abc garage door repair experience. The company communicated clearly with phone and were very efficient and helpful. David was the most knowledgeable and professional repair service technician that I have met. He was very pleasant, polite and informative. He worked quickly to fix our garage door issues which I had thought were unrepairable and answered all questions I had. I am one hundred percent satisfied with the workmanship. I give David 10/10 stars and will highly recommend this company.

My technician called about an hour prior to the appointment window to say he was running late and to ask if he could come between 5-7pm that evening. I said that would be fine and thanked him for letting me know. He never showed up and never called to let me know

A call led to a voice mail but they got back to me relatively quickly. The repair was done quickly. Of course, they recommended replacing hardware at twice the cost so the door would last 20 more years. I get it that if I replace everything then it’s new and it may last longer but sometimes you just want something fixed, not systematically replaced.

We had an excellent experience with this job (replacing springs and pulleys on both sides). David Blanga was my repair person, and he was very cooperative in working around my hectic time schedule. My garage door was operable but very loud when opening and closing. David was my technician, he identified the problem, provided an itemized cost estimate, and explained which parts needed to be replaced. In less than an hour, the door was repaired, and he showed me what to watch for, and also cleaned up the parts and grease resulting from his work. My first appointment was missed completely. The response from the company was that they weren’t aware that an appointment had been made, even though I had a text message conversation between myself and one of their employees. The appointment was then rescheduled for today between 1:00 and 3:00. The technician shows up at 12:15 (I work night shift and explicitly requested that specific window for that reason) and I didn’t hear the bell and he left, stating that he would be back at 5:00. A few minutes later, he phoned and says he’ll be there in 15 minutes. 20 minutes worth of labor (switching around two wires from my failed attempt to fix the issue) cost $250. Absolutely ridiculous, especially after the missteps of the company in scheduling the appointment.

HIGHLY recommend! I called ABC because of the reviews (and not being thrilled with experiences with a previous company.) The woman who took my call was super nice, and made a usually meh experience downright pleasant. Sean was our technician--he texted to let me know when he was on his way, which I always appreciate. He replaced our garage door unit and serviced the door itself.
