David fix my barber shop front door 7 years ago. And lately he’s help us install the front glass of the shop broken by some lady felt.It’s happen late and he’s took his time to took all the glass out and board it up for us until 2 am in the morning.With hard working like that and the price is right. Will decently do business again.

David had done 16 of the 19 windows that were foggy. He did a great job with them but then he had excuses for not returning to finish and I have not been able to get ahold of him since. Gone out of business? Five stars for the work he had done but one for an incomplete job.

After calling every other glass company I could find online and them coming down and saying “no the job can’t be done it’s too big” or “yes it can be done but it will cost you a lot of money”, I called Image glass and they came down to our business and did the job exactly how we wanted and for an amazing price!! David hustles! I had 3 window sashes that needed replacement. I left him a message and he got back within the hour. Then, David swung by the house without me being there to do a quick assessment the same day.The short story is that he is very responsive, communicative, and did a great job with our window replacements. I will not hesitate to use him again for future glass projects.

I almost had to go to Laurel where they still work for a living! But by the Grace of God I found David unbelievable! Thought I was back in Rockville 1974! First class work! He cut an impossible mirror for me that came cracked from Missouri! And hung it for me an his prices were so fair! I will definitely us him again!

Let me tell you about an absolutely fabulous glass shop in Rockville MD. This hidden gem, Image Glass, located in the industrial park on Parklawn Drive, 12266 Wilkins Ave, is owned by an absolute miracle worker, David Gonzales, who does exceptional work for extremly reasonable prices. I’ve used him before, which I’ll tell you about in a second, but this time he rescued a old family heirloom dating from the 1940’s. This platter passed from my aunt to my mother to me. Clear glass with red roses imbedded throughout, great for fresh tomatoes, basil mozzarella and olive oil, caprese.Regrettably, it was accidentally chipped in a way we thought we would have to trash it or cover the jagged edge with duct tape. David came to the rescue. What was ugly and dangerous,now only appears as a slightly imperfect, polished edge, that really adds to the piece’s charm. Many thanks DavidDavid also helped us before with cutting some glass shelves for our kitchen cabinets. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He also did wonders for a friend who needed to replace a full length mirrored wall. This place deserves the FIVE STARS PLUS review I gave it on Yelp for the previous work and we are doing it again for the work he just completed. Thanks David.

We have hated our front door for years because of the dated frosted glass...so 90s. So instead of dropping thousands to get a new front door and side lights, we called around to get quotes for new glass inserts. David at Image Glass was super quick to respond, thorough and honest in his quoting, and quoted us well below any other company. Within a week and a half we had new windows and a new love for our door! So easy to work with, meticulous in his work and clean up, and super nice to boot. He’s now my go-to window and glass guy!

Image Glass, specifically Davids, service, transparency and workmanship is fantastic! I highly recommend you hire this company for any of your glass needs. We had two windows cracked by settlement and two by my sons soccer balls and he came out to my house measured, quoted and returned to complete the job in the next two weeks.

Cannot say enough nice things about this shop and David. I called them to get a piece of glass cut for the top of a piece of furniture. David took my call, answered all of my questions and let me know he would be in touch with me later in the day. Not only did he get back in touch with me, but he had my glass ready the same day. Brought it out to my car for me. Then when I got home and realized I had given him an measurement that was slightly too big for my piece, he offered to come back to the shop, after having already gone home, to fix it for me. I needed a large mirror cut and at first went to Lowes, their mirror expert told me it cant be done easily, it is too thick, it would take 1-2 hours and a million other excuses. I then called another company and even though they were local, they wanted me to order online and pay an outrageous price. I then contacted these guys and they said they could do it at an affordable price. Coincidentally the owner David was at Home Depot at the same time I was purchasing my mirror so he kindly waited for me and he was able to do the job in MINUTES on his truck outside of HD. I was amazed at how simple he made it look. David and his crew are true professionals. Will definitely contact them again.

Scheduled to measure and was stood up. Called multiple times and my call goes straight to a voice mail but the mailbox is full. Very strange to say the least.

Mr David Gonzalez (the father -- father and son hv the same name)has done mirror work before so I trusted him with converting two regular windows to Bay windows. He did such a bad job, did not complete the work, holes and gaps; did not use insulated glass, he took full payment and now for more than 45 days he does not answer calls (my mistake to have trusted someone I knew for more than 5 years?). Anyone else I ask want to rip down the whole thing and redo from start.

Look around online and youll see these guys often blow off their customers, miss appointments and generally have terrible customer service.Take your business elsewhere.
